About half price compared to hotels I usually stay in when visiting Maidstone, where I am from (living in Cornwall for the past 37 years). The location was ideal for me, close to relatives & convenient for easy travel to old haunts, Canterbury & Tunbridge Wells that I wanted to visit on the days after the event which was the reason for my stay. As my trip was for a family funeral in dismal January, I knew I would only use the room for sleeping & would only be spending 2 of my 4 evening stay in it. I therefore did not wish to pay for facilities that I would not use. The room was as good as most Premier Inn & Travel Lodges that I have stayed in despite being considerably cheaper. I normally sleep well in most beds but the one here was quite possibly the most comfortable I have ever experienced in any accommodation. The receptionist was very friendly & appeared happy to talk to me as opposed to just being polite because 'it was her job'.

The weather! Like Premier Inn, Travelodge & the majority of hotels, there was no safe in the room. I don't like to take all my money & valuables with me in the car when I leave the room (camera equipment in my case) & prefer to split my cash & leave some in the room in case I mislay my wallet (or worse) when out & am hundreds of miles from home without cash or credit cards. Small personal safes are now very cheap, & no doubt even cheaper when purchased in bulk, & it would be extremely nice to have one in the room. It provides this traveler with great peace of mind.

Well, I was very surprised at the Days Inn and will hopefully be back again in a few months. It says it’s a service station hotel so I didn’t expect much but to my surprise, it was much better than some other well known and advertised places I’ve stayed in. The bed was comfy. The room was clean, and a good size, and well looked after. Just next door is the service station where I went for something to eat for dinner and then again for breakfast before leaving. Thank you for my stay, I was well impressed.

Everything was great. I couldn’t expect more for staying only one night. ( I took the photos to show my friend.)

Was very clean, Lisa on reception was very welcoming and we had a natter which was nice. Really handy having the services right next door so plenty to eat. I was on my motorbike and they were happy to let me bring the bike up to near the front door and so it was safe. I left my Apple lap top charger by mistake when I left ... called in when on my way back a few days later and the lady on reception had it ... brilliant!

Everything was as expected for the money, room was clean and a good size. The best thing about the stay was the staff, every member of staff we came across was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again for the staff alone.

We didn’t do our research and didn’t realise it was literally next door to the service station. Saying that it wasn’t overly noisy, just a bit busier than we are used to, even at the early hours.

There were the usual roadside service station facilities: Costa coffee; MacDonalds; lovely seating area outside. The weather was fabulous. I'd left an item of technology behind and housekeeping had found it. Simply sent a self addressed envelope for them to return my item. It came back to me. Excellent customer service, even for those who are forgetful !

The night we arrived there were roadworks so access was a bit tricky to the hotel, however this was out with the hotel's control and it was the highways and roads dept who should have thought out the road network to allow the works and easy access for customers.

We were due to carry on to Eurotunnel, but decided to stop over due to unforeseen work issues. Booked late, arrived late, checked in late... No problem! Staff member on the desk was really lovely friendly lady (sorry I can't remember your name to mention you personally). Colleague and I shared a "Twin" room and were were given what I think was an upgraded family room. It was massive! Clean, tidy, and spacious.

Nothing really to dislike I guess. Apart from the fact that there's only McDonalds open at 11pm to get hot food, but that's the same at all Motorway services.

Nice and clean, comfortable bed, convenience for getting lift to and from. Bonus a place for breakfast.

A minor thought. Provision of only one rather than two toilet rolls. I did not see a spare. I was given a room for the disabled. The toilet roll did not have a fixed location, but was placed loose, either on a high or low shelf behind the toilet seat, both positions needing the toilet roll to be moved before sitting otherwise getting it was awkward. On the low shelf it was hard to see from a standing position. It occurred to me that if my friend, a double amputee with poor vision had been staying, he might have had trouble with that arrangement.

Friendly, easy to find and as it was part of the services it was ideal for the electric car.

Noisy, car alarms going off. Daughter said the sofa bed was average. Also a shame there aren't a couple of rooms that can be used for a family of 5 (even for a little extra). In fairness the staff put us next to each other, which was greatly appreciated.

Room was a nice size. Lisa the receptionist was lovely and very helpful. We asked where we could park for free near Mote Park the next day as we had tickets to Lets Rock Kent 80s music festival. She not only told us the best place to park she went out of her way to draw us a map.

The fact that it was on a motorway service station but we knew that when we booked but it was an emergency second choice as our first choice was cancelled due to unforseen circumstances by the owner.

Decent room and good location. Free WiFi 24/7, not only 20minutes like travelodge

When I booked, there was a faded blood stain on the pillow case and I ignored it. The next day I booked again, I received the same room and when I looked at the pillows, I noticed that the same pillow with the blood stain was still there. The cleaners should try harder to remove things like that because they definitely saw it, as I saw it twice on 2 nights
