It was a very large and comfortable triple room. The shower was very good and the water was hot. The AC worked well. Breakfast was cooked to order and very tasty. The location was excellent for both walking and transport.

The floors creak a lot because of the older style of building but we had guests above us talking and moving around in their room until after 1.am which meant we didn't get a restful night.

Loved the location! The B & B is on a quiet street. We felt VERY safe. However, lots of shops and restaurants only one block away. 2 tube stations within walking distance. Close to King's Cross Station as well. The room was as advertised and beds were very comfortable. Shower was nice. It was nice and convenient to have breakfast available. The staff was very friendly, always available and extremely helpful.

Of course we knew beforehand that there was no lift, but it did get tiresome after a long day of sightseeing to have to walk the 3 stories up the round steps. Would have liked to have a little more variety in breakfast selections, but overall a great place to stay and would stay there again!

This hotel was exceptionally clean and in a very good location. Breakfast had a good choice and the cooked breakfast was well cooked. The staff all appeared to be happy and were very polite.

The reception staff seemed to be detached from the rest of the hotel. it would have been nice if they had acknowledged guests as they went in and out of the building. They seemed to be in an office and although the door was open, we felt that they were quite distant at times. The fire alarm was set off one morning by someone smoking in their room. Fortunately, it was a false alarm and we knew where our fire exit was but nobody seemed to be around to speak to. I would like to have seen some information on what to do in case of fire, maybe placed on the room door so that everybody could see it?

Perfectly located near Tottenham Court Road in a quieter street. Easy walk to several tube stations as well as lovely restaurants around the corner. Breakfast was always good and the staff were very helpful. The perfect location close to the centre of London, even the West End is only a 20 minute stroll.

If you are located on the top floor the stairs are a bit of a chore, especially moving bags in and out, but keeping them in situ has maintained the old world charm of the building.

Great location, close to buses and Tube (various lines, including Elizabeth Line), lovely staff, comfortable bed, plenty of room, including in bathroom, freshly cooked breakfast included, good wifi, eateries and supermarkets nearby

We knew in advance that there was no lift as this is a listed building - what we did not know was that Superior rooms are on top (third floor), which was a long way up after breakfast in basement or after a day of sightseeing. Room was warm in afternoons but there is air conditioning.

Location is good. Well sited for theatres, Covent Garden & British Museum. Room looked nice & clean. Plenty of variety at breakfast. Reception staff friendly, helpful & welcoming. Able to leave luggage safely after checkout.

Mattress very hard. No hooks or storage in bathroom. Distinct lack of tourist information. Room not serviced as one of us was in the shower in the afternoon when cleaner knocked on the door. She didn't come back - she said she hadn't time.

The hotel is pleasant with a well presented entrance, checkin area; it had a boutique feel. The dining area on the lower ground is bright and airy and the waiting staff were efficient. The receptionist was extremely helpful and provided a warm welcome.

The camping bed as the 3rd bed - very uncomfortable. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. Poor selection of drinks available - aftermath of Covid Breakfast was poor quality as it lacked variety for non meat eaters and dairy free guests.

The interior of the hotel is clearly looked after very well. It looks great. Location was close to both Euston and Kings X station which is very useful & also in walking distance of central London which was great. We could also keep our bags in reception (for free) after check out time so we didn’t have to carry them for the few hours before our train which was convenient.

Nothing to dislike. The breakfast area was very small but not bad at all. It’s expected to not be massive near the middle of London.

While the room was small (as we expected having traveled throughout Europe), it was exactly what we needed for our family and the breakfasts were perfect to get us started on our way every morning.

The only suggestion I have is, for our room at least, to have some hooks right when you enter the room to hang up jackets, especially with the bit of inevitable London rain.
