The staff were very nice. The place was clean and presentable. The location was great for what we wanted and what we paid for. Right on the edge of Hyde Park with bus and train a casual 5 minutes or less walk away. Also plenty of places to eat nearby.

The room was smaller than expected. For 3 adults trying to juggle 3 large suit cases it was very cramped. The photos on the web don't show this room only larger ones so we were quite surprised when we opened the door for the first time. If we had wanted the Hilton we would have booked it. We didn't want flash as it was purely a place to sleep at night and for that this place was fine, just smaller than hoped.

I like the room, it was very clean, the bed was good and the space was perfect. It has a wardrobe to put our clothes and always there were coffee and tea for drinking. The people at the reception were kind and they took care of our luggage after the check out, because our flight was late at night. So we could visit some more places in the last ours in London. The location was fantastic for us, there were several halal restaurants near the hotel and some local stores to buy bread or sodas. The train station Paddington was near so you can take the fast train to go to Heathrow airport. For sure I will come back

The fan of the bathroom didn' t work, that was the only detail.

The hotel was really close to two different train stations (Paddington and Edgware). It was also close to Regents Parks and Hyde Park. Furthermore, someone came and cleaned our room every day during our 3 day stay which was surprising. We had coffee tea sugar and milk refilled everyday in our room. Great view from the room as well. We also had everything (Mac Donald’s, supermarket) in walking distance. The heater was always on making the room very hot and cozy for me and my husband. -Loads of Hangers -Internet Wi-Fi was great -Great Bed

-The shower wasn’t very easy to handle because it’s fitted on the wall and doesn’t move. -The TV didn’t work. -A little noise coming from the street and our neighbours but after so much walking we slept quite easily.

Arrived on 13th November. Friendly receptionist on check in. Easy check in. Same receptionist gave us directions to find our way around later on, very helpful, all very friendly staff in reception. Room was clean and warm. Hotel near to a bus stop and underground station. Shops nearby, Waitrose, Tesco, M&S. Small shop across the street with friendly staff. Refrigerator, kettle, tea ,coffee etc in the room which was very convenient. Shampoo, shower gel also in the ensuite bathroom. Ask at reception if you need a hairdryer. About 15 minutes walk to Marble Arch.

No dislikes. No tv signal, it wasn't a problem for us but Im sure if we had asked, staff would have fixed it.

The room was clean, warm, and staff very friendly and helpful, also they have an all night staffed reception, really good for a solo traveller. The location is excellent for local buses, tube, shops and eateries. Great for a couple days stay right in London central.

I wasn't expecting much for the room price for up to two people, which was fair, so I don't have complaints. The decor of the hotel and room fittings have seen better days, but everything was clean. Simple shower, smallish towels, you get what you pay for.

Close to the underground and friendly staff at reception. Lots of shops nearby and places to eat and drink. Reception area was pretty. Happy to have a fridge in the room. Slept well.

Requested a one double and one single bed but got 3 single beds which is not what we asked for. Wallpaper stained on one wall and needs replacing. Shower curtain had what looked like a burn mark on it. Also we had to leave our key with reception when we went out which I found a bit odd. Also cleaners was knocking on our door at 11am on the dot which was check out but they were a bit inpatient I think. Because the reception was so pretty when I saw the room it was a bit of a let down.

The location was a walking distance to Hyde Park corner and Oxford street. The hotel itself was on a quieter street, but right next to it was a very busy street with grocery stores, restaurants and other shops very close by. Also convenient location for public transport. Room was clean and spacious.

Our room was located in -1 floor and the floor itself had a bit of a moldy smell (the room didn’t though). It was a bit chilly in the room at night. And the mattress was a bit too soft for me, but my friends were okay and slept well.

I was able to check in early when i arrived at the hotel around 12pm. My room was ready. Check-in was fast & easy. Front desk staff was very friendly & courteous. Location wise the hotel was near to edgware road underground station, grocery shop & eateries. Hotel was easy locate using waze @ google. There was a small but functioning elevator, which was very convenient as im having large luggage. Lugagge storage was allowed beside the reception area for guests.

The room was a bit small. Toilet was really tiny. There was no car park available nearby the hotel. Room was not air-conditioned. Room might be a bit hot during summer months.

The hotel location is great. Very close to Bakerloo overground line and also a great spot to get buses to wherever you want to go. The staff was very nice and there is space to keep your luggage before the checkin and after the checkout.

The room is small. If you have large luggage you will struggle a bit with space. We had some issues with the shower. It was working properly but it took a considerable time to heat the water. Sometimes the water changed the temperature suddenly: from hot to cold in a matter of seconds without switching anything.
