A nice comfortable hotel which allowed all four of us in a family room with two twin beds. The room was neat and the bathroom was very nice. There was room cleaning everyday which was great. The buffet breakfast in the restaurant was quite good as well. This worked for our family of four.

The location is a little out of the center of London so you have to call a taxi which can get expensive going back and forth. We used the tube/underground from Kilburn Park to get to most places. There aren’t a ton of restaurants around that you can walk to here and nothing much to see or do in the area.

The outside of the hotel is so charming, beautiful floral display. Because we were there in Winter and it poured rain, I didn’t get to take any cute pictures. But it was well done. The staff was exceptionally friendly. Our room was ready early! The room was spotless. The bed was comfortable. Water temperature and pressure amazing. The staff were so help. Anything we asked for - ice, collecting a package, toilet paper, they exceeded our expectations. The breakfast spread was fantastic. And everything was tasty. Which was most important. I stayed for a medical board exam so I basically spent 48 hours in the room before the exam and it was so comfortable and I was very happy with my choice.

Even though I checked the location before I came, it is a little more out of the way than I thought. Commuting via tube when it’s pouring rain is a little impractical so we ended up using taxis/ubers the entire time.

disappointed the executive lounge was not operational

Very cozy family room that can sleep 4 people with very reasonable price. The Maida Vale street has everything we need, from restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores, all within walking distance. The basement parking is very secured, and has lift directly to the rooms floor from basement. Another plus, very close to Abbey Road Studio, for anyone fancy to take the iconic street crossing photos.

The £100 deposit taken at check-in was a little bit too much, considering that the price we paid for the room is not inexpensive.

I like the location next to a lot of stuff, Arabic supermarket and primark, tkmax, mcdonalds, great room and nice bed, the size of the room was good too.

They said the internet is free and after i signed in I they wrote I have to pay 7 pound , and Then gave me I card to sing in but I was already sing it through my room number and last name and they charged for the whole 6 days , make sure you take the wifi number first , don’t use wifi with the room number or last name

The cleanliness, friendliness and safety of the hotel. Staff was extremely helpful and insightful, very accommodating and morning breakfast was delicious. The lobby bathroom was clean and smelled awesome.

There was nothing not to like

Breakfast could be better - choice was quite limited. Swimming pool is is in a gym located in a separate building. You need to leave hotel to get there.

The hotel is located at the top of Edgware Road---just far enough from the busy centre to bring relaxation but not so far as to be unworkable for a tourist. There are, however, many buses that stop close to the hotel that will take you to the centre (Marble Arch) in no time at all--although we used Uber, which is the quickest way to get around. There are also several Tube stations close, too. The area is safe and clean. The hotel was much better than I expected, and the value for money was very good for London. We opted for a 'high floor' room, which was clean and very quiet. It was surprisingly large for London as well. The breakfast was buffet-style, but there was a chef cooking several hot options on request. The quality of food was much better than other London hotels I've stayed in. I will definitely be staying here again the future, as I only had good feelings about the place.

In truth, I didn't really experience any negatives.

the swimming pool was far from property although technically part of building and not very pleasant, I didn’t want to take the kids, it was small and dark and didn’t look very clean or appealing. It would be better not associating hotel with pool facility so customers can choose alternative hotel if an important criteria.

The hotel was amazing and the breakfast fantastic.

The pool was not in the hotel but in a health club next door that was very disappointing as this was not made clear on booking.com
