I spent a week here and was delighted to find that the rooms have all been recently renovated and were wonderfully clean and comfortable. The location is phenomenal - I had to use King's Cross/St. Pancras a lot so this location was perfect. It's on a quiet street so even though it's a five minute walk from Paddington Station, it was easily accessible and quiet. As a solo woman traveller I would highly recommend this place. Breakfast was available every morning too.

Very close to the train and tube station. Many eateries around the area and also walking distance to Hyde Park and Kensington Park. Hotel is clean and the furnishings are pretty new. We were lucky to be given a ground floor room as there are no lifts. They gave us 2 pillows each and also extra towels and toiletries. Breakfast is adequate for a start to the day. Enough bananas and apples to go around. All the staff are pleasant and helpful. If I'm in London again in the cooler months, I'll stay here.

There was no air conditioning so it can be a bit warm in the early evening. But the fan they gave us helped and with the windows open, it became cooler into the night. The television placed on top of the dressing table mirror is so small that it's as good as not having one.

1. The location is pretty good! About 5mins walking distance to Pattington station which has railway and underground inside. Very convenient to airport or central London. 2. And there are two restaurants nearby l would like to recommend. One is Motto, a Turkish restaurant. The other is Paramount Lebanese restaurant. Both of them have fabulous lamp chops which are the most tasty ones that I have ever had. 3. Good breakfast, I think mostly because of the energetic lady staff. 4. Good view from room window from third floor. Our room is facing the road which could see big trees and classic London buildings. 5. Good staffs in front desk and 24 hours service. One young guy helped us carrying a heavy luggage to third floor. 6. After check-out, you could store the luggage at front desk.

1. No elevator. No recommend to bring heavy luggage with you. 2. Carpet floors. Makes me a little bit allergy. 3. Small bathroom. 4. The cleaning everyday is not good enough. Can’t understand why couldn’t give us shower gel and shampoo everyday.

Everything was so clean from inside to outside. Approached the Hotel and the Windows, Doors, Handles etc., where clean and sparkling. Walked into Reception to be greeted by an extremely polite gentleman with a smile to match. Our room was equally as clean along with the breakfast room and all the passageways and stairs. All staff where more than helpful and made for a stay to remember. If in London again would not hesitate to stay again.

Would have liked to have seen an alternative Fire Escape as the only exit was the main stairway and we did not see any fire extinguishers. Perhaps we missed them but they should be in an obvious place to see. Sure they were there as the Hotel could not be faulted, and perhaps we should have asked where they were located for our own safety if need be.

location good and very close for transport links. All recently renovated/refurbed

ROOM 21 bathroom petit so unsuitable for large guests. On 4th floor with no lift so would be a struggle with heavy luggage. 80+ steps from there to breakfast room. Disappointed no English breakfast..no call for it was told,,,,but for what I paid £150 a night could have been offered scrambled eggs on toast or even beans on toast ! Not sure if the tariff was high because of the coronation demand . Single bed because room small ,For that price a bit steep. Anyway was aware of this when I booked

Staff were helpful and friendly both on the front desk and also at breakfast. The hotel was clean and functional, although small the room was absolutely fine for what we needed, wouldn't advise for a long term stay due to space but fine for a night or two. For it's location it was a great price as location excellent to get to a number of places with tube and train station a couple of minutes away on foot.

In the loft and windows didn't open wide, even with a fan it was quite stuffy and not a particularly hot day. No kettle in room, tea and coffee downstairs and we had to walk to top floor so not ideal especially for a late night/morning cuppa.

Hotel seems quite new, with good facilities. It's simple but effective, ideal for business travel I'd say, but also works for a short holiday. The location is fantastic with Paddington station a very short walk away connecting you to everything that you may need in London and other cities. The breakfast was simple but good and the staff taking care of it was very cheerful and kind.

The bed was a bit on the short side for me as a 191cm person. But it was still comfortable. I stayed in the attic floor, so lots of stairs up which can inconvenience those with more luggage.

The room was on the smaller side and so was the bathroom but honestly, it didn't bother us at all. It was big enough, clean, the beds were confortable... had everything we needed to shower, sleep, rest and keep our things whilst we explored the city. The hotel itself was cute, cozy, everyone was very nice and it was really close to de underground (and hyde Park). Our room had a lovely view to a nice street. We felt confortable and safe.

extremely helpful and supportive staff , making the stay a pleasure. A special shout out to Simon who went out of his way to help me ! I am truly grateful :-) all in all: enjoyed my stay and felt - which for me is always the most important thing - truly welcome like when you come in exhausted and wet from watching the coronation and you get a friendly „here, have a cup of tea first“ just lovely ! and not to forget: super close to Paddington station
