Well designed apartment. Someone had thought about how the occupants would use it and catered for them eg space to put wash bag, hooks to hang dressing gown and towels. All essentials provided like tea bags, crockery and cutlery, enough charging points, somewhere to store suitcases. It was exceptionally clean.

Having to get key from a separate building. Shower door didn't fully close. A 17p litre bottle of still water in fridge would have been the icing on the cake. Double bed a bit small when most people sleep in king size bed. Expensive at £143 a night.

Very clean and modern room with a small kitchen, which includes a coffee machine and a place to cook. It also has a hair dryer, TV and an iron. The room was cleaned every day and the coffee was frequently refilled. The room is very small but it has everything you need for a short trip to London. The bed is about 140cm wide, but comfortable. West Hampstead ist very quiet and clean, but also popular and busy. There are a lot of shops, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets around. In the night you can feel very safe there. With Over/Underground you get into the city in about 10-15 minutes.

The view into the backyard was a little spooky and messy, but thats probably how London backyards can look like. The house is very alert - we could hear every footsteps from our neighboors above. But all in all a quiet house, no party people.

Charging points were a bit slow but other than that i could not fault it.

Literally everything! The kitchenette was stocked with everything needed for hot drinks, as well as plenty of utensils and biscuits, and there was a hairdryer and ironing board which were very handy whilst we got ready :)) Despite the check in being in a different location, both places were very easy to find and only a five minute walk between them so no complaints about that at all. Genuinely couldn’t have asked for better place to stay this weekend and we will definitely be staying again next time!!

One of the windows was very stiff and took a bit of elbow grease to get closed, but to be honest we could’ve done with leaving it open overnight as we woke up very warm😅

The room felt very clean and was a good size. I only stayed for one night, but the building was very quiet while I was there. It's a nice area with excellent transport links and everything nearby that you'd need for food/groceries etc.

Unfortunately, I found the bed to be very uncomfortable. I'm not usually particular when it comes to mattresses, but I found this one quite firm and the pillows flat, and the bed actually felt a bit small overall. I had been prepared to re-book this place in the future but unfortunately the bed would make me think twice.

Excellent location, train, overground, underground, bus stations are in a short distance ( eg the train station is just a 5 minute-walk) Amenities nearby: bakeries, supermarkets, pubs. The room: its design/layout, comfy bed, cleanliness, well equipped, everything for the customer’s comfort.

Our room was on the third floor and, since it’s an old house the staircase is narrow and steep for a guest (us) with heavy suitcases. So we had difficulties to drag them up and down. If you are with suitcase/s, ask for the first floor room. Other than that everything was perfect. Wish we could stay longer. Any time would go back.

The room was just the right size for a little family weekend in London. The location in a lovely area is ideal as you get buses, trains and tube down the street. The fact that you have a little kitchen area makes it easy if you don't fancy eating out everyday. We loved the restaurants nearby (Lola'a bakery and Banana Tree West Hampstead, make sure to book a table, especially at Lola's as it gets busy in the morning).

The accomodation was clean but the bathroom can smell a bit as it doesn't have a window, simply leave the door open when you leave and it won't be an issue. Definitively not a problem but it's good to know. Also, the temperature was very cold when we got in but we simply stopped the AC and put the radiator on for an hour before shutting it down too. Be aware that you can hear other guests at night a little, but it wasn't a problem for us as it was for a short period of time.

Great location, close to the tube station and to restaurants and pubs. The rooms were very clean and well equipped (coffee machine with coffee pods provided, hidden kitchenette etc.) The beds were very comfortable. One of the rooms was looking over the high street area which was very busy over the weekend but the addition of double glazed windows meant the noise was minimal - a pleasant surprise. We did have a couple of drunk people shouting right outside of the window in the middle of the night but that's to be expected given location and timing (Fri - Sun).

Nothing, it was all great!

The room was immaculately clean, accurately equipped based upon the description, quiet, and peaceful. If you're up in town for either work or pleasure and need somewhere to lay low for a couple of nights, 198 Studios is a very good contender. Being right in the middle of West Hampstead means you have an amazing selection of places to eat, drink, and socialise on your doorstep, just avoid getting an Uber at rush hour!

I can't fault anything, my only criticism is that it would be nice to be able to check-in andreceive your door key electronically instead, which saves you a little bit of travel, through an app perhaps? Maybe one day!

The room was very well equipped. It had a nice bathroom with mini toiletries and a kitchenette with cutlery. It would be nice if they include salt and pepper as a standard. The bed was comfortable, and it was clean and quiet.

You have to collect the keys from a separate location. It was difficult to find the studios themselves.
