January 2024

The room was comfortable, there was everything for a family, oven, stove, dishwasher, table and cutlery. Comfortable high bed and folding sofa. The room was very warm despite the cold weather that day.

- We booked a room with a garden view and received a room with a view of the road and carriageway. - The room was very stuffy at night. - The unpleasant moment was with the additional deposit, which I did not know about when booking, after I booked the room, paid and could no longer cancel my order, they sent me a message that a deposit of 200 pounds would be required upon check-in. Be careful, you will need additional money for a deposit.

We liked everything. It was perfect for us and the room was exactly like it was described in booking.com. The room, bathroom and kitchenette had everything we needed, even a washing machine. The cleaners were efficient, clever and lovely to chat with. The reception staff and the manager were helpful and serviceminded and it felt very safe to stay in an aparthotel with a 24/7 open reception desk. The location is perfect if you want to explore Camden Market and northern London. There are bus stops nearby that take you all the way to central London and Camden Town tube station. We will definitely stay here again.

We liked everything, but it might be useful for others to know that the sofabed is quite hard (if you have back problems). We put an extra duvet under the sheets to make the sofabed softer for our teenager. It helped. :)

All good, the facilities were very good and it was really clean. The staff were very nice and professional. The only thing preventing 10/10 was the £200 deposit which I was not aware of until after booking. Initially I was told the money would be released after check out within a few hours, upon check out I asked again and was told it can take up to a few days. We were on our way abroad and had strict budget so not knowing if the £200 would be released was a bit worrying. I probably wouldn’t have booked if this was advertised prior to booking. But great hotel otherwise for us, thanks

The reception staff were very friendly and professional. The check-in process was quite smooth. The facilities were of a high standard and our apartment was well kitted out with the necessary appliances. The room was well laid out and the location was perfect for what we needed and well connected to transport links.

We were required to produce a credit card for a holding deposit, which I wasn't aware of ahead of time. The kitchen equipment (crockery pans, etc.) wasn't all as clean as I would've liked. The room was very hot and could have been better served with some air conditioner, as the fan didn't help to cool things down much.

Staff was so so so nice and helpful! We had everything we needed and they provided every information. We really liked the room. It was clean and nice. In kitchen is basic tools to cook a meal, 3 pots and one frying pan. The bed was really comfortable my boyfriend said it was the best bed on vacation ever. Locality is nice, clean and safe. In few steps from hotel is bus stop and like 10 minutes walk is metro station. Near metro station is two stores one Tesco extra and Nisalocal which was our favourite. You can buy there fresh vegetables and everything you need. Also adapters for charging with good price.

Maybe there can be more tools to cook in the kitchen. In compare with my previous bookings, but nothing really bad.

We stayed at Camden Prime ApartHotel from October 12 to 15, 2024, with my sister and my 15-year-old niece, and our experience was excellent. What we loved the most was the spaciousness of the rooms, which gave us plenty of room to relax and enjoy as a family. The location is perfect, with easy access to buses and the Tube, making it very convenient to get around London. A special mention goes to the kindness and attentiveness of the staff, especially the doormen, who were always helpful and made us feel very welcome. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, adding an extra layer of comfort to our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on a future trip to London. An ideal option for families or small groups!

Maybe they need to renew their towels.

This studio apartment exceeded our expectations. It is good value for money, especially considering it is in London, not too far from the centre. It was larger than we thought, light, nicely decorated, clean and well-equipped. Great for 3 of us (2 adults and a child). We arrived early and they managed to check us in straight away. The toaster broke and they came up and replaced it within 10 minutes. It was great to have our own kitchen to save money in London, whilst still having a 24 hour reception with friendly staff.

Some extra shelving in the bathroom would be great and maybe a fold-out table in the kitchen. The main lights went on if you tried to switch on a small bedside lamp, which meant it was always too bright or too dark, for example, for reading in bed at night.

I think we got the best room, no. 11 with a garden view terrace. We had great weather so we could sit out to eat. (This is the only table to sit down.) The apartment is not big but good for 3 people including a bigger child. The bathroom was very big and comfortable. The kitchenette is good to make eggs or basic pasta, has kettle and micro too. A small shop is just by the corner, good to buy paper towel and basic food. Tesco 11 minutes away near the underground station. Staff was great, very helpful, thank you for that! It was cool to see squirrels and birds at the backyard, one day a fox jumped in. Vivien wildlife in the middle of a city. The place is close to a bus stop and at a great surrounding. 11 minutes nice walk to Caledonian road underground station. I recommend to have a room at the back of the building, street front could be noisy.

Everything was fine. We got the best room, really. Ground floor, garden view. :-)

The room had everything you would need in it for self catering and more, and all the facilities worked fine (heating, shower, cooking appliances). I was staying in the basement room, so even though there was no view it was not needed, the room was light and still homely. My main great takeaway is the staff at this establishment! They were outstanding, the man who greeted me was very polite and gave me my room key and took me down to show the room to me himself, telling me if I needed anything else just ask. Then the man during checkout was amazing, since I had attended a concert one of the things that I ended up getting from it is a life size Tom Jones cardboard cut out (this sounds so odd without context LOL) but since it was signed by the lead singer of GloryHammer I was taking it home. This man helped me wrap him up in bags and tape him together, even creating a handle for me to carry him home! He was very kind as well. Another thing was the price of this hotel for staying in Camden was good. The location is nice too, is a 15-20 minute walk to 02 Forum Kentish Town, and about a 5 min walk away from shops, grocery stores and cafe's/ resturants / takout. All and all would recommend with someone or as a solo traveler!

The only thing I would say is that it is a little scruffy, but clearly it's just wear and tear from years of use, you know your odd scrapes here and there and the blanket looked like it had seen better days. The fridge did have some sort of residue in. The shower did loose hot water after quite a while, but as a female I was in there for quite a long time haha, and the next time I had a shower it was very hot again. The only other thing would be if milk was provided in the tea / coffee area as I couldn't have a cup of tea since there was no milk sashes.
