We had one of the cheaper rooms, so were delighted to find air conditioning and a fridge and the room was really quite spacious. A nice view out over period houses, streets and gardens. Even though we were on the fourth floor, the water pressure and the shower were exceptionally good and the bath was very comfortable. The hotel was nicely decorated throughout and extremely clean. There was a lift - a bonus which not all hotels have! All the staff were wonderful, polite, efficient, chatty and extremely friendly. The receptionist even took us up to the fourth floor to take us to our room on our arrival. They went out of their way to be helpful and let us check in several hours early. We were also able to leave our luggage for the day after checking out. The hotel was only about a 12 minute, easy walk from Earl's Court underground station and was in quite a prestigious and quiet area. There was almost a village feel to the area near the station and we found a great pub on route to the hotel and had breakfast one morning in a little French patisserie/cafe. There are lots of little shops and eateries around. We walked to the Royal Albert Hall on our first night, stopping for dinner on the way, and then walked back, about a 20 - 25 minute walk. On the last day it was only about a 20 minute walk to the Natural History Museum. Underground links into central London were quick and easy.

The Continental breakfast was £15 and £22 for a full English breakfast per person. We had breakfast out in the mornings. That was good too as we could have a bit of a lie-in and take our time. There didn't appear to be a hotel bar, but that didn't matter because we found the pub!

A nice small hotel with a good location nearby public transportation (very handy when you come straight from Heathrow Airport with Piccadilly Line!) . The room was tidy and clean, beds quite good and the toilet clean and modern. There was also enough warm water! The continental breakfast was fresh and worked well also (without separate notice) for a person who can't eat gluten. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We were disappointed that the English breakfast cost 7 pounds extra per person - we didn't notice that from Booking.com. The hotel is much smaller and somewhat shabbier than it looks like in the Booking.com photos. The lobby is very small and the not-renovated toilet in the public area flushed very poorly. However, everything was clean.

Beautiful small english hotel no fare to undegraund station with two lines e.g Picadilly line to Hetathrow airport and no fare to Kensington palace and parks. The nearest main street has a rich offer of fastfoods, restaurants and cofees, There are also 3 typical and friendly english pubs. Tho hotel offer luxory continental breakfest, great English breakfest could be order also. The room was very comfortable with quality bed and nice bathroom. The place is calm. The manager of hotel, she was very friendly, comunitave and helpful. Here was our the best accomodation kn London at least.

Everything was perfect!

The room may be a little dated but don't let that put you off. The bed was comfy, and the linen and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The staff were lovely and the hotel is a few minutes walk from Earl's Court underground station. There are lots of amenities on Earl's Court Road.

The room was very warm. It wasn't possible to turn off the radiator. However there was an air conditioning unit whiched helped.

Location was great. Staff extremely helpful and was a very quiet room.

Heating was on full due to cold snap so room was excessively hot.

They said that due to covid (jan 2023), the rooms are cleaned only upon request. Of course for free. But even if I needed a new towel I had to request it.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with everything fresh and more than adequate However “breakfast included” refers only to a Continental breakfast, not a full English. Room was small but had everything and was comfortable.

Like the location, it’s in a quiet community and very close to a tube station (earl’s court). It has elevator. The bathroom water pressure was good.

The so called British king bed was too small for me.

Staff was lovely and happy to help with anything. Rooms are cozy and beds very comfortable (even the extra fold away bed). Air conditioning worked very well. Enjoyed the tea station on our room and a welcome platter of fruit and fresh flowers upon our arrival.
