I do not know what people are saying bad thing about this hotel. it is standard for London or even better. i am travelling to London since 2004 and I have been in so many locations, poorer than this or much better. but the price that we paid worth everyting for the condition! hot water, clean bathroom, toiletries and towels, wide windows that we can open(in 99% of London hotels you cannot open).. we had courtyard view and it it vwry quiet. Bed was comfortable enough and I am very picky… it is true that thw hotel needs refurbisment, it is true that the bed is not king size, it is true that the furniture must be changed, but, the beddings were very clean, we even had coffee and milk.. for that price??? and if you cannot stand the atained carpets, you cand wear slippers… common, it is London…:)))

Extremely good location near the metro and museums. The reception staff was kind and eager to help with any request. Everything was made easy for us. There is some ongoing construction however we were informed in advance and did not affect our stay. Room was as indicated and compared to other London properties very spacious. Great value for money and you certainly get what you paid for.

Everything went great. Since the hotel is undergoing a maintenance I believe that with our next stay things will be sorted out. Only some small remarks regarding the floor carpet that could be changed as well as some tiny moderations that will greatly improve the hotels’ image.

It was great the staff was fantastic very helpful all ways helpful and willing to help read the reviews don't believe the hype this is a Perfect Hotel for the money my room was exactly what I needed plus the staff was always helpful if I needed them.the people who wrote negative press had to be having a bad day. I would definitely be staying there for a while

Positivity nothing

The location is great a few hundred metres from a tube station (Gloucester Road) and supermarket. Price was very good for a family room. Beds were good and clean as was the bathroom. Staff was very friendly and accomodating.

The room furniture besides the beds was not practical. Very little room to leave luggage without clutter. The hotel was in renovation and no restaurant facility was available even for breakfast. The locking of the bedroom door was random and required sometimes 4 or 5 tentatives to open. When inside the room, you couldn’t be sure it was properly locked either. I am not particularly paranoid and could live with it but it could be stressful for someone else.

It is a great place to stay. It is centrally located in the heart of London and offers most competitive prices. The rooms are clean and comfortable and come with all the necessary amenities. the hotel also offers a tea and coffee. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good place to stay in London.

Cromwell International Hotel is a great place to stay while in London. It is centrally located and only a short walk from many of the major tourist attractions. The hotel has very competitive prices, and the room are clean. Staff is extremely polite and helpful.

The Staff were really helpful, I arrived a couple of hours before check in, they contacted housekeeping to see if the room was ready yet, put my bags in a safe cupboard, and said pop back in an hour. So had a bite to eat and they were as good as their word. Bed was really comfortable, clean bedding, clean towels .. room was clean, was on 4th floor, good size, lots of wardrobe space, tea and coffee facilities ..the lift was ok, not modern but did the job. Stayed 3 nights, it’s not 5 star but I genuinely didn’t expect it to be.. the location was perfect, I was going to Hyde Park for 3 Days, there was a bus across the road straight there. Short walk to Natural history museum, V & A, Albert Hall etc. I would definitely stay again as brilliant value for money.. I spoke to lots of other visitors at the event who had paid double or more than what I paid. It’s never going to be on Grand designs, but for a decent price in a sought after area couldn’t fault it. I don’t travel to sit in a hotel room all day, it’s great base for visiting London..

It was fine, if I had to pick a fault there was wobbly tile and water drain next to the shower which could have been a trip hazard..

I had a wonderful experience at the Cromwell International Hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!
