The location was perfect for us. Right across the street from Paddington Station and a short walk to many London attractions. We were just in London for 1 night so were looking for something central and easy to get in and out of. The room was well appointed, clean, modern, great shower. The staff was exceptionally accommodating and kind. We arrived super late due to a flight delay and they were there waiting for us and also gave us a late check out for free because we were exhausted. Had breakfast at the pub downstairs which was also really good quality with a great selection of up-dated yet traditional faire. Nice touches like fresh milk in the mini fridge and excellent quality tea. Good bed.

A little noisy but not too bad. We slept well and there were black out curtains.

Conveniently located across the road from Paddington Station. Wonderful all-day breakfasts available in the pub downstairs . Great prices .

You could hear the trains from Paddington Station throughout the night .

The location is wonderful!

No facial tissue in the room, toilet paper didn’t have a holder so they only place for it was on the window sill or the back of the toilet.

wonderful location across from a train station; the place was cozy and despite being on a busy street, was rather quiet most of the time beyond the low rumbling of a train that still was never too bothersome. the facilities are pretty sizable and the air conditioning helped keep the room cool when it got too warm. the bed is very comfortable and was some of the best sleep we got on our trip. the area surrounding has a lot to explore and the bus stops are so close in addition in either direction. staff was beyond kind and understanding, they were polite and friendly. a place we will reconsider staying at! also above a pub which serves a delightful breakfast as well-

while not too much of a hassle, be mindful that the electricity needs a card to keep running so if you have two people and one person steps out, you'll need a substitute or additional room key. in addition, there's no microwave or way to heat up food in the spot beyond an electric kettle, but there is a small fridge.

We really liked the location. There is a lot to do in Paddington and there were multiple excellent restaurants within walking distance to the Pride of Paddington. Our room was large and clean. The Pride pub was reasonably comfy -- typical pub food. The staff were excellent. We inadvertently left some clothing and medicine in a drawer and housekeeping rescued our stuff, that we were able to retrieve later. We had some issues working the air condo and one of the staff came to our room and gave us a short tutorial on how to set air condo. We would stay at the Pride again.

My only caveat is beware the many and, sometimes twisty, stairs. There is no elevator so be ready to carry your luggage up a lot of stairs. Nevertheless, this was my wife's favorite hotel of four hotels that we stayed in while we were in England (Bath, Oxford, back in London, overall a 15-day adventure).

Great location for accessing the tube and other rail lines. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and tidy and updated but had the old pub aesthetic which felt nice. The bar downstairs had a good range of food which was perfect after a full day tour out of the city. The street it is located on has a range of restaurants and cafes in close proximity too.

We didn't mind as the location is excellent and was perfect for us, but if you need accessibility or are a light sleeper, you may want to choose another area of London. There are stairs to all accommodation as it is above the pub and the rails run under the whole area which may be disruptive- but hey this is London. No complaints!

The location was great. Near train station, man in the clock, bars and restaurants.

For me a light sleeper, I struggled to fall asleep with the sounds from the underground and people in the hall and using the stairs. We travel all over EU so room size was normal. WiFi worked off and on. Good size shower with large shower rain spout. It was a struggle for me that only wash my extremely thick hair was a week. Hotel doesn’t provide shower cap. I used a trash bag every day to keep hair dry. Hotel encourages you to down load their rewards program for free drinks/etc. Our 4 night stay it never worked.

It's a great location in London with good transport links to explore Central London and it's only five minutes away from Paddington train station. The room was brilliantly designed and cosy. The pub itself is also comfortable to sit in and have food and drinks.

Hardly anything to criticised apart from the pillows not that great, they were far too soft and not firm enough. Be warned that the underground runs directly under the premise so you will occasionally hear it rumble pass and it does stop between midnight and 5am. I actually didn't find this an issue for me as I found it relaxing but other people might not like it.

The location was perfect for us as it was just across the street from Paddington rail station, which we needed to use first thing in the morning the day of checkout to go to airport. The deluxe room was really nice. It had a big comfortable bed, mini-fridge and kettle with tea/coffee, plenty of plugs for charging, big tv, couch, a nice shower. Loved that it was on top of the pub, and the pub dinner meal we ate was great.

The pub played music which we could hear in our room until late (pub was open until midnight) and started up again early (6:30am). We were so tired we were able to sleep through it, but I would not recommend this hotel for more than a night because of it. It’s a shame because otherwise I would give this place a “10”.

Best location! Literally across from Paddington station. Excellent value for money for London. Very practical with the pub under for food. Bathroom in the room was very nice, clean and I really liked the products they offered. Breakfast is delicious and coffee very good. Staff is helpful and friendly. Room is cozy and clean. Overall super, I would stay again.

The room smelled when I first came in, which was not very pleasant and left me a bit concerned. I had to open all the windows to air for a good 10 min. It seemed to have made the trick and was much better afterwards.
