The staff were cheerful and helpful and very responsive. The flat was clean and huge and the location is awesome. Just two blocks from Kensington Gardens and the Royal Albert Hall. The Gloucester Road and South Kensington tube stops are an easy 8-10 minute walk away. There are lots of restaurants, an excellent pub, The Queens Arms, and a Waitrose grocery store close by. We would stay here again.

There were just two things that were over looked, which would have been caught in a quick flat check before guests arrived. 1. The heat had not been turned up so the flat was quite cold. If guests are expected, it would be good to turn up the heat prior to check in. The English radiators took awhile to warm the place. 2. There was no TV remote, which should have been checked. The staff fixed it the next day.

great location. friendly staff. generally quiet clientele. updated bathroom & kitchen. well equipped for extended stay. elevator greatly appreciated. I was in a single, and in the basement.... but the 2 young families I was traveling with had 2 bedroom flats which were very roomy and nice. I had a sliding door to a tiny patio, but as other flats looked directly out on it, it really wasn't usable. That said, I really appreciated being able to open the door and get some fresh air.

The bed in my flat could use a new mattress. also, often the proximity to the elevator was bothersome because of the noise of it working sounded like it was right next to the bed. I'd stay there again but specifically ask for a different flat. I think 3 pm is a standard check in....but having to wait 7 hours after a transatlantic flight wasn't fun, and the cost to book the previous night in order to check in earlier was prohibitive

I cannot see why this place does not get high ratings! I stayed for five nights and it was amazing. The service and location were perfect also the appt size was unbelievable! If you want a place to have good sleep this's definitely the one. Yes it's not close to any underground station but it's only 10 mins and walking is perfect in London I agree that upper floor may cause some noise but for me wasn't an issue! I would stay here again rather than paying mu budget to five stars hotels in London Anka the reception was amazing and so helpful. I recommend the stay here.

Primary reason for travel was an event at Albert Hall and the property was perfect for that. Had all the amenities we needed for a 3 night stay. Reasonably close to tube stations. Nice location. Felt safe walking around there. Plenty of places to eat and drink within short walking distance. Always someone on reception too. Very clean.

I was happy with everything

Anka at the reception was brilliant. Friendly and helpful (flat was missing a frying pan and Anka lent us her own). Flat was spacious; 2 sizeable bedrooms; 2.5 bathrooms (2 with bidets); 3 portable ACs; fully equipped.

We loved the location. Easy walk to the train station and to good food. Neighborhood was safe and very nice. flat was very nice, comfortable and clean.

My only complaint is the last night of my stay, there was alot of stomping coming from the flat above. I wish it was a bit quieter

The apartment is very comfy and modern. Fully equipped with washing machine and fully functional kitchen. Since it was autumn, there is sufficient heating provided in the room. The receptionist Anka is very friendly and explained the room to use when we first arrived. Property is very close to Hyde Park and the Natural History museum. However, the nearest tube station i.e. Gloucester Road is a bit further i.e. 10 to 15 minutes walk away.

Price is a bit on the high side since it is located at the posh Kensington neighbourhood.

The unit was clean and close to Imperial College, it is a little far to walk to the underground. The kitchen appliances were new. We were able to store our luggage when we arrived early.

The decor was very minimalist. I would have liked something a little more charming.

But I didn’t like the reservation team I don’t know if they have a lot of requests to give late replies or they just don’t care because everybody looking for this property

Location excellent. Lots to do, great museums just around the corner and London's best park. the front desk staff were quite attentive and quick to address any issues

The area for the bed was quite constrictive. I'd consider exchanging the spaces of the dresser and bed. or simply remove the half wall.
