We loved the the location, being so close to the tube, in walking distance of many major attractions in London, as well as some shops, including a very good Waitrose and Boots. We also loved that the Cheval Gloucester Park is tucked away, a little haven, yet so conveniently located. We had a bonus in that we were upgraded to a 2-bedroom apartment, which was extremely luxurious and comfortable. We really appreciated it.

The area around Gloucester Road station is a bit unsavoury. However this is not something that is under the control of Cheval, and as soon as you turn the corner, into the property, you don't notice it at all.

A really nice place to stay both for short and long stays. Unfortunately stayed for just a night but I definitely see myself staying here for much longer in the future. There were so many interesting facilities such as a private cinema which I did not get to try during my stay. The property had a very clean driveway, and the staff were very attentive and courteous. Proximity to Sainsbury's and Waitrose was fantastic. Harrods isn't that far away, and Cromwell hospital, a variety of restaurants are a stone through away. Basically, personally this is an ideal property for vacation with family.

Unfortunately, this property is located close to Gloucester Road train station and if you are like me, I do not like the vibration that comes with the train movements. This I really did not like.

I like everything in the hotel. I was so surprised how fancy and clean there,even better than the pictures on booking. Fantastic view of the city.The facilities in there are well maintenance. It's like an apartment for family to live. The decent space and well functioning kitchen for family cooking.I was so regret to change to another hotel just because the other one was closed to city center but if I got second chance to choose I will stay here throughout my entire stay.

Exceptional hotel, fabulous apartments, spotless clean and equipped with everything you just need. The welcome package with bread, milk, cookies and coffee/tea was really nice touch. We appreciated very friendly staff and all the facilities. It really exceeded our expectations. The location is just the best in London. It is situated in the central part, but quiet and really not crowded. I highly recommend this property and it will be definitely our stay for the next time in London.

The location is perfect and the outside view is lovely. The staff there are amicable and helpful.

The extract fan in the kitchen is working but not that powerful.

The staff were exceptional at making us feel welcome and did their utmost to ensure that we enjoyed our stay! Special thanks to Anna and Miceal who did an amazing job at arranging a presentation for my sister's special occasion, she loved it! The apartments are exceptionally clean and comfortable and the facilities are really great.

The property, the cleanness, the furnititing, the location and the staff.

There was a deposit of 400 pounds that was a surprise to me. - The deposit will not be refunded until 12 days. - There was no check out walk through with the tenant.

All it was very fine, we enjoy our stay. services are good, uber eats delivery at reception.

the options at room service are not that good, the gym need some equipment more.

The rooms were cozy and had everything needed to make your stay most comfortable. I will definitely come back again. the staff were always available to meet my needs. Very professional and courteous staff.
