Room very clean and modern. Breakfast was excellent, wide variety of both cooked and continental. Staff very attentive. Hotel itself was also very clean and had clearly been recently renovated. Bar had good selection.

Wi-Fi whilst free was very poor, at times none existent. TV in room does not provide for standard channels, only apps and catch-up TV is available. But as this relies on Wi-Fi, which as stated is poor, it is very hit and miss!

Great location, car parking, refurbished rooms.

Still feels like it needs the refurbishment finishing outside and to doors/windows. The river terrace could be absolutely amazing with some decent furniture etc

Lovely location and good breakfast

My physically disabled son had to climb 3 flights of steep steps to access his room . A ground floor room would have been appreciated

Beautiful setting right on the river. The room was lovely, with a little balcony to stand and watch the boats go by. The bar area and restaurant is very well furnished and decorated.

We were booked in on a dinner/bed and breakfast, for three nights, so the evening menu didn’t change very much. We were offered mushroom soup as ‘soup of the day’ every day and one change on the main course, we were not offered any variation from this menu. On our last night we overheard a conversation to another customer that they could pay £5 to choose from the main menu…unfortunately this was too late for us because we were already eating.

Excellent location. Good choice at breakfast and the food at dinner was well presented and cooked. Air conditioning good as windows didn’t open. Terraces alongside the river were a real bonus for a pre dinner drink in the sunshine. The dining room has gorgeous river views too. Good walks along the river.

Hot water not very hot....tepid shower on first day and a lot of water wasted waiting for it to run warm. Second day much better for some reason.

Lovely location on Thames-side with very easy access to Heathrow airport for last night stay.... older hotel recently renovated to high standard but covid caused big drop in clientele - river garden empty was unusual from previous visits. Room 108 was lovely big bay window looking to the rowers club with swans and geese -very pleasant stay.

The TV could have worked !! Troubles with the system unfortunately - otherwise all good.

Location was excellent. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable. Night lights and air conditioning helped towards an excellent nights sleep.

Television, only apps. Not able to access normal tv. Bathroom was modern but lacked shelf’s for toiletry’s and non slip bath/shower mat. On bed, breakfast and evening meal tariff, evening meal menu very limited although food was good.

We have stayed before and enjoyed the experience so chose to return as it had been refurbished. Attentive staff good food in the restaurant and they were able to cater for my partner as she is gluten and lactose intolerant. A special mention to the restaurant supervisor and chef. Nice room overlooking the Thames

A minor detail, no normal tea in bedroom but soon sorted when I asked for some

The location is unreal, so beautiful by the river. Room was beautiful and so big!!!!

The bar is lacking to say the elast. The prices are insane! We paid £29 for 2 aperol spriz. That is unheard of! Later that night we went out to eat and paid 18 for 2 aperol spriz. Go figure!!! You have sunch an incredible location, train your staff, fill up the bar its goint to be packed!!!

The rooms seem to have been recently refurbished and were clean and comfortable with a good shower room.

Bar prices were very high and the restaurant and bar area looked very tired but perhaps was also about to be refurbished. We did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on quality it value for money of the food.
