The hotel is in a greatlocation in Putney area - notice that it is in the south of London and pretty far from the center. It's close to the main road where you have tones of places to eat or drink (visit MeiMei which is right next to the hotel if you like Chinese food). It's also close to the Thamse river, and also pretty close to the train station (around 10 minuets walk) and also pretty close to a cute park. The room was basic but clean and pretty spacious. There was cleaning service everyday, and we got new cookies with the tea almost everyday as well. The stuff were very kind and helpful. There was also breakfast included in the price of the room (didn't had a chance to eat it, but it's was great to had that option)

It says you get free care products - you only get a soap that also functions as shampoo. no toothbrish or tooth paste. We had to buy everthing. The area is pretty far from the center of london which made the travelling inside London fairly exepensive (but we took it into account since we knew it was pretty far. just keep in mind that it would cost you more)

Good location, accessible by metro (zone 2). Room was small but everything what we (2 adults + 1 kid) needed was there. The bed was confortable. There was kettle in the room (with free tee, coffee, bisquite). Room was quiet during the night. For evening, several eating options in some hundered meters distance.

Everything was very good except the hot sausage in the brekfast menu. Please replace that, or add second hot choice to the buffet. All other choices were OK and breakfast, in general, good.

Breakfast was delicious and lovely and always and all counters re-filled on time. Alex and the rest of the staff were simply amazing. Daily housekeeping was very prompt and all surroundings very clean. Wish to add, we had some of the best sleep on such comfy beds.

Nothing. Except just a little more detailed information to check in - though check-in was very straightforward, I was stuck because I had my car and it was during the storm and I could not get off to check in. So just a little more details about the car park.

The room was spacious, very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The electric fan was a boost on a warm night. Plenty of wardrobe space, tea and coffee provided. Bathroom was large and modern with a rainfall shower setting. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice - a few cooked options and plenty of continental style provisions. The location, two minutes from Putney Bridge and a few metres from the High Street was excellent. Putney Bridge Tube station is a few minutes walk.

Only quibbles were the patchy internet reception and a socket near a mirror for using a hairdryer would be welcome.

The automatic front door is rather slow closing so technically iit would be possible for an intruder to enter after a guest who entered in a hurry and didn't pay attention to the door. Particularly in the night when there is noone at the reception. I would always stop and wait for door to close

Gentleman on the desk was so helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing - we were happy to purchase our own GF bread but they provided this for us too. Enough of a selection and we were very happy with choices. Rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. Our 2 rooms were only 4 rooms apart on the same floor which was fantastic. Bathrooms were great size, clean and modern.

Location was a 10 min walk from the tube station which was ok but not ideal with our heavy suitcases

I booked the room for my parents. It was a long stay and they were made to feel comfortable and the staff were very helpful, accomodating and kind. The breakfast was very good quality. They were exceptionally kind when i had to extend their stay last minute because of a two day delay of their flight back and they helped my parents feel at ease and even cheered them up with their warm sense of humour.

Very good location with great connections to public transport. Quite close to the river. Fantastic place to go for evening walks or morning runs.

The check in procedure. We have to check in at the machine outside the hotel which is almost on the road. You have to type all your personal details standing on the road to do the check in. In this age of strict privacy, this looks a bit weird.

A spacious room with a spacious bathroom for a good price which would be impossible to get closer to the center. One has to take the metro to get there, then it is about 10 min on foot which is absolutely no problem. Clean room and good breakfast

The armchair is of lether and looked dirty, would be better to have a normal chair, but clean. Everything else in the room was very clean.

Mk is a great hotel. The area Putney is a bit off the centrum but still alive enough to have everything you need. Bus 14 stops right in front of the hotel so you are really quickly in downtown London. The hotel is really clean, the breakfast is good and the rooms are wide enough. The shower was really excellent. Would recommend!

The self check in was a bit confusing. The reception helped is greatly when we called him but if he wouldn't have been there it would have been really strange.
