Cleanliness, air conditioning, good location, and a small gym.

Check-in is at 2pm and check-out is at 11am, so there are 3 hours of uncalculated booking. The lack of coordination with the booking website, where I corresponded with the website and confirmed the hotel's approval to leave at 3, but the hotel employee suddenly opened the door of the room without teachers at 12 o'clock and that I am late and must leave now.

The room and bathroom were both very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was nice and warm. The breakfast was very good and great value. All staff that we spoke to on the premises were very helpful and polite. Maid service was great. Our room was cleaned, bedding and towels were all changed in the time that we ate breakfast

Very little. The carpets in the hallway were very badly stained and marked in places. The room we were in had an iron scorch mark on the carpet. The bedside socket on one side was very loose and not working. The day before we were due to stay I called to confirm our booking and payment. A female member of staff who answered the phone was very abrupt and quire rude.

Location perfect. Room really nice and very quiet against what one might expect from a room right on the Cromwell Road. Staff friendly and competent.

Breakfast was rushed, cramped and not well organised. Staff were overloaded. Choice wasn't great. We would have been better not paying for the hotel breakfast and going out to Paul, next to Gloucester Road tube station instead. Other than that, the hotel stay was very good.

Good location, friendly people and nice room. Little bit noisy at night/ in the mornings due to the tube nearby but fortunately didn’t ruin our sleep (and I’m a light sleeper so that says a lot :) )

We thought the breakfast was a little expensive, 13-16 pound pp for limited availability of continental food. Mostly focused on typical english breakfast.

Location is great .. staff are friendly .. comfortable beds.

Place for improvement .. I was staying in mews suite. Whenever room is serviced, bed sheets are not changed but only organised again. To provide more tissues in the room not only in the toilets. The bath tub is great, however the bath tub is so steep and slippery. I recommend changing it to better quality and less steep and uneven tub floor. And to add a metal bar maybe to hold on to when entering or leaving the shower.

The double bed room was very comfortable with AC, wifi, decent size bathroom and iron with an ironing board (a big plus since we were attending a wedding and needed clothes to be ironed so great facility provided in a hotel room), good room service. Great location near Gloucester Road Station and walking distance from all the major museums and park (Hyde Park). Convenient bus service near the Hotel. Breakfast was good but we noticed besides eggs, non-veg choice was only bacon and ham. On request, we were provided with turkey and beef (cold cuts) which was helpful. A shout out to Clarissa and Luke - great service. Keep it up and thank you.

Breakfast with only bacon and ham being served as non-veg option. We stayed for six nights and it would have been great to see some variation or variety being served for breakfast. This is fine for those who stay for 1 or 2 nights but for longer stay customers, small variations on breakfast table would have been helpful.

Helpful, friendly staff. Wonderful selection of food at breakfast. Comfortable room facing Cromwell Road. Good room service. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice television with a variety of channels. Safe place to stay. Great location with a Waitrose grocery store a few blocks away. Shopped there often. Appreciated the in-room fridge and tea making equipment.

My room did not have a safe as promised. There was a wooden piece of the desk that kept falling apart. It just needs to be glued back in place. A metal piece of the shower fixture kept falling off. Needs to be repaired. Carpeting needs to be replaced in my room (317) and in the hallways. Disappointed that the bar wasn't open very often. Would have been fun to hang out there.

Excellent location near tube station. Breakfast had good choice and my dietary requirements Gluten Free diet was available which was great to get as it sometimes can be difficult. It was 100% self service and it would have been nice to have tea/coffee offered and brought to table to save getting up and down, however, this was not a problem and I would definitely highly recommend the Park Hotel to my friends and I will return.

As I mentioned to have tea and coffee served at breakfast would be nice. There were only 4 milk capsules left in fridge to have with tea/coffee which was minimum - we would have liked some more! A bar to have a drink at the end of the day would also have been welcome!

The reception staff were all lovely and very friendly each day. Our room was nice and far superior from when we stayed before. We asked them to look at our air con, and it was sorted straight away. Room nice and spacious. The bathroom is good too. Breakfast at the hotel is good value and plenty of variety, both hot and cold. The location is great. Just a few mins ealk from the tube, a pharmacy and a food store. Pubs, restaurants nearby. Nat History museum, V & A and science museum just a fee muns walk.

Would prefer king size beds to a double. Bar shut dead on 11pm. No.final call for last orders. We were ushered out. This is what dropped the hotel from getting a 10.

We arrived quite late at night, after a late flight in. When we initially checked in the room we had been given had not been used in a while and was not in a state suitable for our family to stay. We spoke to the front desk and they were very apologetic and immediately sorted us out with a room, initially for the night but this was extended for the whole stay, which was an upgrade beyond what we had paid for. This was a good hotel for visiting the museums (V&A, Science, Natural History), as it's not too far a walk down Cromwell Road. It's also close to the Circle, District and Piccadilly lines at Gloucester Road and buses run frequently enough that we found it very easy to get around.

Accessibility of the front entrance. There are a few steps up off the street that made it difficult to carry luggage and a buggy/pram/stroller when we were checking in and out.
