The property is very well located, only about a block away from Paddington Station and also around cute restaurants and cafes.

I only stayed one night but could hear the doors opening and shutting in the morning. Also when taking a shower, the water kept going between hot and cold. The Wifi was not accessible on the second floor where my studio was.

Location is centrally located and is within walking distance public transportation, shops and Hyde Park. Like the fact that the place has a shared kitchen and laundry facilities. Having AC in the room is also a plus especially as I stayed during a heatwave. Staff were also friendly and helpful. Would recommend to any travellers looking for good value centrally located accommodation.

WiFi strength was good to use while in the shared kitchen but was weak in the room. There also isn’t any lift but the staff with help with carrying large luggage up the stairs

I don’t remember requesting a quiet room. My room was overlooking the street which I loved even if it came with all the city noises. I was able to open my window and see all the activity below. The room had all I could ask for including a refrigerator. It was great to have all I needed to make coffee or tea, including biscuits. It was nice to have fresh fruit and a microwave in the common area on the ground floor. I was in town for the Coronation and was able to easily walk to Hyde Park and the viewing screens. Paddington, shops of all kinds, food and pubs are all within easy walking distance.

There is no elevator and I was on the third floor. I was only in town for a short visit and didn’t have much luggage so this was not much of a problem, but I could see it being a hardship for others. The bed was a little harder than I’m used to, but I still slept fine.

Just couple of minutes away from Paddington station. Hyde park is 3-5 min away. Very friendly personal who gave me all necessary practical info. Cozy view to the classic London red-brick houses with green marbles. Free kitchen facility is a great money and time saver. Hand shower - I know, sounds crazy, but I really missed it in other places I stay in UK. Tea, water, coffee in the room. Free luggage storing after check out. My room was small, but well organised and perfect for couple of days lay over in London, and those who stayed in London before know well that room size here exponentially affects price per night.

For me it was a great value for money. But there is no lift so could be challenging for people with disabilities, travellers with kids or heavy luggage.

The location was excellent because it was close to where I needed to be during the day. But there was also a good connection at Paddington Station to regional trains and the Underground. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel had a nice design to it and the price was good. The room and bathroom were clean. I appreciated that there was a tiny fridge, a kettle, as well as tea and instant espresso. Around 10 P.M. on both nights of my stay people were on the street, walking past and being a bit loud, but that's to be expected in a city, close to restaurants and a major train station. By midnight, the street was quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

If you don't like to take the train, try buses. It's super easy. Halal restaurants easy to find. Name it. Melor, tukdin, ibu & bonda which is at the ground floor of the property. Great fish & chip restaurant nearby. Turkish restaurant just walking distance Hyde Park.. very near.

The staff were so helpful! Paddington Station is only a block away. The room is small but not unlike many in London. There is a free laundry room on the 1st (US 2nd) floor and since I was prepared to wash a few things in the sink, this was a big plus for me. Sainsbury's is in the Paddington station as are a number of other shops. I really liked the Chilean coffee shop across the street.

The trek up and down the stairs. There's no lift (elevator).

Staff were very polite and friendly. I felt very welcome. The room was comfortable and mostly very clean. A great shower with shower gel and shampoo provided, a side table with water, a cosy bed, good air conditioning and great key card system to open the door. It was quiet at night and a good night's sleep.

The shower extractor fan wasn't working in the top room. Dust under bed but otherwise very clean.
