Located in a business area with a lot of modern buildings near by. The room is a bit small, but if you're in London for exploring this huge city you won't mind it. We were here for the weekend and even if there are a few bars near by in the night it was real quiet. The staff was super nice, helping us with the luggage storage for a couple of hours until check-in. Metro station, DLR, Elizabeth line (this last one a bit closer) and a super market 5 minutes from here. Close to Thames river from were you can take a boat to the city center and Palace of Westminster. It takes about 30 minutes to get there by boat and less with metro. From the Thames river where you can take the boat, you can also see a nice sunset across the river.

The door and the walls aren't that well sound isolated. You can hear is someone is entering the room next to you. But we the guests weren't noisy so we were not bothered.

Hotel is in fantastic location, really close to everything. It was nice and clean, and the room was really nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable to sleep in, it was warm and the windows blocked out any noise from the streets below. Overall, a great experience.

It was quite small, I would have liked to not have to shimmy to get around the bed! Only room for 1 bedside table and no tea or coffee making facilities, which combined, in my opinion puts it a little on the pricier side. You can buy drinks at the reception, but in a cardboar cup. There's no restaurant, so no chance for breakfast, but there's a great cafe across the road 👍

Location is not central but it is a lovely place and far from the chaos of the most trouristic spots and it was quite easy to get to the main attractions such as Westminster or the British Museum. The reception is open 24/24h and the staff was very friendly.

Rooms are small, but equiped with everything you need and they are exactly as in their description on the website and the same as the pictures so you perfectly know what you should expect. There was no room clean service so probably it is not the best option for a long stay, but probably if you stay longer it is different.

The room was super clean with a massive door-sized window. I liked the colourful lighting, it gives the room different types of mood. The toiletries were made of organic ingredients and were of high quality, best quality I have experienced in hotels. Nice touch to have Wifi without the need of putting in your details or passwords.

The room is small, I mean really small. If the rooms were bit bigger, this could have easily been a 4/5 star hotel. With the Wifi being so fast, it would have been nice to have a Smart TV, as most people now watch Netflix, PrimeVideo etc. The rooms are not cleaned if you stay less than 3 days, but the hotel provides clean towels on a daily basis and empties the bins.

Staff were lovely. Beds comfy, great air con, good towels, room had everything you need in terms of a good night's sleep and a place to get ready before going out. Modern. Clean. Mood lighting. Large flat screen tv. Able to buy snacks and drinks at reception. Secure. 24 hour manned reception. Location good for nightlife. Cheapest place to stay in Canary Wharf, excellent value. Only 7 minute walk from Boisdale where we were going for a night out.

Hard to find. Don't follow google maps, it doesn't take into account the building work or different street levels. Easiest way from Canary Wharf station is to walk to Cabot Square, go over the bridge towards the Marriott Hotel on West India Quay, but turn left at the end of the bridge, away from The Marriott walk past the bars and after The Ledger Building it's across the road on the left. Pillow wasn't great.Very little room which means nowhere to sit other than on the bed or on hard wooden fold up stool.

Great Location - honesty! It's the financial district of London, Shopping Center around the corner and lots of restaurants to visit. The Hotel itself is also a good value for the money you pay - it was clean and comfortable. Yes the rooms are small but it didn't bother us at all. Very friendly staff as well.

Only the fact that we didn't want our towels to be changed every day, so that's why we kept on hanging them and we didn't leave them on the floor. However, they were changed every day.

Hotel was in a good location, close to various stations in canary wharf, and safe area to walk around alone at night (for a female). Room was clean and bed was comfy- I liked the design of the room as it is able to pack a desk in a small space. Had a problem locking my door but staff was ready to sort it out (shout out to valentina)

Room was a bit small and a suitcase would struggle to fit in the room- so best suited for a few nights stay only. Also no wardrobe just a few hangers available on the wall, and only a shower towel is provided in the bathroom.

We split on night between the two of us and honestly for £45 a night in London SO CLOSE to the tube the hotel is exceptional. Easy access to everywhere in London via the station that was a 2 min walk away, clean and tidy with all the basic amenities you need. Made our trip to the O2 super easy with no train changes and there’s staff on the desk 24/7 for when we got back later, there was also a security guard which made us feel safer. Super impressed. If you are looking for the cheapest stay you can find but you don’t want to sacrifice things like easy travel, cleanliness or basic amenities then this hotel is for you.

The room we had was on the smaller side and had no windows, however it didn’t feel claustrophobic and the lights were good enough that it didn’t feel like daylight was needed.

Highly recommend this property. Stayed for my boyfriends 30th birthday and as we were there for 5 nights we were given a slightly bigger room which was fantastic. The hotel reception allowed us to leave our bags - our flight was early so this meant we could walk around without luggage before check in time (3pm). The location is good a 5/10 minute walk to the tube station and lots to do in the area. Check in was fast and the member of staff was polite and friendly (sorry I didn’t get your name). The room itself is modern and has everything you would need for a short break. The beds were comfy and the room was cleaned numerous times throughout our visit which we weren’t expecting but was nice.

The only negative for me is that the shower wasn’t the most powerful so I struggled getting all the shampoo out my hair but not that big a deal the water temperature was great

All the staff, from every single receptionist to the cleaners to the maintenance guy, as a whole team has been quite professional, friendly & goes out of their way keeping compliances in mind which other big hotels and chains are lacking from. I am confident that *Point a* will grow from strength to strength if it continues with its exceptional service in all aspects. In short: maybe the hotel rooms are smaller but the service is hundred times better & proficient than other so called “5 star” hospitality chains in UK or in the globe at the moment. Kudos! Thank you for making our stay worth while in a detailed manner!
