Location was everything. 15 minutes walk from Euston station and able to walk into Covent Garden and Piccadilly Circus in about 20-25 mins. Cooked breakfast to order was good along with freshly brewed coffee. Beds and linen clean and comfortable.

We nicknamed our “family” room as “Panic Room” with a toilet!! As a couple with 2 teenaged children, boy and girl, the room we were in was incredibly snug. Bathroom incredibly small and shower adequate (but was clean!) and no where to put anything- no shelves or drawers - also no mirror outside the bathroom which makes life difficult when teenaged daughter and mom trying to out make up on at same time !! Feel the description as room being suitable for a family a bit of a stretch but as we were only sleeping there it served a purpose and was great price — location outweighed the lack of space ! Breakfast room way too small for the number of guests - literally was one in one out with little space to move once you’d sat down to eat !

Good location close to Euston station and other transportation. Close to a large number of restaurants in a short walking distance. The breakfast room was small but well run with made-to-order eggs. The food here was better than that offered by any other place we stayed on our 11 day UK visit. The front desk staff were very helpful.

It’s clearly an older student dormitory turned into a hotel, so there were narrow halls and steep stairs to be negotiated. (No lift). The room was fairly small and a bit dark. The bathroom was so tiny I could barely sit on the toilet. The bed was a somewhat lumpy spring mattress, and while not actively uncomfortable did not seem to be very inviting.

Friendly & helpful reception staff. Allowed us to leave the bags on our 2nd day to save us carrying them around london before we caught the train home. Lovely breakfast. Great location close to Euston and Goodge underground stations but only 20min stroll to Shaftesbury ave.. Key student district that added to the charm of the location.

Older property so it had creaky floor boards ...not an issue to prevent booking but im glad we were on 1st floor otherwise I'd be worried about disturbing residents below!

Good value for money, could do with a make over, getting a bit tired however didn't spoil our stay, Very comfortable bed, good facilities, sweet little garden, very tasty breakfast included in price, very good

Breakfast was very good, however as not organised in time slots, the small dining room was too full and guests had to return later, Now there is the facility to order breakfast in your room which needs ordering the day before, so I think if there were time slots available and the ones left didn't suit you on your arrival, you could book breakfast in your room, Another alternative would be to extend the breakfast period in time,

Convenient 15 minute walk from Euston Station, close to the British Museum, pubs, parks & shops. Miro allowed us to store luggage when we arrived early. We enjoyed the courtyard for fresh air. The breakfast was substantial. We had room 2 which had a courtyard view. Given the central location it was surprisingly quiet so we were not disturbed by night noise. I would stay again.

My husband found the bed too firm and had sore hips. The cold tap in the shower did not work to the shower water was too hot, which made it tricky to have a shower.

Great location, friendly staff & clean. Great value for money. Cute vintage/old style decor. Makes you feel like you're in London. ;)

Breakfast room is small and you might have to wait to get a seat. There's no buffet, but you rather other from a list of options, what is good as the food comes warm and fresh, but I would love to have other types of bread/croissant & fruits as options, than just bacon/beans/eggs. And, doors just close from the outside if you push it hard. So it can get quite noisy when people are leaving/coming back in the middle of the night.

Even though we had to check in at the sister hotel down the road (due to our arrival time) this was no trouble at all. Staff were very helpful. Hotel was easy to find and was a short walk (5-10 mins depending on how fast you walk) from Tottenham Court Road Tube, there were 3 other stations very near by as well depending on what line you want to catch so it was very easy to get back to our hotel wherever we were in London. British Museum was just up the road which was well worth the visit. Hotel room was downstairs with only 1 window looking out onto a small contained patio, but we did not mind this as we were not there for the view. Room was very cosy and bed was really comfy. The bathroom was gorgeous. There was a microwave, mini fridge/freezer and a kettle, so we were sorted. Breakfast was Full English with yoghurt and cereals and was very nice. We enjoyed our stay and it was worth the price and we would stay again.

Window did not lock.

I loved the style of the room and the fact that it was called Captains Cabin. The way the room was furnished matched the period of when the hotel was built. I liked the old fashioned phone and the captains wheel. I enjoyed the full English breakfast although it would have been nice to have had the option of having Earl Grey tea.

There was nothing I didn't really like. A couple of more slices of toast could have nice and maybe less bacon and one more sausage. Otherwise excellent breakfast with the egg being cooked perfectly.

Found this hotel to visit Covent garden area. Great location. We arrived very early but the staff were very accommodating and stored our luggage whilst we waited for our room to be cleaned. The hotel had a lot of character and the staff overall were really pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was a little smaller than the photos but didn't detract from from our stay.

Clean comfortable hotel, very reasonable price and great location for us with Dominion theatre, great size rooms for single, couples or families, Very nice chap on reception, helpful and friendly

I think a time slot breakfast would work better for guests and staff, very busy, it would then be easier to make the decision to have breakfast in your room which can be booked the day of arrival, We wanted a family breakfast but were spread over 3 tables which was difficult for grand children Breakfast was very good and plentiful
