The location is pretty close to the important areas and it’s easy to find ways to move around. The hotel is cozy specially because the weather was cold outside. Shower was good and had good pressure and hot water. The idea of having microwave, coffee maker with amenities and a small fridge helped us a lot !

The room is small as well as the bathroom. I’m not a fit person so it was kinda complicated to move in the bathroom. I’d suggest to check or change the soap for the blankets because we had a rash but the bed was clean cuz we checked it well. So probably it was the laundry soap or any detergent.

First of all the room was ready earlier so we had an early check in (im talking about 2h earlier) Very nice location just a block away from paddington station. Really appreciate the extra adapter for the plugs. We got the room we asked , big enough with fridge, table with chairs and a microwave. The heat was regulated by us so we had the right temperature. The stuff was very friendly and helpful! Overall a very nice stay! Hope to see you soon

The only thing we didn't like very much was the humidity, but it could be fixed with the radiators. Heat made it better so not really a problem! Please note that the hotel doesn't offer breakfast. Next corner had a lot of choices so no worries

Great location, easy to get to Heathrow and good starting point for sightseeing. Easy to communicate with the staff, we were able to switch rooms since we had a toddler and were able to leave the stroller in the hall so we had more space in the room.

Description of the hotel said that breakfast was included in the price and you could even see photos of breakfast served in the archive but that is not the case. NO breakfast is included in the price which was quite a surprise. Floor was not as clean ad we expected. Our sons trousers were full of dirt after playing on the floor.

I extended my stay here several times, so I got to experience a few double and single rooms. - Staff very friendly and helpful. Whenever I had to check out of one room and switch to another, they'd assist in transferring my luggage. - Beds are firm and didnt sink in. - Hair dryer in the room - Convenient location close enough to public transport, food and groceries, but not smack on the commercial strip which would've been a bit noisy. - Clean! Quite well maintained generally, too. - Plenty of sockets to charge your devices - All but 1 of my rooms had a microwave. Doubles have a fridge as well. Most had a closet room for stowing luggage and hanging clothes. 1 had a table and chairs. I guess they're all slightly different depending on the size of the space. - There's a fan in the room for warmer days

- You'll hear some light traffic from the street, but I always had my window open, so I'm not sure if closing it would block out the sound. Didnt bother me though. - London being London, room sizes are expectedly 'not large' and so bathrooms can be a bit small as well. Can't really call that a negative here, since it's the norm, but just something to note.

Good, decent hotel for the price range they been asking !! Was really happy with the cleaning personel checking up every day !! Another bonus point the heat in the room was working ( so appreciated specially sincer we were there ar the beginning of Dec) !! Room was small indeed but has a touch of cozyness and the bed really comfy !! Lots of small markets around plus a McDonald's in the area !! Definitely will choose it again next time !! Could have provided with a pair of slippers!!

1. The location is good 2. It comes with a private bathroom 3.It is acceptable clean 4.They offer express service which means they change the towels, put up the beds and quick sweep everyday to maintain cleanliness

1.The water didn’t go down the drain pipe quickly while showering. 2.The wall seems old and molded, it needs repaint. Also, it smells. 3.I can hear others in the room. Quite bother some times but people were not too loud.

Everything we needed, lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and very comfortable for our short stop in London and nearby to catch our coach early the next morning

The room was small, but enough for a family of 3. It was very tidy with a great bathroom. Wi-Fi worked well. Great location with Paddington Train station less than 5 minutes walk and all sorts of buses on the same street. Great restaurants nearby too. Would recommend for long weekend in London.

I am not really picky person so I would say nothing, all worked well, room was nice despite the size. Friendly staff and had the room serviced daily.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Location was brilliant and the hotel provided a great stay for the price. All staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Bed was perfect to sleep in. Rooms are a decent size for a couple and the price paid. Hotel was easily accessible via train and tube, with two tube stations both within a 5-10 minute walk. Lots of shops, Bars and Restaurants in walking distance of the hotel.

Fridge in room slightly noisy but once we got used to the sound it was fine. Everything else was perfect!

The hotel was very clean, loved how housekeepers came and cleaned up every morning. Adequate facilities in the room. Was cosy and like a home from home. Very classy yet simple decor and the staff were lovely. Less than 5 min walk from Paddington Station and very easy to find 😀

The one thing that would have made our stay even better would have been breakfast included however I also understand that not all hitels/guesthouses can accommodate this.
