Good location for city centre and dock areas. About 15 minutes walk from Albert Dock. Bus stop outside the hotel, plenty of taxis available. Good choice of breakfasts, room was very clean and a reasonable size, plenty of storage and nice to have a mini bar not charging for non alcoholic drinks. Good hairdryer!

Pillow weren’t very good, and duvet was a bit hot for the time of year, (early July). Air conditioning was a little bit noisy to keep on all night.

Really nice hotel. Very quirky. The staff were very polite and helpful. Our room was clean and tidy. There was some building works going on, having scaffolding up on the front, with sheeting over it, so there was no view. But work has to be done at some point, and just so happened to be when we were staying. I did open my curtain one morning to find a workman outside my window, its a good job I was dressed! In a great location in the centre, not too far from the docks. We walked everywhere whilst away. We parked our car in the NCP car park in the Capital Building. I dont thinki I'd want to park there again! Really dark and dingy. We were coming down the stairs inside, and it was very bad of urine and smoke. On the way back to the car when we were leaving, there was a homeless man asleep in one of the doorways, which we couldnt get access to. Upon leaving, we could not find the pay machine. It was near the entrance BEHIND a vending machine, and there were no signs to say PAY HERE. We have left the car park, but couldnt get back in because we would have to had paid twice. So uopn walking back in, I saw the pay machine. When I put my reg plate in, it had no record (probably because I had left), I tried paying online on my phone, and just as I had put all the card details in, the page froze. So I was unsure whether the payment had gone through. You had up to 24 hours to pay it. I tried calling the customer service number, but was on hold for 15 minutes. Suffice to say, the payment did go through, but I wouldnt like to park in there again. If it was brighter, and wasnt so damp and smelly, I might next time. It is very confusing for someone who has never been in that car park. The food is the hotel was delicious. We had a meal in the restaurant in the evening. It was a restaurant that Marco Pierre-White designed the menu for. Again, staff were very courteous. I would stay here again if the car park was updated/more secure from people wandering in to sleep.

The carpark that you can park on at a discounted rate. It was very dim, smelled of urine and smoke, had a homeless man sleeping in one of the doorways, and the paying of the fee was confusing to someone who havent used it before. The scaffolding outside the window was unfortunate, but didnt ruin anything. The room was alot darker, but there wasnt any noise that I could hear. No showercaps in the bathroom?

We missed our connecting train to Liverpool due to a delayed flight and so were a day late getting to the hotel. We had contacted them through booking.com (not recommended) advising of our delay but they hadn't received it. On arrival, the person on the from desk was incredibly welcoming and very sympathetic to our situation. We were advised that the room was still available and were even fast tracked through our check in so we could access the room immediately. A small gesture that or course meant a lot to us as weary travellers. We were really happy with the service and quality of the room. There were some renovations happening but we found it minimally disruptive. Breakfast was great and the dining room provided quick but thorough service. All staff were friendly and efficient. The location was great for the purposes of our visit albeit a little bit of a walk from the centre of the city.

Aiden on reception was brilliant very helpful : ), and he went above and beyond regarding customer service very friendly and attentive a great asset to your company. We were in the city for the James concert but live in Crosby, I was very impressed with the Hotel, we had dined at the Marco Restaurant many times but had never stayed over, would highly recommend the Hotel to friends and family after our great experience : ). Also a special mention to David on the bar he was really knowledgeable regarding wines and made an excellent cocktail : ), also very friendly and attentive.

we booked breakfast, we thought the cold selection was very sparse not much to choose from having just returned from a Greek Island holiday staying in hotels with a massive luxurious buffet for our breakfast we found the offering very disappointing, also when items had been empty the replacement of food was very slow one lady had requested pastries as the bread basket had been left empty for about 15 mins people were coming into the restaurant wanting pastries and bread and it was just left empty? I also felt for the price this was very bad value for money especially with an extra charge for a cooked breakfast £13 is well over priced for a continental breakfast? I could get an Eggs Benedict for £9 so I think there is room for improvement on this aspect of the hotel.

Everything was very-very good - super good location for a walker, room was just great, very friendly people work there.

For a breakfast you may choose 1 of 5 different options, but all of them are eggs. And when you're staying for 10 days - it becomes difficult to enjoy it from day 6. Also, as I was staying there around 10 days, half of that time outside building reparations were loud and on, and also people who repaired the building appeared outside my window in front of me several times a day, in most unexpected minutes of my day life. It would be great just if the hotel could notify me about the constant noice and people outside my window were on agenda. It was a painful experience for me because I had to stay inside my room almost 24/7 for 7 days as I had a terrible fever.

Loved the room, very comfortable and good amenities. Especially having an iron and board in the room to use. Toiletries were good and air con great, especially as it was very hot during our visit. Hotel was easy to get to and near all the attractions, so we were able to walk around a lot. Breakfast was lovely and a great choice every day. Table service was nice to have.

Only thing we did not like were the pillows which were a bit too soft. We are used to memory foam pillows.

The staff were very helpful and cheerful even though we arrived at a time of Chaos because of a Liverpool FC v Bournemouth game happening on the weekend. The hotel location was perfect with everything we wanted within an easy walking distance. We had a superior double room and it was modern, spacious, very clean and had an excellent shower. We had dinner and an excellent breakfast at Marco Pierre Whites Steakhouse which is on the ground floor at the hotel. We would highly recommend Hotel Indigo.

There was nothing to dislike, we had a great stay and would definitely stay again if in Liverpool.

Property was very clean and had a basic lavish feel. Very welcoming reception area and was greeted welcomely by the receptionist. All receptionist were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely, bed was very comfortable. And had a peaceful quiet night sleep every night. They were very attentive to food allergies which was great to see. They had the option of soya or almond milk with porridge at breakfast. It would have been great if they had Oat milk on offer too but I had soya milk and it was nice. Overall, the property was lovely and In a great location. Only 20 min from the airport. Only 10/15 min from Anfield by taxi. If I came back to Liverpool I’d stay here again.

No Oat milk.

everything was fine, - I cannot complain about anything: was there for work at Eurovision - but forgot a converter - as a continental european I couldnt recharge my electric equipment, and at the reception there was only one socket converter to lend which was already borrowed - so maybe they should ve a bit more converteres to borrow :)

The staff were lovely and very welcoming. The waiters and waitresses were very helpful and quickly went straight to get what you asked for. We had a young lad with dark hair and glasses on both days and he couldn't be any more happy to help and nothing was an issue for him so we would like to give him a shout of for being so lovely with us when we stayed. Being able to stream our phone to the TV was amazing! We loved that there was a speaker also in the bathroom. Shower was lovely and the beds were extremely comfy!! We definitely enjoyed sleeping in this hotel it was very comfortable.

When we arrived to our hotel room the cups weren't washed they were sticky and the spoon was stuck to the bottom. There was a bit of miscommunication between staff when they asked us if we wanted to sign up to have a later checkout time. They didn't let anyone know and the maid was constantly trying to get in through the door which we luckily locked because we were getting changed at the time. 2 people tried to enter and they had to ring us to check. Luckily we asked again the night before. Unfortunately breakfast was lacking a few things we had the day before on our breakfast. When we went down for breakfast a lot of things hadn't been replaced.
