The warm and welcoming front desk, the hotel team were fantastic. The atmosphere is wonderful. The rooms feel luxurious and are a great size for London. The robes and slippers are a lovely touch. The roof top bar is amazing and the location is superb. A real treat! This was my 2nd visit and I will definitely be back ❤

We were in the West Wing and there was a fair bit of rubbish in the hallway and an unpleasant smell of fried chicken as we got in the lift. Plastic bottles were lying on the ground outside the window by the lift. House keeping entering the room at about 9.30am. No idea why they would do this when checkout is 11am and the room has been paid for up to that time. Checking with the front desk would confirm we were still in situ. What if we were simply at breakfast at that time?

Close to a lot of restaurants and London Bridge, Tower of London ,St Paul Cathedral.

Our room was ready when we got there but they made us pay an early check in. The glass lift was a bit scary for people who are scared of heights. They wanted us to pay for drinks in the minibar which we didn’t even consume. There is a lady at reception who seems she doesn’t want to be here and always seems annoyed when we asked her any questions.Breakfast could have more selection of food and should be open at 5am or 6am not at 7am.We paid for breakfast and for 2 days we couldn’t have breakfast as it was close and we had a tour booked at 7.30am and the next time we had our flights at 10am and had to leave the hotel at 7am.Due to this we will definitely not go to this hotel ever.

The location is excellent. Just outside St. Pauls Catherderal. Very convenient to tours, bus lines and train. In fact, its right near a stop on the Hop On Hop Off Bus Tour so you can use that as your transport around the city. And the breakfact buffet is fantastic. Lots to choose from.

I would have loved an early check in option. Its two separate buildings which can be very confusing to intially find your room.

I stay at this hotel at least once a month, I never knew there was a 2nd building out past the restaurant. Whilst this is not a massive issue there is only one lift and getting to my room was a maze of corridors. I will be insisting to make sure I stay in the main building next time.

Modern and clean hotel, with rooms finished to a high standard. In a quiet but very central location. The pool and spa area was brilliant - extremely clean, never too busy, and really added value to the stay. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of options, plus no shortage of tables in the bright atrium area of the hotel. Glad to have discovered this hotel after saying in so many across London, and look forward to returning.

Only negative was Chromecast not working on the Room TV, which remained unfixed during stay despite reporting. A private event took over the bar area of the hotel for a few hours one evening, which meant hotel residents would not be served. No reasonable alternative was offered.

Service was 10 out of 10, spa was lovely, breakfast was gorgeous, location was ideal, room was big and comfy. I especially appreciate the free upgrade for our room and free breakfast! The prosecco on arrival was a nice touch too..

It's difficult to say, we loved it all. If we need to dig, I would say the room looked worn, but I am aware it's an old hotel.

Modern public areas. Perfect location for our purpose. Staff happy and exceptionally helpful. Wonderful breakfast, plentiful and an excellent assortment.

Some attention needed to decor and furniture in room. Cobwebs evident in room. Wallpaper coming away from wall. Only overhead shower in accessible wet room, hand held shower needed so that water can reach occupant when sitting on fixed shower stool. Swimming pool has no access steps in, only ladder, so very difficult for disabled user.

The location is great, the staff is extremely kind and always ready to help. They really go for the extra mile.

The sink in the bathroom was not very clean (green ish/ yellow ish traces very visible). For some reason, I could never figure why the staff at breakfast throws everything on the floor when cleaning the table! This is really disgusting. Even the plastic and paper bags from tea bags and sugar end up on the floor! Zero respect for the next guests seating! That really was a negative: are these people just lazy or simply totally uneducated?? My wife and I hated that attitude, it shows poor quality overall - a pity since the rest was quite nice.

The location was amazing, the hotel itself was very impressive. The staff were the most pleasant I have come across in my stays in London. From start to finish, they were extremely attentive and helped us celebrate a birthday in the best way.

The hotel rooftop staff in Sabine don’t match up to the high standard of attentive and pleasant staff in the rest of the hotel.
