Good location for travel around the waterfront and Liverpool city. It has good facilities in the room, such as Microwave, Fridge, Hob, and kitchenware. In addition, after-service was good too. Because after they know my room had some dust (from my review posted), the manager contacted me via email to say sorry and offer me a 50% refund to show their apology. Honestly, I didn't expect that they would be concerned about the review, but they do; that shows you they have a good service mind ^___^

I found some dust in the gap between the bed and the window in the morning before we check out.

Our first stay at the Staycity Aparthotel was a wonderful experience, the location was convenient for two nearby train stations, waterfront, bars and restaurants. The Aparthotel is located in a nice quiet location, very modern, spotlessly clean, staff were very friendly and attentive. Our room was pleasant and spacious, the king size bed was super comfortable, the kitchen area was well kitted out with the added bonus of a fridge freezer and dishwasher. A wonderful and enjoyable stay at a reasonable price, we're looking forward to our next stay at Staycity Aparthotel, hopefully in the near future!

Location, location, location. The staff were as helpful as you could imagine, Lidia was especially helpful in getting us directions suggesting places to visit and pointing out amenities as well as getting us settled. Being only a block from the waterfront made the hotel very convenient to walk to town and attractions. Also, having laundry available was a big plus.

There was a funky smell in our room and somewhat throughout the hotel. It was not overwhelming but it was there. No opportunity to open a window didn’t allow for airing out the room. I also would have liked brighter halls as they are all painted black.

We stayed here earlier in the week and returned after getting some last minute tickets to Eurovision! the location is perfect, so close to Albert Dock and the waterfront. We worked in the room during the day and it was nice and quiet this time we also tried the breakfast which was very good as these things go (the facility to make fresh pancakes and boiled eggs was an added bonus!). also again the staff were so friendly. we couldn’t fault it overall.

it was a bit pricier for our second stay though I appreciate that we booked last minute and it was a peak time!

Excellent location - the apartment is just off The Strand and a very short walk from the Waterfront. In the heart of the city center with great public transport links. We used the parking facility which was well priced considering the location and conveniently situated in relation to the apartment. Well equipped - the apartment has all the modern amenities needed. The one bedroom unit we booked was spacious and had all the modern amenities promised. The beds were comfortable (single bed was a pullout couch with bedding provided). The apartment was clean and well serviced. The coffee machine and 4 pods were a nice touch. There were complimentary cleaning products and dishwasher tablets for the kitchen. We used the laundry - the washer/dryers were super fast, efficient and well priced. Restaurant was well priced and had the essentials. Helpful staff - very accomodating and offered assistance with friendly kindness. My son loved the ice lolly on check-in - such a lovely gesture!

Loved the facilities. We had everything we needed and it was nice to get a bit of milk for a coffee though a bit more would have been nice. The room was cleanand we had a view of the Liver building which was an added bonus. The bed was amazing... so big and comfortable.also liked the fact we could order pizza from the hotel and it was ready within 10 minutes! Brilliant!

When we arrived we got asked if we had checked in online but I didn't see anywhere on anything we had received about checking in online and then I had to go through the whole effort of doing it in front of the reception desk whilst struggling with a poor data connection. When she could have just done it for us as we were there already.

Location was fantastic, very quiet at night which was great for our child. Apartment was sufficient for what we needed. The staff were extremely helpful not only during check-in, but also checkout. There was a member of staff on the door during one day who helped us find the best route to a location we were visiting.

The coffee pods in the room were so old that the Nespresso machine couldn't work with them (on further inspection the coffee inside was rock solid and the water couldn't get through). In case it makes a difference, it was the Decaf pod that we had most trouble with.

Everything! From arrival until I left. Loved the staff, especially Lydia,David, who were always around & happy to help. Very knowledgeable & caring. Lauren enabled me to check in early. Leah assisted also. Housekeeping staff all fab also. Receptionists on leaving lovely also. Nice wee bar with beers & wines. Food available in restaurant Also a small shop in case you required some cooking items. Fab comfy beds in a clean apartment with all required items for cooking. Has a gym & laundry also. Very near the docks,handy for accessing town. I'll be back! Thank you.

From the minute we walked in to the hotel we were greeted with smiling , courteous and smartly dressed members of staff We were allocated a ground floor room which was not to our liking as it would have meant that one member of the group would have to sleep in the sofa bed. I went to reception to enquire if we could change rooms and i was greeted by Kerry who up graded us and nothing was too much trouble she attended to our concern in a very polite and professional way . Also I would like to mention Lydia who was very engaging and had a genuine interest as to our stay at the hotel .As this was our first time to stay at this hotel but having stayed at various other hotels in the vicinity , i would definitely be back to the Staycity and i will be recommending the hotel to friends and family

There was nothing at all that we disliked

Loved the location, it is walking distance from the Waterfront. There are several restaurants and cafes nearby. A slightly longer but still walkable distance to the shopping areas. The entire apartment is very clean and well equipped with crockery and cutlery for a family of 4. The best part, it has air conditioning, which is why I selected it, because not many hotels / apartments in Europe have it. Plug points right next to the beds, so that each of us could charge our devices. My favourite part, the nespresso in the kitchen! Bathrooms are nice too. Our apartment was 804 and we had a beautiful view of the Royal Liver Building. Overall, loved the apartment and highly recommend it.

The main bedroom is really small and the double bed is pushed against a wall. Each morning, it was a struggle for me to get out of bed while my husband was sleeping. Also disliked the fact that they charged £15 per night for parking though they have their own reserved parking! The sofa in the living room isn't very comfortable either, but that's nothing major.
