The location was perfect for our 7am eurostar, we needed to be there at 5:30am with 3 children. The place may not be beautiful but there is restaurants and a McDonald’s round the corner and the location is great if you need to be close to st.pancras ( 6 minutes walk) The bed was clean, the toilet was clean. Check in was simple. The price was low
The beds are a bit dated ( but clean) The shower could do with a spruce up The front door was off putting, could do with a lick of paint, it certainly had me worried but inside the room was fine No lift and a lot of stairs to lug up suitcases. Again all of this was worth it for the location and the extremely cheap price.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The facilities were everything we needed. I'd say we approached our stay with some trepidation given some poor reviews we'd seen. However, I'd say they were non-representative of the hotel. I found it to be an excellent budget venue for an overnight stop. If I find myself needing somewhere to stay overnight in London again I would happily stay here given the very reasonable cost compared to other local hostelries.
The road and train noise were irritating but stopped after midnight.

We were checking in late at night, and the very nice reception lady was waiting for us after her shift finished - it was really kind. The location is great and its a good value for money. The room has a kettle with tea bags and coffee, shampoo, soap and shower gel and tv.
There was only one pillow for both of us. The bathroom had a leak but didn’t really bother us. And it can get quite noisy with the train station nearby, but to be honest it’s nice and quiet from midnight till early morning.

Good for one night stay. Small room with a standard bed, mattress, bathroom, TV and kettle. You can hear the train nearby but which wasn't a problem for us but might be a flag for others, but the location was also brilliant for London bound.
The mattress isn't the comfiest but we slept well. Not very well decorated/old furnishings/chipped paint etc. no sink plug /soap.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The location was also ideal, with easy access to key attractions and public transportation. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay!

The location - near the King's Cross station - is the best thing about the hotel. Besides that, the room was neat and tidy. The price is adjusted to the standard and it's worth it.
There was maybe too little space in the room, but for a 2 nights stay it was just enough. Also the TV could have worked better, it failed to work properly sometimes

This is basically a spare room in someone’s home, it is clean, warm and well stocked with mini fridge, tea and coffee, toaster and microwave in the room.
It did at times feel a little awkward using the shared toilet and shower. But that’s my feelings not down to the property.

The staff was so helpful and absolutely amazing! Such beautiful people.
The only thing I can complain about were my expectations. The room was smaller than I expected but that’s all.

the property is really close to kings cross, the room and the private bathroom was a decent size, the heating was on and the water was hot. we had a kettle (no tea bags/milk - bring your own), towels, soap and a shampoo each. really good price for such a central location and was pleasantly surprised - good value for money for a place to stay one night in the city
it could have been cleaner - it was fine but the walls are badly stained with damp and with past guests making mess. the edges of the carpet and skirting boards were v dusty. only one mug and glass for two of us; tea bags and milk would have been really appreciated. you can hear the train with the window open and feel the bed springs in the mattress.

The bedroom was very small, it took a double bed with inches to spare, but at such a good price for a convenient location near Kings Cross and St Pancras - less than half the Travelodge price - it was all we needed. And it was clean, the bathroom excellent and the staff lovely. It would have been nice to have cups as well as a kettle, but they searched diligently for one and I'm sure they'll be better equipped next time. We will stay there again.
