Room was basic but fine for a quick theatre stop in London. Beds were comfy and the shower was small but good water pressure. Nice big room with a large window onto the garden and surprisingly quiet overnight given that you are right in the heart of London. Staff were very warm and welcoming. Location was fantastic and rate was so reasonable given location.

The fan wasn't great but we happened to stay on the hottest day of the year so far so that probably wouldn't normally matter! No Aircon - which wasn't advertised but is probably worth bearing in mind if you are staying in the summer months.

The bed was very comfy. You got what you paid for, but it was good value considering it was cheaper than other hotels in the area.

The room was very small. The shower was also very small. HOWEVER for the price I paid I am not complaining. But have realistic expectations if booking. There also not protector on the plug on the sink, and I almost dropped a small bottle down the plughole.

We booked this as a last minute stay, as thought we needed to be in central London overnight. We were a little worried about the reviews, but it wasn’t that bad at all. The location is great, the member of staff on reception was lovely, and the room was clean. It was also super cheap.

It is definitely a bit tired, but still good value.

There is only one thing..shower water pressure.It was possible to shower but the pressure is to low.

The location and value for money. Although it didn't provide food this wasn't a problem as so many restuarants etc, nearby. Warm room - a bit on the small side but OK for one night. Shower was the right temperature.

Perhaps a little more space, hangers in the wardrobe.

It was very accessible, public transport is very near, safe district

The water in the shower is not strong enough so taking à shower was bad. But for the rest it was ok

Exactly what it promised. Cosy room close to train station. Very helpful and friendly staff.

We are quite a tall family so the bathroom was a squeeze.

I didn’t like the carpet in the room. It didn’t look clean.
