Location perfect for tube station. Lobby had a lot of seating. Rooms good size. Beds very comfortable

As so close to tube station, I could hear and feel the trains beneath. Would need to request a room on a floor higher than level 1. Considering hotel just opened recently, shower tray already stained.

3 night stay. First night bathroom fan woukd never turn off and made a lot of noise. However next morning staff were very accommodating and our room was changed.

This was our first visit to England and our first experience in hotels in this country. We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights with an 11 year old child. We really liked this hotel. Check-in went without problems or delays. Very friendly staff at the reception and in the restaurant (special thanks for that). The room was spacious and comfortable. The beds and mattresses were comfortable. Very good noise isolation and ventilation system in the room. Bed linen and towels were clean. There was a kettle and steamer in the room. Breakfasts were very good and had enough choice of food. Good localization. Convenient public transport. The King Cross station is 5-7 minutes by train or metro. Lots of shops and restaurants around the hotel. 10 minutes walk to Arsenal Stadium(Emirates). Very good wifi!

We missed a small refrigerator in the room. Not a very comfortable shower (it difficult to wash hair due to the low water pressure).

Great location, very friendly staff. Very close to the tube station with shops and restaurants around. Very clean and tidy in the rooms with everything you need. Clean bathroom with all the amenities you need. Even had hair dryer and steamer/iron in the room which was very convenient for us. Even had new towels every day with the room cleaning and bed made. Will definitely be back.

The room was beautiful, cosy & immaculately clean Great location very central yet quite. The staff were very kind, helpful and went out of there way to make sure my stay was perfect. The receptionist Tara was one of the nicest people I have ever met she really is the perfect person to have greeting the guest as they arrive at the hotel Her bright smile her attitude toward guests you can just tell she takes pride in working for you. Thank you very much for a great stay.

It was very clean and comfortable. All facilities look like brand new. There was even a steam iron in the room. We stayed with a toddler and a clean cot with a mattress was provided. Breakfast and restaurant meals were delicious. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will recommend it to all our friends.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was well appointed and tidy. Delightful breakfast.

Some minor construction noise from nearby rooms could be heard during the day from time to time. This was acceptable as it was known the hotel was brand new.

We had 3 people in our room for 3 days but they only gave us 2 items for use, 2 towels 2 cups, 2 glasses and only 4 coffee sachets, 4 sugar and 4 teabags...... What about the 3rd person. This was the only complaint we had. We thought they would have corrected that during our stay but no they did not and we had to keep requesting extras 😔

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean with a fantastic walk in shower. Breakfast was lovely and not ridiculously priced. Great location close to tube station.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Right next to Finsbury Park tube station. Clean hotel. Comfy rooms. Breakfast was extremely good - choice and quality. Such good value for money, deffo be returning.
