The location was perfect, staff super friendly (we were able to communicate via WhatsApp which was so convenient!). The beds, pillows and blankets were of good quality and quite comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. They provided a crib/"pack and play". The "keys" to get into the building and apartment were so convenient and made it quite easy for our whole group to get separated if needed without having to juggle who got the keys. It's not very common to get an apartment with good kitchen "supplies", but here the frying pans seemed like new and were so easy to cook with!
To get to your apartment you have to climb some pretty steep and narrow-ish stairs. This can be hard to do especially when carrying big/bulky suitcases and in our case, a stroller. In the kitchen, one drawer and the fridge door were hard to close so in particular we had to be reminding each other to close the fridge door correctly (you had to push hard or lift it a bit sideways).

Nice apartment but not without its flaws, however Joseph the property manager made up for it all!!! * Great location, very near to KX station, above a supermarket and lots of food options around * No frills, has everything you need for a short stay - heating, a separate bedroom, wardrobe, kitchen, washing machine, decent wifi * Convenient and secure - door PINs are changed often, no need for keys, CCTV monitoring, motion sensor lights in hallway * Joseph the property manager is very responsive, helpful and always went the extra mile
* Maybe I missed this in the listing - there is no front desk nor elevator. Not recommended if you are coming with a big and heavy luggage * Poor noise insulation. Window faces a busy street and you can hear people and vehicles through the night - worst are the police / emergency sirens. You can also hear your neighbours walking up and down the stairs * More clothes hangers will be nice!

Convenient as I came direct from Airport without changing stations. met my son who came from Leeds at the Station too. 5 min walk to the apartment and both had comfy bed n shower and a small kitchen. Convenient to walk/to tube. Good value. Staff on WhatsApp good response always. Can store my luggage a few days after . So kind.
street noises all night long I recommend earplugs. Upstairs leaked but the staff immediately responded and it didn’t leak again. General clean needs improvement as I found hair on towel n bed.

I liked the location, of course. The building is old, and considering the location, it was expected to have noise coming from neighbours. But it was fine as we all were deaf. Kitchen utensils are basic, and there is no coffee maker, but that is not a problem as there are plenty of cafes and an express market a few steps away. We were five tall adults, and the room was fine with sleeping all of us but not dining.
The initial contact with the landlord was difficult as we couldn't get into the building and the flat; he needed to send us codes and update one, which took a few phone calls and time. The sink was easily filling up, and the shower door wasn't closed in full (flat 3).

Property is convenient, good value and space for the area, very close to KX station. The Manager gave very clear instruction about the property as we were arriving late, warm and cozy in December. Lovely shower space. Good ventilation on the top floor.
It was not clean as expected, used condom by the sofa bed, only one toilet roll provided, the bathroom sink is in a bit of state as it was not draining properly and tap is fixed to an angle probable need replacing

Perfect location. Great value for monet. Super nice staff. Was a bit hot at night even with fan at full blady but it was super warm day.
Couldn’t find proper knife so preparing breakfast for kids in the morning with butter knife was a bit of a struggle.

We had a lovely 4 days stay at this appartement. Contact with Joseph was very easy and nice. On the day of arrival he let us know we could check in earlier. The instructions he send were very clear and easy. The appartement is enough for 4p. You can turn the couch into a 2p sleeping place, and the seat next to it into a 1p sleeping place. The bedroom has a 2p bed. Kitchen is nice to use for cooking. Location is nice. You have a 24/7 store for groceries, Kings Cross is a 3min walk. And there are some nice restaurants/pubs in the area. Not a lot of noise from neighbours or traffic.
Just a small attention for people who don't like stairs, we stayed at app nr 5 and that's on the 3th floor. No elevator. We didn't mind that at all. 😉 One small thing was that the lock on the bathroom door was broken, so we couldn't close the door all the way or lock it. So that can be a bit uncomfortable. And the bedroom window couldn't close completely at the last night so we heard some traffic nose, only in the morning. Only the last night.

Small but comfortable apartment right by King's Cross and St Pancras station, which makes it perfect if you arrive by train. Don't be fooled by the external image of the building as it looks quite old, but the apartment is modern and clean. The facilities are quite basic but you can cook simple meals, the beds are comfy (one double bed in a separate bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room). The bathroom and kitchen are quite clean. The area is full of shops and supermarkets, and there's several metro and bus stops close by, so all very convenient. Surprisingly, despite being on a super busy and noisy street, in the apartment you can't hear any of it; the windows face the back of the building, so at night you don't hear a thing. The host was very friendly, responded quickly, and the access to the apartment is via door code, so you don't even need to meet - we just arrived there, called Joe, and were granted access to the apartment immediately.
The building is a bit old, so you can hear people walking up or down the stairs, or on the top floor (but nothing too serious). It would be nice to have a broom or a vacuum cleaner, as there is nothing to clean the floor if you spill something, but as I said the apartment is quite clean overall.

The flat is really close to Kings Cross, which makes it very convenient for commuting. There is also a Sainsbury's next door, so if you need anything you just need to walk up/down the stairs. Check-in was super easy as well, given all the doors are unlocked with keycodes and instructions provided were very clear. I was travelling on my own, but apparently there's a sofa bed as well which might be helpful if there's 2 or more people in the group.
Given the location, the street below might be quite busy, so you might hear noise here and there, but I didn't find it very distracting. Also it's the same with most places around busy streets in London!
