We stayed for six nights in August at Cove Cannon Street and overall it was a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent: right in front of the building is the Mansion House underground station. St. Paul and the Millenium Bridge are just in a few minutes walking distance. Also, there are many pubs and cafe’s nearby. The apartment we stayed in was large enough for 3 guests with one bedroom and a sofa bed. The beds were very comfortable, the equipment in the kitchen and bathroom was brand new and functional. Also it was important for us that elevator and air conditioning was available which is not always the case in London apartments. The personnel was very polite and helpful.

There is really very little to complain about: some may find the bedroom a little small, the bed leaning against the wall on one side. The room was not cleaned during our stay, but we have been told about this beforehand, and cleaning may be requested for an additional fee.

Simple from the outside, the hotel is warm and cosy on the inside. Room is spacious and bright, bed is large, window is large, furniture is comfortable. Staff are young and gregarious. Great location. It's within walking distance of Tower Bridge, Tower of London... We all find the rooms, service, facilities and location of this hotel good value for money.

We booked two rooms, but they are not close together. But that’s no big deal.

Great location very close to St Paul's Cathedral and other central landmarks. Directly by Mansion House tube station (circle line) so direct access to Paddington Station which is very handy. Apartment was very spacious for central London which is a huge plus, and also very clean with great facilities for a self catered stay.

Bed was a little uncomfortable as it was against a wall to maximise on space.Not a big deal but something to consider if you're looking for a more luxury stay.

The property is in close proximity to two train stations so access is easy. Clean apartment with all we needed for a three night stay.

No direct access back to reception from our room. We needed to leave via a side entrance then walk around the outside of the building which was a bit strange.

I can't choose-- everything was excellent. The apartment was extremely clean, the staff was excellent and so amicable and willing to help, and the location is spectacular. You are close enough to tourist attractions to walk if you want to, for whatever is far away there are bus and metro lines less than a block away, yet the area does not feel touristy, is not over crowded, and you can get a taste of a real London. Truly, facilities are SUPERB. Everything was new and bright and clean, and we were prepared to face a tiny tiny London room or flat, but had SO much space in our 1 bedroom apartment. It was comfortable enough to truly live there and in fact I wish I did. You will not go wrong here. As difficult travelers, my family and I assure this stay for you.

We loved everything. After COVE, we had to move to a "5 star" hotel near Trafalgar for a meeting. Let me tell you, COVE has NOTHING to envy this place. In fact, we told management here at the Horseguards to go and enquire COVE about their cleaning practices and service.

Location: Cove London's location is fantastic, providing easy access to major attractions and convenient transport links, while nestled in a peaceful area. Room: The room was stylish and modern, offering all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The spacious layout was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the accommodations was impeccable. The room and common areas were maintained to a high standard, making the stay feel safe and pleasant.

There is absolutely no negative point about this place.

I’m a very picky person. I chose Cove because the rooms are renovated and bigger than most of the hotels (for basically the same price), and it had great reviews online. I could not have chosen a better place. Me and my husband felt safe, the location is AMAZING, the staff were so helpful and friendly since day one, and the room and bathroom were REALLY GREAT. Would definitely stay at Cove again.

I missed a shelf in the shower so that I could put my personal bottles and belongings on. I also think the shower glass should protect the whole shower area. It’s almost impossible to take a shower and not get the bathroom wet. Other than that, everything was great!

The apartment I stayed at was very convenient, clean, and with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent with a few tube stations within a short walking distance to get you anywhere you need to be. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The AC system in the apartment was not working the day I checked in which coincidentally was a very hot day in London. It was a problem with the central AC that was being fixed the following day. The staff were concerned and helpful providing fans to make the best of the situation. Everything was fixed and back to normal the following afternoon.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was perfect. The stuff is really welcoming and helpful. The location is great, you have access to couple of underground stations, and busses. It’s a business area and it’s busy during workdays but very quiet during the weekend. The accommodation was very clean, cosy and felt like home. We had everything we needed. We used a kitchen at evenings to make us great dinners after busy days exploring the city. 10 out of 10!

The sofa bed is not so comfortable for adults.

The location was in the middle of a business district. Very quiet on weekends (but still some things open) and very busy during the week. The apartment looked very clean and new. It was small but that's to be expected in central London. The shower and toilet were modern and new, there were USB sockets near the bed and in the kitchen, air conditioning was quiet and efficient, etc. It was also close to a number of tube and train stations which made travel quiet easy. The nicest thing were the staff. Every person we met was always friendly and helpful.

Small things... the bar stools were too high for the kitchen desk so eating was uncomfortable. The nearest tube station has no lifts so it's a bit of a slog.
