The staff were very friendly and helpful and informative of the area. We had a room with a balcony and the view was great.the room itself was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The hotel itself has got pictures of the Beatles all over and plays a lot of Beatles songs. The bar was a nice place to sit and have a drink and relax and the restaurant was value for money. This hotel is situated near Liverpool 1 shopping centre and the famous Cavern Club and about a 5 minute walk from the pier head and Liver Building so a great area to be in. I have already booked to stay in this hotel again next August because its a fantastic place to stay whilst you stay in Liverpool. This hotel gets a 10 out of 10 from me.

There was nothing not to like.

The location was perfect & the room was exceptionally clean. Loved the beatles themed decor & view of the city from our balcony. The receptionist was so kind and thoughtful throughout our stay. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and had ordered champagne & chocolates upon arrival, which were gorgeous. Our room was serviced each day & our room was comfortable & to a high standard.

Breakfast was lacking clean tables & crockery. There was a very low amount of food left each morning. The coffee machine was broken, and we felt very sorry for the staff who were trying very hard to maintain good service. The bar was lacking atmosphere, staff motivation was poor and tables were dirty & decor was very tired looking. It needs bringing up to standard.

Mo's customer service skills were fantastic. Very friendly, helpful and nothing was too much. He also made a special fuss of our daughter which she loved. Stunning hotel. Room very spacious. Lots of choice for breakfast. Great location. Would stay again.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable and we didnt get much sleep during our stay. On our second night we had rather noisey guests next door to us who were loud and constantly slamming doors until fairly late at night. The tv in the room intermittently worked which was frustrating when we had to spend evenings in the room due to having a fairly young child with us. No plug socket near the mirror making getting ready a little difficult. Given the nightly price to stay there you would expect everything to be perfect but despite the few little issues we would stay again.

Our room was very large and had everything you'd need for your stay. The closeness to all amenities especially The Cavern. Beautiful themed building and good security.

The darkness of the room, no lights over mirrors, to enable you to apply makeup. Sockets not in the right place, for kettle and hairdryer. Shower door didn't close properly so water went on the bathroom floor. Air conditioning not working properly, TV kept going off. These were reported to reception. Breakfast was not good, we had to ask for coffee and milk twice. Coffee was cold, however, the waitress did replenish it. Unfortunately, the choice of food very limited for a four star hotel. No orange juice, apparently on order? The staff tried their best, but need extra training.

Great location. Awesome for any Beatles fan looking for a Beatles themed hotel, you will not be disappointed. Cavern club is literally 30-50 yards round the corner. Close to shopping centre and short walk to Albert Docks. Spacious room and large bed. Good sized bathroom.

Although it was a Beatles themed hotel, (their website mentioned Beatles themed artwork in the room) …if you didn’t know any better, you would think the artwork in our room was advertising for Bates Motel. (Photo added below). The air-conditioning until was dripping onto the carpet. Only discovered this on the morning of check out and reported to the front desk. Our room was not made up, even though we were out all day. We called for someone to come and at least replenish the coffee and milk, which they did, at gone 5pm! but wasn’t really concerned our bed hadn’t been made up but they did ask if we wanted the room hoovered.

Hotel was amazing with The Beatles theme. We r huge fans of the fab 4. Staff were friendly and hotel so central to shops and places to eat and drink..it was a bonus the weather was beautiful.

We had no air con...couldn't open the window therefore the hotel room was far to warm which made it hard to sleep. My partner has a bad chest and found it hard to get a breathe. We mentioned this to a member of staff who assured us they would look into it. On our third nite we were no way forward so we went back to the front desk to explain for the 2nd/3rd time it was unbearable so in the end up we got moved hotel room which was alot better but we did struggle the first 2 nites. That was the main issue

Great location, friendly staff and welcoming reception area with plenty of Beatles memorabilia/photos. Enjoyed having a balcony in spite of the rain. Always glad to have a fridge in the room

Breakfast was disappointing - bad coffee, no other cooked choice than Full English and only one member of staff trying to keep everything going. Room was not themed enough - just one photo of John & Paul on the wall. Could have been in any Liverpool hotel so not sure it was worth the extra cost. Carpet was rucked, which was a trip hazard, and got damp - balcony door leaking? No hot water on Sunday am. Not provided with any top up of teabags/coffee. Nice to have a spearate dressing room but no plug socket so not able to dry hair in there. So many small things that could have been better and make the stay more memorable

Loved The Beatles theme running through it and Beatles songs playing everywhere.

Our Standard room was overlooking the street where The Cavern is and Im afraid the music from below was a little too much! However we were moved straightaway to a quieter part of the hotel. The breakfast was ok but when food is left in warmers, some is not very appetising eg fried eggs and scrambled eggs. It seemed that there weren’t enough staff in there and poor Paul was running around like crazy. No parking so be aware although nearest car park is not too far but cost £46 for 3 nights (discount included from hotel).

Hotel was lovely and had lots of little extras. Great staff and fantastic location. Beatles theme was excellent.

We were underwhelmed and a little disappointed with the room. As much as it had the nice stuff such as an iron, fridge, hairdryer, bottled water and a huge bed, the theme could have been a bit more stated and more in keeping with the hotel. There was a picture of Paul McCartney over the bed but other than that it felt like you were in any average hotel room. The carpet felt a little grubby and there were stains / spills on the bathroom floor to the right of the toilet that had not been cleaned. A few scuffs on the walls too. The balcony is an extra you pay for but the view was pretty rubbish. Glad I stayed on a Sunday and paid a lower rate. Would I go again, possibly not, there a lot nicer rooms around city centre for the rates. We didnt have breakfast as it was expensive.

The hotel is in the ideal location in the centre of the city, close to all the shops, restaurants and pubs.It is ideal if you wanted to go to the famous Cavern club and Matthew Street. The hotel had a stairway entrance at the front but to the right hand side they had a stair lift which made it easily accessable for those that need it. All staff where very friendly and attentive. The hotel was clean, had spacious rooms and I liked the Beatles pictures in each room. The breakfast and evening meal was very good and we would book again.

Overall I would say it was very enjoyable experience and I was more than happy with our stay.
