Staff were very welcoming and helpful on check in and check out. Great to have a kitchenette with fridge and microwave as well as separate sink and kettle. Very clean and modern bathroom with great shower. Bed was very comfortable and there was an opening window for fresh air which I prefer. The room wasn’t huge but similar size to other single rooms in this area and this was better value I thought. Would definitely stay here again.

A bigger shelf in the bathroom would have been great but it wasn’t a huge problem.

The location of the hotel is just exceptional. A few minutes from the station Earl's Curt and quite a lot turist attractions as well (national history museum, harrods gallery, parks...) and pharmacies, restaurants... The staff are all great but the one member I had closer contact with was Mohamed. He truly did everything he could to make sure that we had an exceptional stay. The rooms are confortable. I shared it with my brother so I think the size of it was just right. There was a small refrigerator, kettle and microwave available for us in our room. There is a lift. At the end of our stay (check out) they let us leave our luggage with them which allowed us to see a few touristic places before departing. I'll deeply recommend it!

I liked everything.

The original room given was missing the microwave and was just above the dumpsters outside which would have affected my sleep. I was immediately given a different room when the missing appliance was questioned. My room was tiny (as described) but perfect for my needs! Very nice touch with the cookie packet in the tea and coffee supplies. I was greeted every time I came in from the street - lovely!

The stairs leading up from the lobby need updating - but I think that is in process. What looks grubby is, I think, paint stains on the carpet. My original room was lacking, but that was rectified with a switch of rooms when brought to the attention of the front desk.

You could hear the sounds outside the corridor (e.g doors opening and closing) and this could wake you up if you are a light sleeper. The room was clean but you could see it was a bit worn out - would be extra nice if they renovated the rooms a bit, but for the price and location it’s not really a big deal. We were told by one of the receptionist that if we needed more still water (on arrival you find these with the other freebies - coffee, tea, milk…- we just had to ask. But when we asked for more the following day to a different receptionist, he said he couldn’t give us any because they were just given as courtesy on day 1.

Great location. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful and polite. The hotel kept our luggage on the day of our arrival, prior to check-in time, and after we checked-out.

Nothing major. Sound isolation was not the best, we could frequently hear the guests from neighboring rooms. The number and type of hangers in the bathroom could be improved, as it was hard to hang the bath towels. It would also be a good idea to have some hangers for cloaks and jackets in the bedroom, because the closet is a bit small.

Location is great, few mins walk from the Earl's Court underground station. In the area there are also restaurants and grocery stores. They have 24H reception which is amazing, because if arrival is at funky hours there is always someone available to help with any issues. Inside the room they had great selection of yeas and coffee, even a tea for sleep, with apple and vanilla! That really made my day! Super clean room and bathroom and the decoration is done with a lot of taste as well as good quality materials. I got replies to my messages from the reception quite fast and informed about checkout times accordingly. Oh, and the room was nice and warm. I can't say enough! I will come back, for sure!

The staff were warm, welcoming and so helpful. They were accommodating to my needs and answered any requests. The location is excellent and I love the boutique feel of the hotel. I will stay here again.

I was a bit disappointed by my room. I have stayed at the Jade before and the room was perfect. I was expecting the same. I was glad it was only myself as the room was tiny and a bit cramped. I had to ask for new pillows as mine were old and uncomfortable - which the staff did replace straight away. I would hope for a better room next time, but it won't stop me staying here again.

The location is very good with the easy access to metro and buses; very nice area, great pub nearby; the room was well equipped (e.g. tea making facilities; shower facilities); access to upper floors with lift; comfortable bed; easy check-in and check-out; possibility to leave the luggage; good wifi.

A small minus: the cleaning from all the hotel was stored right next to our door at the landing of the 5th floor, it created a "backstage feel" every time we came in/out of the room; the windows need minor repair

The room we booked was spacious, clean and comfortable for 2 pax. The bathroom looked new and very clean with amenities refilled everyday! The location was even better than expected in a quiet street but close to the train station/buses and restaurants. Bonus point for the staff that has been super helpful assisting us with taxis, ect...

The window (blind) in our room was actually broken so we couldn't open it properly and therefore we were in the dark the whole day. Not that we stayed in the room much but it would've been nice in the morning.

The Jade is a simple, well kept hotel. The rooms are clean, mine was very small but it suited me well. The bed was comfortable but squeaky because of the spring, it didn't bother me at all and I had a great night's rest and a safe stay. The room was very clean, and airconditioned. The staff is very friendly.

The room was listed to have a kitchenette. In the end that meant that there was some cutlery, a kettle and some plates in a high cupboard where there was no electricity. The room was too small anyway. The window didn't seem to open and daylight came through the curtain right on top of my head.
