My stay was just as amazing this time as on my pervious trips. The hotel is a stone throw away from the heart of London with Fleet Steet on your doorstep. And the real highlight is the hotel staff - everyone at this hotel is super helpful from the front desk to the staff at Rena spa. Breakfast at Leo's is also a must try - it's an outstanding spread, including some nutritious and tasty options for the more health conscious.

There is really not much not to like. The hotel is fabulous and staff go out of their way to make sure their guests have a positive experience staying there. Leonardo's is now my go to hotel if I am in London.

The hotel was purely just amazing from every aspect. Staff were incredible and so helpful. I booked this hotel for my partners birthday and I used their add on service which was unreal! We had rose petals on the bed and across the room, my personalised message on the mirror, chocolate and a card. As you can imagine my partner was speechless (which is rare). The breakfast was top tier! The indoor and outdoor bars are beautiful with a lovely view on St Paul’s Cathedral.

Everything was perfect, nothing to dislike.

The warm and welcoming front desk, the hotel team were fantastic. The atmosphere is wonderful. The rooms feel luxurious and are a great size for London. The robes and slippers are a lovely touch. The roof top bar is amazing and the location is superb. A real treat! This was my 2nd visit and I will definitely be back ❤

We were in the West Wing and there was a fair bit of rubbish in the hallway and an unpleasant smell of fried chicken as we got in the lift. Plastic bottles were lying on the ground outside the window by the lift. House keeping entering the room at about 9.30am. No idea why they would do this when checkout is 11am and the room has been paid for up to that time. Checking with the front desk would confirm we were still in situ. What if we were simply at breakfast at that time?

Close to a lot of restaurants and London Bridge, Tower of London ,St Paul Cathedral.

Our room was ready when we got there but they made us pay an early check in. The glass lift was a bit scary for people who are scared of heights. They wanted us to pay for drinks in the minibar which we didn’t even consume. There is a lady at reception who seems she doesn’t want to be here and always seems annoyed when we asked her any questions.Breakfast could have more selection of food and should be open at 5am or 6am not at 7am.We paid for breakfast and for 2 days we couldn’t have breakfast as it was close and we had a tour booked at 7.30am and the next time we had our flights at 10am and had to leave the hotel at 7am.Due to this we will definitely not go to this hotel ever.

the facility is beautiful and very well kept, the room is roomy, well maintained and equipped, the bed is great. the spa and pool look and feel great

the neighborhood is easy to reach by any public transportation, but not much to do around the hotel. hot water was not always sufficient in temperature, mainly during morning time. when we checked in, the front desk person tried too much to 'hard-sell' stuff to us: beginning with a breakfast deal ("at a price that you can only take now at check-in") and then moved to try and sell us an upgrade for our room. it's legit, but felt too pushy, and when we didn't take the offering it seemed he became impatient. It is not much of a deal, but it is unnecessary

The location is excellent. Just outside St. Pauls Catherderal. Very convenient to tours, bus lines and train. In fact, its right near a stop on the Hop On Hop Off Bus Tour so you can use that as your transport around the city. And the breakfact buffet is fantastic. Lots to choose from.

I would have loved an early check in option. Its two separate buildings which can be very confusing to intially find your room.

The hotel is in a great location, specially if you're familiar with London and looking for a convenient not so central spot. Upon entering the room, the first thing that caught our eye was the complimentary gin and tonic tray, a thoughtful touch that set a welcoming tone. Breakfast was good, offering a variety of options to suit all tastes. We stayed in a room with Executive Lounge access, which is a highlight. On our first day, Kathleen ensured everything in the lounge was perfectly stocked, and her service was exceptional (her gin and tonics are a must try) and her attention to detail really stood out. The lounge offers a range of drinks including beer, wine and soft drinks, with Gin and tonic available on weekdays (a nice touch for gin lovers) The snacks were also a hit, with the chicken wings being the standout, thanks to Chef Ravinder.

On the first day visiting the Executive lounge was outstanding, largely thanks to Kahtleen, however, she was off work for the rest of our time at the hotel and her absence was immediately noticeable. The staff member who took over seemed uninterested, with wine and glasses left unstocked, and food not replenished regularly. Guests had to go out of their way to ask for refills, even though we were told the lounge would be checked every 15 min. Over 30 min would pass without any staff presence, and the bar was running low. It was disappointing, specially since we specifically booked the Executive room for access to the lounge. After such a fantastic start with Kathleen, the rest of the experience felt like a letdown.

The hotel is all modern and clean, with very confortable rooms facing the St Pauls Cathedral. Breakfest was fantastic, although seemed to be packed with people all the 3 days we were there.

Be aware that this is a more commercial area in London, not as charming as other residencial neighbouhoods such as South Kensington or Nottinghill. As we were with children, we preferred staying near the Hyde Park, near gloucester road station. Also, I'd say that the service is more formal and sometimes not helpful. Another anoying fact was not having a fridge, something we've never seen before (and we were in an executive room).

We went to the Leonardo royal hotel for my daughters 18th birthday and the staff was really lovely as they helped set up the room as a surprise. The hotel in general was definitely worth the money. They made it a really good 1st experience in London.

Nice room with comfy bed and pillows.Fantastic breakfast, plenty of hot and cold choices.Even have chef cooking omelettes to order.Good location for the tube as we had quite a few journeys to make.

Got room upgrade but weren't told we could use the executive lounge where you got hot food and drinks free for a certain period of time. Also we were in the bar area for 3 hours one night and not one glass got cleared away from ours or any of the adjoining tables all night.Nothing wiped down either so spillages were left on all tables. Not a good look.Nobody came over to say it was last orders so some people went up for a drink and couldn't have Good facilities in the room but unusually no clock.
