super friendly helpful staff, great location. room was modern, clean and quiet.

great hotel with lovely staff but without a doubt the single most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on in my entire life. my husband and I laughed out loud when we got into it because you could feel every spring - it was like someone had wrapped up a bunch of random loose springs in a bedsheet and called it a day. I woke up at 4am and had disappeared into some kind of mattress sink hole where a literal cave had opened up between the springs and I’d fallen through.

This is a perfect place to use as a sleep base whilst visiting London, either for business or as a tourist. It's a minimal hotel, with the basics you need for a bedroom. Check in is mainly self service, but the staff are very friendly and happy to assist at all times. Reception is manned 24hours. The rooms are spotlessly clean with basic toiletries provided, as well as clean towels, a comfy bed and a small wardrobe space. The rooms are not very spacious, so it may be a little tight for two people staying with associated luggage, but still manageable. If you're looking for a hotel to chill out in and relax during the day, this isn't it - this is a place to sleep and do changeovers between day sightseeing and night activities. It doesn't purport to be anymore than that. Prices are typical for the location in town, which is excellent - close to Leicester Square, Chinatown, Covent Garden, the theatre district and multiple underground stations. Although there isn't an iron in the room, ask at reception and they'll bring one, and an ironing board up to your room within ten minutes.

Lower floor rooms will hear noise from the street outside or the rumblings of the underground, but neither of these bothered me personally. If you're a light sleeper, consider requesting a higher floored room or bringing ear plugs. No breakfast options, but given where you are in town, this shouldn't be an issue, there are so many places close by to choose from.

The room was a good size, great bathroom, comfy bed and I didn't hear any noise from other hotel guests. Considering the size of room I had, with only a bed in it, it could have easily been improved by the addition of a little desk or an arm chair.

You're definitely paying for the location, and a vending machine or something in the lobby would be great so you can get water etc. My double room was £328.

Location of hotel is perfect. Nice, small and clean room with all you need for short stay. Easy check-in and friendly staff. Would highly recommend for short stay - great value for money.

If you are looking for spacious rooms this probably isn’t the place for you. However, if you are looking for clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, look no further! The room was tiny, but the bed was clean and comfortable, and the shower was hot. The heat outside was pretty brutal, but the AC in the room was spectacular! The staff was super friendly and informative! And the location could not be better! Walking distance from the London Eye, Piccadilly Circus, The National Gallery, Bond St shopping, public transit and so many shops, restaurants, and tourist stops!

Small rooms but that really didn’t bother me at all.

A stone's throw from Trafalgar Square, the property is clean and functional offering rooms (at surprisingly affordable rates) Reading the website, some of the rooms don't have windows and none have a television which is a bit of a surprise initially but actually quite refreshing! The staff are very friendly as well!

Some of the 'extras' you enjoy when travelling (e.g. a nice welcome tray) were absent but for the central location of the property you could be out enjoying the cafes and restaurants in central London rather than brewing up a tea using a travel kettle in your room! So it was definitely not a deal-breaker!

Absolutely fantastic location. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Chaps on the front desk who helped us to arrange a slightly earlier check in time. The room and bathroom was exceptionally clean and the shower was great - nice big shower head and good water pressure even on the 9th floor.

We booked a suite which was a nice big room but it still only had a standard sized double in it. My husband and I are quite tall (6ft 3 and 5ft 9 respectively) so we found the bed too small for us really, but the mattress was comfortable. Shame there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and no breakfast served at the hotel. It was easy to go out to buy coffees and breakfast but after spending £145 for one night stay it was a bit galling to then have to go outside to buy these things on top.

This is a no-frills hotel but the finish is SO stylish and the bed is super-comfortable. All very clean. Nice bathroom too. Wifi free and excellent. The staff couldn't have been more efficient or helpful and when I woke up late and only had 20 minutes to check out I called reception asking for an extra 15 minutes and they gave me an extra hour at no fee. This was so appreciated, thank you. Location-wise this is as good as it gets.

There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room which would have been nice but there are a zillion coffee shops nearby of course.

The location is fantastic! The room is quiet and nice despite the bustle just outside. Bed is also nice and comfy!

The room is a bit small for our liking. Could have a small table and chair for guests who like to eat in instead of the bunny that's taking up unnecessary space. The bathroom is also a bit small and has no space to put our toiletries. Lightings in the bathroom are a bit too dark for grooming.
