Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean & was great for me as a single traveller. Right in Covent Garden so location was amazing for getting around London. Certainly would recommend for that reason.

Wi-Fi was not easy to get on using my Apple device as firewalls were not happy with the unsecured network, but the staff were great at helping me sort it out. Only other suggestion for fellow travellers is don’t have the breakfast! Cost is over £10 and it was very limited. There are plenty of places to eat around the area and cheaper! The croissants & pastries were fresher & cheaper at Tesco express across the road - also no hot food options. Other than that it was a great stay.

It all went really well, thank you. The hotel is very well placed regarding the wonderful selection of restaurants close by and lots of places of interest to visit. The staff were all really helpful and the reason we returned was because we liked it so much earlier in the year in March. The beds are extremely comfortable, the breakfasts are excellent and we were delighted to be treated to a free glass of wine and cheese plate on one of the evenings - a really lovely touch, thank you. We were also very pleased to have a room with a window as we hadn't been expecting that, having booked what we thought was a windowless room, and I was worried in case I felt claustrophobic - however, there were 3 lovely big windows, although we would have welcomed being able to open one even a crack but couldn't.

The only very slight niggles we had were that there is no towel rail of any kind and as we were happy to use our towels more than once (having read your very sensible notice placed with the towels) and obviously couldn't leave them on the floor as we knew you would change them. As it was, we had to leave them slightly folded again on one of the surfaces in the en-suite. It was also very hot and we weren't sure whether or not the air conditioning was working. These things will not deter us from coming again, however!

On arrival our room was ready early so we could straight up to our room, the lady on the main desk was really friendly and very helpful. there is a lift for anyone who doesnt fancy the lot of stairs. when we entered the room it was very small and the bed was against the window and so not much wiggle room but i had read the reviews and was already prepared for this so did not concern me as i was only sleeping there, the bathroom was clean and the walkin shower was very nice. The room had everything i needed for one nice stay example it had tea, coffee and hot chocolates, it had a comfy size bed and for me the pillows were so soft like sleeping on clouds, there was hangers to hang your clothes up also fresh towels and shower products also a hair dryer and not forgetting big tv on the wall, i can not comment on that as we didnt use it, also there was air con. the view from the window was of the church and the church garden which was full of bloom, we could open the windows so could hear all the laughing from the street performers in covent garden. the window had secondary glazing so kept out a lot of noise and black out blinds. there was no rush for check out as it was 11am fantastic to have a lay in and not be rushed. this place is right in the heart of covent garden and had everything on the doorstep pubs shops, cake shops, a tesco if you needed it, this little gem has history and charm and even tho in the heart of it all was a calm place to visit when walking through the churchyard, I would defo stay again. i would say if you wanted to stay in the room and chill there is no sitting area just the bed and a small stool - but who comes all that way to sit in the room.

my partner did complain there was no biscuits in the room haha he says the same thing everytime. peppermint tea would make a nice change to the other teas that are there, I think maybe a booklet to explain the history of the place and maybe some idea and places to visit. we know the area but many do not.

A very central location and at the same time it is quiet. We had a window facing the church and every hour the bell rang even at night but if the window is closed you don't hear it at all. Tiny rooms, no room to even open the suitcase. Suitable for a single person or a couple who like to be together. The hotel has free cheese and wine every afternoon, but only for those who ordered through the hotel's website and not through Booking. Good value for those who want to be in the center and enjoy everything London has to offer.

The Z Hotel is a jewel in an amazing location in the heart of vibrant London everywhere you want to go is within walking distance just think of the saving in Taxi fares. With a supermarket across the road, it was so easy to buy a good breakfast If you become a member you are awarded complimentary cheese crackers and a wine plate if you are travelling alone and not going to a London show this is enough for a dinner. My only issue with the Z hotel besides my partner having to climb across the ship-style double bed (not really a big issue) is the lack of a fridge. Otherwise, this is the perfect hotel for a packed fun London visit. The staff were wonderful. Air con was wonderful as was wi wif

A perfect hotel with the only thing missing being a small fridge but a supermarket is across the road so. perfect.

The location could not be better. Bang central Covent Garden. The rooms are quiet and clean. The reception staff are very helpful. There is a lift, but not all floors have list access so worth checking but the staff are really helpful in this regard

The rooms are small. But that is what you expect at this price in central London. There is not a lot of storage space and so you do have to live out of your suitcase a little. A few more hooks and rails and another shelf may help

Really great location especially for the price, right in the hustle and bustle of Covent Garden. Super friendly and accommodating staff, were able to leave our bags there before check in and after check out so we could wander London without our luggage.

Only downsides we experienced was some noise above us during the night. Also the bathroom was not really a bathroom at all but rather a see through glass box and as I was staying with a friend this was slightly uncomfortable and we preferred to use the toilet in reception.

Room was great and would have been great if it had been warmer outside. Surprisingly quiet. Loved the black out shutters. Location fabulous but very difficult to initially find the hotel as it is within a gated courtyard - we thought it was street frontage! We went out for breakfast as Covent Garden is so exciting to be around and experience.

That after a couple of days it started to feel a bit cramped with two of us in there. The bathroom smelt constantly damp but not enough to complain about. No real space to set things down apart from across the bed. But totally liveable for two or three days of our wonderful trip.

Excellent location. Lovely view over the church garden. Quiet and undisturbed, even in a very busy and crowded location in West End in May. Room as described on booking.com. Helpful desk staff. Good tea and coffee facilities in the room. Clean, even though a bit worn. I will definitely return!

Nowhere in bathroom to hang wet towels, this was odd. Also, the control panel for lights and blinds was only accessible if you got out of bed! No remote for this? Mattress in my room needs replacing, it was not comfortable and gave me backache.

Unreal location- 5mins from Leicester Square, 10mins from Piccadilly (though you wouldn’t think it was that close as it was relatively quiet) near all the theatres, amazing restaurants, bars, shops and cafes. Couldn’t be in a better location! Rooms were perfect for families doing an night or 2 in London. Great value for money. The kids absolutely loved the novelty of the bunks in the family room. Really nice shower. Rooms spotless. Felt very safe there. Would 100% rebook again for future trips to London.

Fantastic for a short trip. Wouldn’t stay more the 3nights with family as the rooms are small and I could see we would start to need more space. The breakfast was basic. I would choose to eat in one of the nearby cafes next time. Apart from that it really is a little gem.
