Early check-in (1pm), which is fantastic. Staff all very professional and friendly. Close to tube station with excellent links to theatre land. Opposite Finsbury Park, which is a nice green space. Breakfast, hearty, and hot! (scrambled eggs very tasty, I find a lot of places get scrambled eggs wrong and theirs were very good!). Secure and safe. Clean.

The noise (with the window open) from the street can be quite loud, but that isn't the hotels fault - they can't control that. Plastic spoons in room. The shower is wall mounted - I prefer a detachable shower, but that's just my preference. There is nothing wrong with the shower.

Location was perfect and very convenient. We booked a one night stay as we were seeing the Arctic Monkeys at the Emirates Stadium. The stadium is only a 15 minute walk away. The hotel is also very close to Finsbury Park station. The room and the hotel in general was very clean. The staff are helpful and friendly and the breakfast was really nice. As well as continental options you can also have a full English made to order. It’s a very cosy and welcoming set-up.

I can’t say there was anything I disliked. The room we had was very small but the hotel’s website states this is the case and the room served its purpose at the end of the day.

The location is perfect for me for the Emirates Stadium as I'm a huge Arsenal fan :).The hotel is only a 10/15min walk from the ground.The hotel is only less than a 10min walk from finsbury park underground station & from the bars & eateries around the area.The breakfast was really nice full english breakfast,cereal,jugs of orange juice & water to help yourself.The kitchen staff were very friendly & smiled alot which is great to see.Id recommend here for short stay.

The only downside with my room was the sink was very close too the toilet & the shower cubicle to the shower door was very tight but other than that was very comfy room.

The location of the hotel was pretty good (close subway&train station which went directly to the city), also next to a park. My favorite part of the room was the bed directly next to the window to a little "garden". The bed was also comfortable.

The staff was a bit slow in the restaurant - and since we had to order / ask the food from them, it was a bit complicated. I would have preferred that they put out more stuff to simply take away. The bathroom can be a bit small for certain people (for me this wasn't a problem).

Location, location, location. If staying in the Finsbury park area this is an ideal spot. Approx 5 minute walk to the underground, rail and bus station and only two stops away from Kings Cross. Also many options for food in the area with a variety of different cuisines. The hotel had some nice touches at reception area, with a seating area and some halloween decorations which were a nice touch and made the place feel welcoming. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. If you’re just looking for somewhere to stay that’s clean, good value for money and great location, then would definitely recommend.

The rooms are compact, but that’s to be expected with most hotels in London. The space was used well and didn’t feel too cramped - we still had a table and chair, full length mirror and small wardrobe. The only real negative was that the wifi signal strength wasn’t great in our room, but overall we had a very pleasant stay.

I was in London for a gig at Finsbury Park so the location was perfect and only a short walk up the road from the tube station was really convenient. I was travelling solo so room size was ideal and the little TV and kettle were great extras. Staff were also very friendly and the provided breakfast was fantastic.

The bed was a little uncomfortable and ventilation in the room wasn’t the best so it felt quite humid even with windows open, but a fan was provided in the cupboard which did help.

The hotel is near to the train station and bus station so commuting is not that hard. The staff are nice and accommodating which is good. I also like the food choices for breakfast.

I booked a one bedroom for an overnight stay and the size of the room for a single person is quite small. The rooms are close to each other so you can hear people in the hallway especially when they come in and out. Parking is also very limited so make sure you ask the receptionist to accommodate you.

This was my second time staying here Staff are very friendly and helpful . The hotel was clean.

The only thing I didn’t like . Was the breakfast service. First of all the staff are lovely. Very helpful to your breakfast needs. But please could you hold off with the hot breakfast. I had just started eating my cereal. When my full English got put on the table. I felt I had to rush so it didn’t go cold .

Everything was fine. No lifts/quite a lot of stairs, which was no issue for me but could obviously impact others. Room a bit hot, but the hotel can't alter the weather!

I like where the location is - just in front of Finsbury Park, where we had to go to an event.The breakfast was good too, save us a lot of money - since it was included. The room was really comfortable and spacious, me and my friend really loved it for the value of the room.

The staff were good. Although, except there was a lazy staff (woman) who was working at around 9pm on 7/8/22. I came back to the hotel needing water, as I was so dehydrated and felt really dizzy, and there was no water in the tank. I nicely asked if she can get me some from the kitchen - and said ‘sorry but the kitchen is lock’. She didn’t want to go downstairs and was too lazy, to just get me water as I felt I was about to faint due to dehydration. The other staffs I encountered was nice, but she really ruined the experience for me.
