We liked the ambience of the hotel. The disabled bathroom was spacious. The bathroom and the bedroom were clean. We enjoyed our evening meal and the staff were very efficient and friendly.

It was not possible use the shower because it was inside the bath which I could not access. The bars to help me off the toilet were too far away behind the toilet, out of reach. The space around the bedroom was rather small for wheelchair use. The bed was very small for two people.

The staff always made us feel welcome, they also seemed to be on first name terms with some of the guest, this is generally a good sign as this generally means they are repeat guests. rooms was clean and adequate for the short stay

I did notice that you have a disabled toilet on the ground floor, nice one, however it looks almost impossible for someone who is wheelchair bound to gain access to it! The general outside appearance of the hotel could look like if it could do with a bit of colour, sometimes first appearances count. I was a bit worried about staying here when I first arrived. The visit however went well and would be my first port of call if i was ever in the area again. The inside including the staff were all good. Also paying £10 for a glass of wine :(

We liked the relaxed atmosphere, helpful, friendly staff. Very good breakfast and the swimming pool is a lovely place to relax. With regards to the Covid safety measures we felt reasonable comfortable in the hotel.

At the present with restrictions etc. in place we could not fault anything. The somewhat reduced service under the circumstances was no problem. Maybe the room could have a better reading light and an extra chair ( that we had asked for, and was provided)

The room was good, the hotel overall met our expectations, breakfast was a bit chaotic, considering the situation we are in regarding COVID, not many people were wearing masks whilst moving around in the hotel especially at breakfast. People no regarding hygiene standards picking up bread with there hands instead of tongs. Unruly children using the area as a play area, You have three sittings advertised may be better to segregate families from singles and couples to one particular sitting .

Helpful staff. Bath / shower could benefit from grab handles to aid more mature guests safely get in and out of the high bath side.

The lift being out of order! Fortunately for me a member of staff took my bags to my room. On departure, just as I was contemplating descending the stairs with my stick and bags a staff member unlocked the lift and allowed me to use it!

Breakfast was a bit disappointing, I asked for porridge, and you don't do it. Not a lot of staff on, I know it was Christmas. On the whole the Breakfast wasn't as bad as some hotels I've been to. When I'm in Maidenhead again I'll definitely book up.

In one of the days our room wasn't cleaned and we hadn't any milk for our morning coffee, so I needed to ask at reception For it. They were more than helpful.

Not great kerb appeal but once your inside you’ll find a recently refurbished modern hotel with great bar area and loads of space to lounge. Great price and so close to Windsor - amazing value, with kids eating for free, pool and free snack bar for all. You’d struggle to find that kind of hospitality in a 5-star expensive hotel.

Not much to be honest.

Reassuringly, the public spaces and bedrooms were extremely clean, and staff wore masks. Social distancing was encouraged and all safety measures followed. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was in the bedroom, and we especially appreciated having a fridge.

Breakfast was acceptable but it would have been good to have been able to warm the croissant. Microwave available? We appreciate the problems caused by Covid restrictions but it would have been nice to have had more than one tea/ coffee sachets in the bedroom.

The room was nice and big. We had a view over the gardens. The hotel has a nice atmosphere.

I was a bit disappointed that I did not know I could use the swimming facilities The last time I stayed I was told by the reception staff that I was not allowed to use the facilities even though I was a guest.

Breakfast okay but busy and queuing was necessary. Location excellent as we were visiting family who lived just 10 minutes away by car. Ground floor room for disable wife very convenient for car park.

Lots of excitable young children eager to go to nearby Legoland. Bit noisy in the bar area but understandable having had two children in the past. Exterior looks a bit dated but inside very comfortable and modern furnishings.
