First of all, the staff is amazing. They're friendly and genuinely want you to have the best stay. Special thanks to Ana Maria who welcomed us with her warm kindness, to Sol whose smile and energy were contagious. Everyone was really nice, helpful and considerate. Our room was spotlessly clean every day. We also appreciated the two bottles of water and the cookies that we found in our room on arrival. The hotel is in the heart of London, 3 mn walking distance to Earl's Court. Lots of pubs and coffee places nearby. The staff will give you nice advice.

The bed was small (1m20). We had booked a small double as we want to be close to the center for an acceptable price, so that was an inconvenience we made do with. They also have bigger rooms. The venting system was noisy sometimes.

The hotel is clean with free tea/coffee and fruit provided. The bed was comfy. The location was about a 5 minute walk from Earl’s Court Station. Access to Piccadilly and District line.

The first room we were given was straight off reception. It was small and pokey with no room to move for 2 people. The bed was up against one of the walls. I requested a different room and was moved without a problem. Also, they could do with some new towels. The ones provided were thin and a bit useless.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Location couldn't be better, safe and quiet with everything you might need close by, including public transport. The room was small but very thoughtfully equipped, as was the bathroom. We will definitely recommend this place.

The Prime hotel was a great stay for us, the staff was wonderful and helped us in any way they could. The location near Earl's court train station is great and it's very easy to get around most of London including a direct line to Heathrow. There are coffee shops, super markets and restaurants close by. We originally booked the small double room which was a mistake on our side, the room is way too small with a very small bed (about 1.20 meters in width) and it was very hard for 2 grown adults to sleep in. The bathroom was almost the size of the room which I don't understand, if the room is so small at least use any space you can to make it bigger! After 2 nights we upgraded to the Superior double room which was much bigger with a bigger bed. We ended up extending our stay in that room for a few extra nights.

The small double room is too small for two people, it should be a single room. Wi-Fi was great in our original room but very bad in the second one we moved to, the staff was able to help us out with that though. Train to center London from Earl's court is about 30min, keep that in mind when booking.

The room was very very small but nicly furnitured. The bed was even smaller. You have to love each other very much to be able to sleep on it, but otherwise it was comfortable. Of course, it is possible to book a room with bigger bed for higher price. The bathroom was very good and nice. It is very well situated. Very close to the Earls Court undeground station and also not far from the High Street Kensington station. You can get into the center within 20 min from the door. The staff was very freindly. There is no breakfast but there are fruits plate, tea and coffee bags what you can have as you like.

Great location, less than 5 minutes walk to the tube station. We'll organized hotel, very clean with all the amenities you can expect.

We didn't mind that the room was quite small, after all you don't spend much time there. From other reviews we were warned that the beds were small, but it's was ever smaller than we expected. With a 5 hour jetlag you need to be able to sleep comfortably and that never happened. Both my wife and I are quite slim and we still didn't have enough space. Very unfortunate, since the rest of the hotel features were quite good.

The staff are 100% the best bit of this hotel. They couldn't be nicer. When we first got there we found our room too small - the photos on booking.com I think aren't clear enough about which room is for which price point. The staff immediately came to see, looked at available rooms, looked at pricing on booking.com and facilitated an upgrade for us (with a cost ofc). They helped us move and checked in on us. We were offered free refreshments every time we returned to the hotel, offered to look after our bags on the last day. We asked for an additional pillow when leaving one morning and it was there when we came back in the afternoon - they just couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly. The room we had initially was clean but really only suitable for a single person. The room we upgraded to was clean, had Aircon and much more room. The hotel is really close to all the major museums and was easy to get to or get an Uber to and from.

Once we moved, nothing really. It suited our needs perfectly.

Lovely clean modern hotel, no catering facilities but we knew that. there was fresh water machine some fruit and extra coffee in reception which I thought was great coffee and lovely biscuits and water in room the bed was comfy was very clean lovely shower room plenty of toilet roll and wash and hand wash very clean good TV and WiFi a window that opened all in all very good. The receptionist was so helpful and polite we had booked a basement room but were upgraded. Such a lovely polite young lady really set the tone for an enjoyable stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at The Prime London Hotel. I booked at the last minute as an emergency and was welcomed by a lovely lady at the reception who made the check-in process very easy and enjoyable. Additionally, the room was very spacious with a comfortable bed. There was also a chair, and desk - generally a lot of space. Clean bedding, lots of useful hotel gadgets. Tea and coffee-making facilities were great in the room. At night, peace and quiet, no noise. Warm in the room, clean windows. A perfect rest. I will be definitely back next time I'm in London.

I liked everything. No complaints. I loved it.
