Next to the venue I was attending. Very modern bedroom while you had a 2000s looking bathroom which I liked. Traditional bits and bobs they give you like coffee packets and such. Most importantly: Bed sheets were very thin, which in this weather is really good.

Things written here aren't major but it would of been nice if: - The Bath plug worked - The light that you can turn on upon entering would work, alongside with one of the lamps - Bathroom light didn't flicker too much Not too major that it ruined my stay but if they worked and were fixed, it would of been 10/10

Very central location, which was my main reason for booking Crows again. The room and bathroom were spacious. The Old Bell was an ideal cafe for breakfast - good food right on the doorstep. Could you consider recommending them?

Entrance security was difficult to use and gave me some anxiety, as I was travelling alone and arrived around 9pm. I discussed this with a member of staff who then planned to improve the instructions. I wished I had enquired about a first floor room, as the two flights of stairs were steep for those with heavy luggage.

The place is exactly the same as described and given in the pictures. I have attached my own picture that I took during my stay for you to compare. The place was very clean and well maintained. They made sure to restock coffee and biscuits everyday. Also, the towels were clean and smelled lovely which I appreciated so much

If there is any, I just struggled a little bit with the key because i sometimes could not manage to take it off the door, which can be a me problem haha

Central location and near to Lancaster Hospital approx 5 - 10 min walk - perfect for us. Gave us the privacy and comfort that was needed. The accomodati9n was very clean. Small kitchen area was useful - although we only made drinks. Bed was very comfy The lighting outside the property was good as we were leaving and entering at different times of the day and night. This worked for us and we would definitely recommend this for the privacy and standard of accommodation this gives .Ideal for Lancaster Hospital and central to shopping and restaurants. The car park is close to the accommodation. The instructi9ns on how to access the accommodation were very clear once we were in their small drop-off car park. The main road is busy and is one way but as the accommodation is down a side street you don't hear this. The photographs are accurate If we come back to Lancaster we would not hesitate in booking again.

No milk to make a hot drink, but there are shops and supermarkets within a 2 min walk - no issue. The only thing we would change on the instructions is exactly where the property is when driving - this is a one way street we missed the entrance. If you turn immediately left at the traffic lights, the main car park is on your left and is not expensive for 24 hour parking.

The property itself was beautiful and exactly what I hoped for…. The only comment i need to mention is that of the noise from other room doors banging; seemingly from younger parties that didn’t have consideration for other guests. This is not a slight on the property or owners… I think perhaps an installation on doors to close slowly and quietly would be a great idea. there was a slight issue with the heating, however after a short phone call the issue was dealt with very quickly and the return phone call to explain and apologise was very professional indeed. absolutely spot on in the way it was dealt. well done and I shall most definitely wish to stay here again anytime I revisit lovely Lancaster and shall certainly inform my friends and family to do so too

First of all, the location was very good, I came by walking from the train station. Long before we arrived, we were explained in detail with photos how to self-check in, which was very comforting. The room and bathroom were very clean. Our questions were answered immediately.

This is about the room I stayed in. There are different types of rooms, if you want to use the kitchen with a sink, microwave oven, etc., choose your room accordingly.

Location was great, only a short walk from the station. Many shops, cafes and bars nearby as hotel is in the city centre. We stayed on the upper floor accessed by two small flights of stairs. The room was a lovely size and decorated beautifully. It was also spotlessly clean. The manager and staff were very friendly and helpful. We were lucky to view one of the newly converted apartments before we left. These are a minimum two-night stay but are stunning and absolutely amazing in every way. The rooms, reception area and apartments were spotlessly clean. We visited Williamson Park and mini Zoo which was a 25 minute stroll away. Very hilly on the way but worth the effort as it's a really lovely park. Also the waffles from the little independent cafe in the main shopping area were just the best!

It was quite hot at night, possibly because we were top floor but a fan was provided.

Location was fantastic : very near bus and train stations, very near to tourist information, very near to city center. Very good bed : clean sheets, pillows of a different kind Having a refrigirator in the room was very practical!

I had expected to have a window in the room. There was a window in the door and in the roof, but an extra would have been nice. The fact that my room was only accessible by the metal staircase is a thing that I would have liked to know in advance. Travelling with a heavy bag isn't easy, but I managed to get my luggage upstairs.

The place is well located on the high street, the room is very spacious. The room had good bed, TV, table and a chair and a small open wardrobe. The room also had small 'necessary' items like iron, board, hair dryer and extra towel. The bathroom was very neat and decent. Absolutely loved staying there.

The staff were helpful in the reception, but we were expecting to leave the luggage beyond 5PM on the checkout day which was the closing time of the reception. Though this is not guaranteed by the hotel, but these small things make a difference in the industry.

Perfect location from the train station and the town centre. Surprisingly quiet, being located away from heavy traffic, drunken students and fewer sirens than expected. All self service, but assistance was clearly signified and available 24/7. Beautiful sized room. Excellent facilities in the room: fridge, microwave, kettle, fan and iron. Soap, hair and body wash all available too

The WiFi in my room wasn’t the strongest connection, the TV didn’t have a subtitles option I could find. Neither bothered me greatly, gave me more opportunity to ‘switch off’
