Good central location, ideal for the dinner I was attending. Room was small but had everything I needed and was very clean. The shower room and WC were clean and very modern. I was given a very welcome bottle of water when I checked in.

I was quite happy with everything.

Location is amazing. So close to Victoria station, very quiet neighborhood, just down the street are great restaurants, coffee, also a small grocery store. Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was very small but clean. Nice bathroom in room. I knew room would be small so it was fine for me. Stairs to climb, no elevator, so keep that in mind. Wish they served breakfast but that is a lot of extra staff, etc… but less expensive room cost made it ok. I would stay here again! You just have to decide what you need, if it’s a giant bed/room, elevator, etc… there are other places but a lot more expensive.

Good value for what I paid so can’t think of anything I didnt like.

Perfect location for Victoria station and nearby musical shows. Comfortable beds and pillows, bright and clean walls, bathroom was smallish, but bright, 2 mirrors. European plug and usb port built in the wall (no need to take adaptors). Wonderful park across the street is a must see, there are many picnic tables and small playground and it has won 1st place as best private garden in the London! (It was full of blooming camelias in March). Polite staff.

In twin room on 4th floor carpet has seen a lot and had stains and tears. Using water in bathroom made big noise in whole room. The same when next room were using water - very loud motor like noise (ear plugs were enough for better sleep). There were no plugs near beds only under TV accross the room. A chair to put bags on would be nice.

The sheets smelled so nice 😅 I had such a good sleep. The room was clean, there was a little desk that I could work at, comfortable chair, lots of power outlets in the room. Appreciated the kettle and tea and coffee. Wifi was great, would recommend as a place to study/work. Convenient location too, as I was taking a late night coach from the coach station. The cleaners kept the bathroom clean, appreciated that as well. I got a complimentary bottle of water at check in, which was appreciated. Glad I could open the window for some air.

There was someone smoking outside my room in the hallway, and then the hotel staff knocked on every door to ask if we were smoking. I’m glad they enforced this rule cos I was getting a headache but this was the first time I’ve been asked if I was smoking (i’m not a smoker). The hotel staff apologised afterwards though. I’d recommend bringing shower shoes / flip flops to go to the shared toilet.

The location was perfect. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of amenities close by. Train station within walking distance. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I arrived early and went to drop off my luggage, the room was ready so they let me check in early. So helpful so I could begin exploring London. I was a solo female traveler and felt safe in this hotel as well as this neighborhood. I walked at night with no issues for my safety. I had a single room with bathroom. It was clean and had everything I needed. I stayed for two nights and they came in to clean in between. Towels and shampoo and such were all provided. Cameras on sight for extra security.

The only thing I didn’t like was I had a 4th floor room and the haul up was a bit of a workout. Also, fire alarm in my room was extremely sensitive. The steam from my shower made it go off. I just had to shower with the door closed, which wasn’t a problem.

Very friendly and welcoming receptionist Decent shower / hot water Fan, TV, kettle, tea in room Comfortable bed / bedding Very clean I've stayed in many similar hotels in the area and this was the most pleasant.

Nothing that isn't true of all similar hotels in the Victoria area: room is small (approximately 2 x 6 metres), en suite bathroom is welcome but tiny. If you have issues with mobility, keep in mind these buildings are narrow and tall with lots of stairs- ask for a room on a lower floor. Again, these are general points true of almost all hotels in the area.

It was a comfy room, not too special, good for a short trip. What made me rate with a 10 is the staff. I was staying there for one night, after my vacation and before moving out of the country. I had to go pick up some luggage early in the morning. The men at reception helped me get them to my room for the last adjustments, then they helped me get them down. The cherry on top was that one of them helped me to take them (5 bags) to Victoria coach station (250m away). Men who were at reception between 2nd January 2024 at 11:00 pm and 3rd January 2024 at 11:00 am, thank you so much. I couldn't thank you enough. I don't know your names, but I hope you know I'm talking about you from the description, or whoever checks this lets you know. You really helped me. It was a very stressful and difficult moment for me, and your kindness made it more manageable.

The shower. It didn't have much pressure, the temperature wasn't well regulated, and the water wasn't directed straight, so it was difficult to get rinsed.

This hotel is in middle of Victoria. I stayed here when I travelled to Brands Hatch backwards & forwards by train for round 11 of BSB championship. Didn't have to many problems finding it. Staff customer service skills were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I got two new towels frequently without asking. Cleaners cleaned my room every day of my stay . Plenty of draws for my clothes. Closet for hanging up my jeans . Hooks on back of the bedroom door so I could hang up my fleeces & shell jacket & waterproof jacket.

Perfect location, very short walk to Victoria Coach (Bus) Station. Short to the National Rail and Victoria Underground trains. Shops, Groceries, Restaurants around the area. Can walk to Westminster Abbey, BigBen, Buckingham Palance. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. The room and hotel facilities are very clean. Rooms enough space for sleeping, bathroom use, then out during the day for sightseeing tour of London. Underground station is within Zone1 City/District Line, heaps easy to go around, change lines to tour the city

Just like most of the places or rooms in London, the hotel rooms are not spacious, but perfect enough for sleeping and bathroom use. We’re out sightseeing most of the day, only in the room to rest and sleep at night. No lifts (elevator) which is common for old buildings in UK. Not a big issue, we still enjoyed our stay at Jubilee Hotel. Will definitely stay here next time.

Location is perfect, 5 minutes' walk from Victoria coach station, 7 minutes' walk to a Sainsbury's, a bakery and a few restauratns/pubs. The building was being repainted but it didn't disturb my stay. The room was warm and cosy, and everything was neat and clean. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Heating worked very well and the room was nice and warm. There was also a TV, a tea kettle, with a full set of coffee, chocolate, and tea options, and free toilettries.

Water pressure was not very strong but that is to be expected in old Victorian houses.
