We received a very warm, smiling, enthusiastic gentleman who made us feel so welcome instantly! All the staff were so nice! The location is excellent with the most stunning views of The Albert Dock! The hotel is absolutely spotless and very quiet day and night. We are already planning on coming back and have recommended this hotel to everyone we have met!

So difficult to think of any negatives!! The room was very warm, even with air conditioning on but this was just because the windows don't have opening obviously been on the 9th floor this is to be expected! So absolutely no fault of the hotel this is just a given.

Our room was lovely and light with a great view of the Liver building. The facilities were just what we were after.

We arrived at 2:40pm for a 3pm check-in time, expecting to wait a little. There was only one person working on the desk so the line grew quickly and the one member of staff was trying to use her radio to ask for assistance but no one came. We were waiting almost 40 minutes to check in, to then find out parking is advertised online but is not free and is hardly subsidised for a one-night stay. Not a great start. Our bed also felt like two beds pushed together (room 812) with the bridge between them very hard and uncomfortable. There were only 2 working lifts in constant use so we were either waiting ages for the lift to arrive and then squeeze in or we had to use the stairs with all our luggage and my partner’s bad leg.

It’s so central! I don’t think I realised from the map how close it was to the docks and the city centre. The decor in the hotel is lovely! I love the mural behind the bed as well! THE VIEW OH MY GOD. The view from our room was spectacular. We spent probably too long staring out of the window watching the ferries and the boats. Sensational view!

The bed was quite uncomfortable but I suppose that’s mostly personal preference. You can’t suit everyone! There was a zip in the bed I’m not sure where and it kept waking me up. When we arrived in the room there were 3 black hairs on the bed. I understand that could just be from the housekeeping staff but it is a little bit off putting.

We had a wheelchair acessible roo. Which had great access features and lots of space. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful. It was very clean. Great aircon and fairly quiet.

The hotel has three lifts, but only one was functional. The lift seemed to go feom the bottom to the highest floor and the. Back down. Since we were on floor 3 and the lifts were already full, we had to wait 5-10 min each time. The way the ramp has been made outside of the hotel means you have to go down one drop curb and then along the parking outside the door and up another drop curb to access the ramp. This was frustrating as all but two times we came back to the hotel someone was parked infront of the drop curb. I think if the ramp was asjusted or the lines infront of the drop curbs were repainted this would make it much easier.

Hotel itself was fine, clean and great location. We had breakfast in the hotel also which was very nice and value for money.

We arrived at 2pm, check in for 3. We were told our room wasn’t available and to come back at 3pm. Which was fine, dropped our bags off at the reception and went a walk through the city centre. Upon arrival back around 3.25pm. We thought our room would be ready. Nope. We were told to sit in the bar area and wait. As more and more people arrived they seemed to have got their keys to their room and off they went ahead of us. This was the only downfall of our stay I’d say.

It's 23 years since I stayed at the Atlantic Tower and it was nice to see many improvements since then. The young lady on reception checked me in very quickly and was very helpful in giving directions for where I was going later in the evening. Room was comfortable and well air conditioned and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Choice of different teas in the room was also welcome. Breakfast was excellent and there was plenty of room to enjoy it. Staff were also friendly here. Checkout was also very fast and the receptionist was keen to know how I'd enjoyed not only my stay at the hotel, but also my time in the city.

Room a little sparsely furnished and a bath, as well as a shower would have been welcome, particularly for the price.

The location is perfect being right by the pier and closely located to museums and the docks. Breakfast is basic but good quality. More than happy to provide anything needed. Would definitely recommend! Great with my assistance dog and nephew too. Reasonable breakfast, check in and out times also.

We had a discrimination issue on out first mornings breakfast where we were segregated due to having an assistance dog, however when I brought this to receptions attention, they (to my surprise) brought the manager out and she spoke to the member of staff about their assistance dog policy and couldn't apologise enough. Had no issues the rest of the stay

nice location close too the pier head and quieter part of the city. It was great value for money, the bed was massive and really comfortable. Room was lovely temperature, despite the heat, all staff were helpful and friendly. Parking close by for my friends.

obviously nothing that could be controlled but the lifts were broken and we had to use to the stairs or call for staff to let us into the service lift. Also not very sound proofed, noisy people in hallways and luckily it was my friends next door but hear conversations. otherwise stay was lovely.

The location was perfect, close to the Albot Doc and Liverpool One. The room was big and spacious, the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and yummy. The staff we spoke to were very kind, helpful and informative. The shower was amazing, powerful and was the perfect temperature. The room was always clean and tidy when coming back in.

The price to stay could have been cheaper and the price for food and drink. Not having a big enough selection of drinks available to please all customers. The breakfast could have had more selection, such as tomatoes as well as beans, fried eggs and flavoured yoghurt.

Very convenient location. Staff were very friendly and good humoured. The room was clean and the kettle fitted in the sink for easy filling. TV and remote worked well. comfortable bed, and enough pillows for two people. Very good price for my stay, Sunday night in a town centre for less than £60 is a real bargain.

The bed was two matresses on a king size bed, but not an issue if you sleep on one side of the bed like a normal person. The place was being painted when i stayed, so this was down point, but necessary and understandable. Only 1 of the three lifts was working during my stay. There is no car park specifically for the hotel, but there are plenty of NCP carparks within easy walking distance and using the NCP app gave me an excellent discount.
