Convenient location next to a bus stop and Belsize Park underground station. Neighbourhood is safe and well maintained, with several shops and a bakery nearby. Rooms are well equipped, there was a proper kitchenette and a good sized closet in the anteroom (we booked a triple room). Coffee machine with pods, electric kettle with a selection of teas, hairdryer, toiletries and slippers were all provided. A/C is easy to operate and can be turned off. Our ground-floor room didn’t have a view as the bottom windows had translucent films for privacy, but there was plenty of natural light and adequate blackout blinds. All staff members were friendly, and both check-in and check-out went smoothly.

A kitchen towel would come in handy. No complaints otherwise :)

Location was perfect...on a main road with bus links and 5 min walk to Belsize tube station. Room was very small, but to be fair had everything you could need in it. Coffee machine, flat screen tv, double bed that was comfortable, modern shower room with walk in shower, so easy access. Also had a mini kitchen with sink, kettle, small hob with 2 electric rings, fridge with small freezer section and crockery and cutlery for 2 people. Switch to turn on main room lights is on the top of the left hand bedside drawer unit, which took while to figure out. Aircon, which was appreciated, and heated towel rail in showeroom. Staff friendly.

Entry to hotel is confusing at first. It's not clear how to gain access as door is locked. You have to press the switch with a bell icon lit up on it, and staff will electronically open the door. You don't know it's open though, as there's no clicking sound..push the door to get in. Door is very heavy, and would be awkward for anyone with limited mobility, or strength. Once you've checked in, the key card they give you for your room actually opens the hotel door from outside by presenting it to a small monitor under the various empty key safes.

The location was close to underground and there was also bus stop nearby. The area was nice residential area. My room was in the lower ground and had no windows, but I didn't get to miss them either, since we wen't to hotel only to sleep. My room was spacious enough since I was travelling by myself. The room had quite well equipped kitchenette closett. Room was modern and quite recently renovated. The 24/7 reception is definately a plus.

If I would've had a travel companion, the room would've not had enough either desk space or hooks for clothes, bags etc. The bed was enough wide and comfy for me alone but not if travelling together with someone. The room had also noise from the underground time to time, which didn't bother me but might be disturbing for someone. But I didn't hear any noise from other rooms, which was nice. There is no elevator and the staircase is really narrow (typical british).

Really convenient place to stay, close to Belsize Park tube, and about ten minutes’ walk to the Roundhouse. My double room was small, but the bed was clean & comfortable, the towels were big enough, there was a “nespresso” style coffee machine (yum!), and the en-suite shower was absolutely fabulous! Huge, rainfall-style, pre-set temperature, all you need to do is turn one switch...I wish all hotels had these!! 😄

Room door didn’t lock properly (didn’t worry me, but would be a no-no for some) Painted board floor could be a bit slippery, and there wasn’t much room. It wasn’t cheap, but worth paying a bit more than I would have liked, for the convenience.

Used this as a stop over for a trip to London to see the Harry potter and the cursed child shows. The hotel we're flexible with letting us drop off and storing our bags- we dropped our bags off well before check in and they stored are bags for most of the following day until we returned to collect them before getting the train home. Close to the tube stop on the Northern line and 15 minutes walk to Camden Market. Shower was great too. Reception is also 24 hours which enabled us to check in around 11pm.

As reception is 24 hours sometimes nobody answers the front door to let you in. However if you call them they do come pretty quickly.

This little hotel is situated in the best spot to get to Camden and London , tube 2 mins walk away to get to where ever you want to go , had the family room which had a microwave , elec hob and fridge which was a lovely surprise , clean rooms and enough space for the time we were in it . Staff very friendly . had to park about 15 mins walk away and 3 flights of stairs with luggage , but it is advertised with no lift . So no good for family’s with children . stayed for 2 nights at a good price considering how close it was to Camden which was our main reason for staying . Uber taxi was only £6.50 to Camden or a 20 min walk

To many stairs, coffee machine didn't work, get coffee sachets not everyone likes tea. We mislaid something in our room, valuable to 1 of us, phoned up to see if still there they said No but if room was checked & cleaned after we left they would have found it straight away, not happy about that. Maybe guest after picked it up or cleaners just binned it. Things should be handed in. Bed sheet had a stain on it but comfy bed. Remote for tv not working properly.

The location was great, we were at a festival in Camden all weekend and it was only 2 stops on the tube. The tube station is literally a minute walk up the road. The area is also lovely with plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the room was spacious

The only thing we would change was there was no drain plug for the sink in the bathroom so we did notice a slight drainage smell from the bathroom when we came back to the room

The staff was really kindly, we came 1 hour earlier and the room was already ready. The hotel is located at only 100m from the subway and about 10min from the center. The bed and shower was really good ! We slept very well.

When our upstairs neighbor was taking his shower, many water was falling from the ceiling. We report the problem to the reception and they told us "sorry the hotel is full and a technician will come tomorrow in the morning", the technician is never intervened.. I hope the problem will be fixed for the next clients !

Fabulous location just a couple of minutes walk from Belsize Tube station. (We also easily found on-street parking at the side of the hotel, which was 4 hours maximum stay (pay for via Just Park or phone). It’s free to park over night, and Saturday morning just have to pay for 4 hours 0930 to 1330, then free parking until 9am Monday morning. Great if you arrive Friday eve and just staying the weekend, which is what we did.) Lovely sized room with 2 big windows. Two sets of blinds on both windows to tailor your light levels, and the windows open for ventilation which was good. Good air con/ heating system too. Lovely en suite, with great water pressure. Handy drop down desk area. Very handy sockets on bedside shelves so easy access for charging devices. Very comfy bed, pillows (two each which was welcome), and lovely bedding. Lovely friendly chambermaids. No noise from outside.

Lots of steep stairs, but expected in this old property. Very heavy front door but just push hard once lock released! Receptionist didn’t seem too pleased she had to come and open door for us, (we couldn’t hear her through the intercom). Floorboards very creaky in rooms (no carpets in rooms), so can hear people upstairs moving about. Again, this wasn’t a problem as not an unpleasant sound!
