The room was cleaned every single day to a high standard. It was a nice quiet hotel and the room size was adequate, the beds were comfortable also. The bathroom was modern. There were plenty of sockets on the walls and nice reading lights beside the beds.

There was no air conditioning in the room which made it very warm in the hot summer days that we stayed. We had to use our own fan to try and keep us cool at night. The tv was very high up which meant you had to lie flat on your back to watch it which took a bit of getting used to.

The property was very clean and tidy. the staff were welcoming and helpful. The bed was comfortable and it was good value for money for London.

It was a bit tricky to get to because there is no Tube station near the hotel. There is an overground train to Clapham North but it wasn’t running on Sunday so it was a long walk to Clapham Common in the heat. When I walked back to collect my bag I found out there is a bus to Nine Elms tube station.

The room was spotless, very clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was also very good with buses and train stations very short walking distance. The MC Donald's right beside was a bonus open until 2am.

Because we were in room 106 that was right on the first floor and the window on the street we could hear a bit of noise from outside, but it was fine because we were waking up earlier to enjoy the city anyway. The room could also have a small fridge just to hold some water.

Not far from the city center and easily accessed by frequent buses. Beds were very comfortable and the facilities were clean.

Not a good insulation from the noise of the busy road in front and also the shades did not allow a proper insulation from light, allowing its entrance since the early hours of the day. The4 bathroom could have a shelf or some kind of support to put our stuff, avoiding to wither place it on the ground or bringing it with us every time we're using the toilet.

The staff at this facility should be a benchmark for many, helpful, kind, very pleasant and welcoming, it seems as if they had years of experience, yet they are very young with impeccable manners. We did lt expect this property and staff to be of this calibre , we just needed to stay for a few nights due to a hospital visit. We cannot commend the staff highly enough just how wonderful, caring and helpful they are. I shall ve recommending this place to anyone who visits London as the ransport connection is great , too, you are in any part of London anywhere between 10-20 mins. Great stay, pleasant and very clean.

I cannot say there are any negatives in regards to the property and staff,not many restaurants around, but many shops and fast food outlets, there's a nice Portuguese restaurant 5 mins from the CGH

Exceptionally clean, comfortable and cozy hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed, hot shower with nice pressure. Everything is really clean and looks new! Bus stop right outside the door. Subway station within 10 minutes' walk (or you can take a bus from right outside the hotel to the subway station). There is a little street booth called "Uncle Tom's Cabin" with excellent coffee/espresso drinks and fresh sandwiches/pastries within 2 minutes' walk. McDonald's is next door if that's your thing. Local mini mart across the street.

Comfortable beds precisely made with crisp bedlinen, exceptionally clean including public areas. En suite very small but totally fine with decent water pressure and again very clean. Modern windows that blocked traffic noise almost completely when closed. Friendly helpful sensible staff.

The bedroom carpet was a bit stained and marked. Still vacuumed but let the rest of the well presented room down. We were woken only once by the noise from the next door restaurant...but this was nothing excessive.

Really loved the location of this place. There are multiple buses nearby that you can catch to get to downtown London and that McDonald's is really easy to get to for those quick breakfast options. 👀 The staff we interacted with were very pleasant and helpful.

Wish we could have gotten an extra key since there were three of us in the room, but it wasn't really an issue. (My friend went clubbing one night with the key and didn't get back until the following day, so we had to ask the front desk to lock the door for us while we went out.)

The walls are very thin between rooms 25 and 24. We were woken by doors slamming and workmen and guetss ourside the window in the court yard. The courtyard backs onto the room leading to a security issue as you cannot open the window in this hot weather. The window is ground level and opens upwards from the ground meaning someone can just hop into your room. Consider installing air conditioning to prevent having to open the window.

This place was great - I was just needing a place to stay for one night and wanted somewhere clean, convenient and affordable and this place ticked all the boxes. The lady at the check-in desk was really nice and helpful. The room was nice and clean, good amount of space for a single person or couple staying the night. Location was good and check-in was easy. Cleanliness was the biggest thing for me. I would stay here again.

It is quite noisy at night time as its next to a busy road but this can't be helped - it's London.
