The studio was very comfortable for a weeks stay. Great A/C, comfortable bed and really high ceilings which made the room feel even bigger. Wonderful windows. Kitchen had basic utensils/dishes. This is not the fancy part of Kensington but great restaurants close by and Earl's Court tube was 3 blocks away. Kensington Palace is an easy 15-20 walk. Really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great balcony but no chairs/table to sit outside and enjoy it. The weather was perfect for it. I suggest you put it as an option on the menu. (I asked) We would have paid extra. Also, the outside is not kept up. Pull dead plants, brush off cobwebs and a little paint would go a long way.

Very good value for the location. Very comfortable little room/apartment that was the ideal base camp for meetings and socialising. Very hot shower.

This is being really picky but you had tea, coffee and sugar but no milk so perhaps a little bottle of milk would be a nice extra touch.

Great location and comfortable room. It had all the amenities like a small fridge, a microwave, cutlery and dishes. The room was quiet but you could hear the street noises which is inevitable when staying in the city.

There is only a rainfall shower in the bathroom and no detachable shower head so the floor gets flooded and there is no A/C in the bathroom so the mirror gets foggy very quickly.

Location was fantastic. The member of staff called Balazs was very welcoming, attentive, showed us around the flat and generally a great host. I love the fact communication was easy with the whatsapp number too.

The lift was very slow so had to use the stairs (more a dislike out of our laziness!)

Great location there’s a McDonald’s close by and a coop supermarket. Staff were friendly and stayed in contact and stylish interior with good facilities.

Was a little tricky figuring AC and underfloor heating controls out but figured it out and was great during the hot weather and after showers.

central to tube station and central london. Cozy. good value for money. reasonably clean. no staff on site but sent a text before with key codes and number to call if need any assistance. comfy bedding. powerful hot shower. hair driers. the mini kitchen unit with cutlery and plates/ bowls was handy!

dust it corners and stains I will hope Is tea or coffee on walls. bed was pretty hard, took some time trying to get to sleep. walls kind of thin so could hear everything from outside to people moving about upstairs but it’s a reasonably quiet area so wasn’t to bad and other quests did try be as quite as possible.

Great, safe location in South Kensington within walking distance of restaurants and markets. Very accessible to the Earl's Court tube station. Cute decor. Everything I needed for my several-day stay. Door codes at front door and flat door made for easy entry.

The shower was a bit challenging without a shower tray to keep the water in, but I also understood it was for accessibility reasons. I managed with a rolled towel to catch the water before it went into the rest of the bathroom. Not a big deal.

I liked the space the studio had and that there was a smart tv. The studio was light, airy, clean and tidy although basic kitchen equipment a little scant. Only stayed 2 nights so didn't need the washing machine or any additional services provided, although it was good that there was the option I think.

The sofa! Everyone to their own taste, but by golly I must say that this particular style is probably the most uncomfortable sofa I have come across. Why can't guests have feather pillows anymore (?!)

A great base with a short walk to two underground stations and supermarkets. The private terrace caught the sun and, being next to a large tree, it felt like you were escaping the busy city. Clean room. Management team really friendly and responsive.

No living room/area, so it would be cosy if two were spending a long time in the room without making use of the terrace. There are larger rooms in the building, but I preferred having the top-floor terrace for this stay.
