1)Couldn’t get a spa appointment (everything was fully booked and given the small size of the hotel .. I think in house guests should be given the priority) and that was the case over 3 days. 2)Bar lacked the « needed » vibe since it was an open space overlooking the restaurant. 3)Request to extend the stay 3 nights declined (because they couldn’t provide the prices I initially booked through booking, proposed a supplement of 250£ per night

The reception staff was beyond friendly and professional

The hotel is a bit dated but this is not as bed as the untrained, dead slow moving restaurant staff. We had a meal with friends and i ended up removing plate from the table- they were a couple of more table in the restaurants. At breakfast they were also quite bed, they fruit platter dis not fit and the waitress was actually pushing the other plate of the way to make space instead of removing them as they were empty. She had to be asked several times to removed used items etc. The food was ok.

it was pleasant stay at the baglioni hotel in Kensington. whole staff and ambiance made me feel at home also the hospitality was fantastic. the whole experience staying at the baglioni in Kensington sw7 was mind brilliant. there attention to care was fabulous, thanks to Sarah and the team for making our stay incredible. we have stayed in many 5 star hotels but baglioni by far is luxury from start to finish. they also have lovely access to saunas in the spa.

there is nothing I didn’t like

The suite was excellent as it gave our 14 year old privacy to get ready etc. The beds were really comfortable and we enjoyed the complementary prosecco. The breakfast was outstanding and the staff were excellent. We ate dinner too and it was fantastic.

We had to ask for the sofa linen to be changed as stained. This was the only negative in a five night stay.

I've been in many 5* hotels over the world but this hotel was little gem in London, 1min away from Hyde Park. It was very convenient for us ,we came to see Duran Duran concert. Everything was perfect quick check in ,very professional and polite staff ,good breakfast with plenty to choose. We got free upgrades(thank you Baglioni hotel!) to junior suites and they were very good,spacious with comfortable beds and good taste decor,sitting area with comfortable sofa and armchair,free WiFi. Definitely will stay there again.

The rooms were excellently maintained, friendly staff and every option that best suits your needs available. Special Thank you to Laura for upgrading our room for my wife’s birthday celebration. Also Marco for his consistency every morning in ensuring the best dining experience.

Hotel is ideally located for a tourist visit to London. The staff is friendly and responsive, and the atmosphere is relaxing and calm. Rooms are spacious and well equipped with all amenities. Breakfast, although leaning more towards Italian style, offers a broad selection of options for any preference.

WiFi connection was a bit sketchy and devices tended to get disconnected.

Excellent location opp Hyde Park, very friendly responsive service. Rooms clean. Nice breakfast buffet and cooked English brekkie.

Hot water problem so no hot shower for 2 nights, staff tried to upgrade us but hotel was fully booked so we only managed to change room after 2 nights as we needed 2 rooms upgraded.

The service and staff are very nice . Actually when we arrived at hotel, they welcome us with Champagne , cakes and Fruits. Nice Warm welcome . The location is fantastic , it’s near by the Hyde park, very nice to our kids.

The Furniture and bad are old. Need to change it .

Very convenient location - Kensington is the place to be. Shops, pubs, restaurants, beautiful streets and so tranquil. Dive in and enjoy. Very beautiful design, good sound proofing. Service is very good. True 5 star unlike some of the overrated „big institutions“
