The room was good enough to stay in the central of London. Everything is nearby restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and the most importantly is the Earl's Court understand station, it was around 5 minutes walk. That was really really beautiful. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had a comfortable stay in Westbury hotel. You will not feel that you are abroad. They treat the hosts like they are one of their family. I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended:)

I can't find anything I didn't like. Imagine this is a 3 stars hotel and you have a coffee machine in your room. That's wonderful! Literally, the room has everything you need.

Location is really great. The staff were well above standard and were very helpful in all way. They were so happy to help for anything we required.

The only things to mention was the bed mattress was a little uneven and the shower screen makes the small shower a bit of a challenge.

The Westbury is a well-run hotel in a quiet neighbourhood with great transport links. The triple room was clean, spacious and had all the amenities we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

extra ordinary friendly staff, very good location fair price

The hotel is very easy to find, and only a few minutes' walk from Earls Court station. The receptionists were wonderful - very friendly and very helpful. The lady who checked us in (Katerina?) gave us some excellent suggestions for breakfast (The Blackbird) and also where I could potentially purchase a warm coat (after having mine stolen as I arrived at Heathrow on a cold wet winter evening). Compared to other properties, the hotel was the most affordable I could find, and the location is excellent.

The room was smaller than we anticipated (but I suspect that's London living!) but still quite functional for a short stay.

Staff very friendly. Arrived early and called in to drop of luggage 5 hours early and amazingly was asked if we wanted to put our luggage in the room as it was ready for us. Enabled us to get freshened up before heading out again. Clean, warm and comfortable stayed at end of Nov start of Dec. Central London rooms big enough for 3 with hanging space for coats etc and under bed storage for cases. No frills but for the price it is perfect for short break with easy access to London transport. Very quiet at night. Tea /coffee making available in room. Have stayed here before and would def stay again. Lift available and working.

Hallways a little tired but not a reason to stop me coming back.

The location was very convenient within few hundred meters of the Piccadilly line and District line, as well as few supermarkets and pubs within walking distance. Even without any prior reservation we did manage to find seats in a nearby pub on New Year's Eve. If you are not in a hurry and the weather allows it, Hyde park is within walking distance (about 45-50 min). A nice bonus was the fridge in the room and the daily coffee resupply.

The room and the bed were small for two people but nothing we couldn't manage. We have stayed in way smaller rooms :)

The staff were so lovely and seemed to know who I was before I made it to the front desk - I loved the personal approach as they instantly made me feel at home. My daughter loved the cat picture that Anna gave her and had a hug at the end of our stay! The room was small but clean and comfortable, and the shower was great. The location was excellent for the museums and Earl's Court.

It was a shame that there was no breakfast option, even just a snack box, but there are many places nearby to get food and a Sainsbury's just a 5 minute walk away. The walls were a bit thin, but we still slept fine.

Excellent location. Exceptionally friendly stuff (many thanks again for the very warm welcome and making us feel at home!). We could check into the room despite a very early arrival. The room was relatively simple, but the beds were comfy. The bathroom was very small and basic, but functional. Our room was below ground level, but had a window with limited day light. It was very quite. Overall a good place to sleep.

The heating was difficult to control and the room got too hot at night, but I finally manged to turn it off and it was OK (I did not ask the staff - I am sure they would have helped). No elevator available, but this is typical for small hotels in this area. If you expect more than just a descent place to spend the night or if you are physically impaired, better look for a better (and pricier) place.

The location is great and the staff are lovely. We had another cosy stay at this hotel and such a bargain for London too. The beds were very comfortable and there was little noise at night, other than the central heating - but this quietened overnight and there was plenty of heat, plus a convex heater that we didn't need.

Nothing really - apart from tantalising smells emanating from the staff kitchen below but no breakfast offered to residents. However, there are plenty of places to eat nearby at Earl's Court.
