The location was great, short walk to the train station, shops and restaurants. We had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly, always greeting us with a smile and offering us tea/coffee from the coffee machine that was available for us to use anytime of the day. The room was studio size with an ensuite bathroom, providing nice hot shower and hairdryer. There was great internet connection which was perfect to arrive home to. We had such a good time and extended our stay so we could see more of London.

Very good location. Hotel itself met expectations for the price point compared to other places I have stayed within a 5 minute walk of this hotel. Plenty of hot water. Strong internet. Quiet room from street noise and other rooms. What makes this an excellent choice is the hotel staff. Without exception they were all very friendly and helpful.

A little more heat would have been nice.

The place had amazing location, everything was close and near the best station. The room was quite quiet and had small bathroom, bed and a small nighttable. One of the most memorable thing about the hotel is definitely the staff!!! He made our stay there so awesome, everyone was friendly and helpful.

Because of the renovation there was dust and bit of noice, but it didn’t disturb us. You could feel the springs in the bed and it was quite small for us.

The owner was lovely regardless of being in the middle of reworking the hotel. He found me somewhere else to stay that is also his or a friends. I am looking forward to staying on a visit next year. Location was very near and close to small shops, Waitrose and Sainsbury’s are near by, lovely owner and friends in near by hotels and apartments. Kind, humble people.

Friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere

It was easy to locate, in between two stations,the staff were very friendly and very helpful, the hotel was been Renovated at the time of the stay,but this did not impact our stay,by the time we return at the end of day, Renovation had stopped .

Wi-Fi wasn't the best and there is no kettle on the rooms,but they do have an espresso machine.in the Reception area which is complimentary

The receptionist was more than perfect and always happy to help. The room was pretty good and clean and the shower was great. The beds were really comfy. When I come back to London this is where I stay.

Everything was great but for some people the stairs might be a little (but not that big) of a problem.

The property management are friendly, it’s a nice place to stay and it comes with a good environment close to Sainsbury. The rooms are okay, water heaters are working marvelously well. It’s a place I can recommend to anyone that’s looking to save cost and still get value.
