We loved the location in the Northern quarter we could walk to all the places we had planned to visit the room was clean and comfortable nice to have two chairs! We felt safe as there is security staff and a 24 hr concierge who were friendly and helpful We asked for a quiet room and slept well We will definitely return and recommend a stay there it was lovely to have a bath too!

My daughter wasn’t happy having to ask at reception for teabags and milk every day and was embarrassed carrying the loo rolls in the lift to our room as there is no housekeeping during your stay I had to carry our rubbish out each morning to a bin we felt a bit let down as we were paying guests A request note to hang on the door for a housekeeper on the floors cleaning the rooms after checkouts to see and respond to is all that is needed? It would free up time for the busy concierge too?

The property was very quiet and the staff were friendly at check in/check out. The bedrooms were outdated but we got we paid for. The beds we’re comfortable with two beds in the room. The bathroom was nice and clean and cleaners came in to clean and give us extra toilet paper when we were running low. The entrance was gorgeous, with white chandeliers and trees by the steps. It was only one the day we were leaving we looked down by the trees and noticed a little river with tortoises in.

I didn’t like the area it was in but again we got what we paid for. It wasn’t reassuring walking down the alley to get to the hotel. One of the beds squeaked but we just slept in the other bed it was no hassle. The walls had some cracks on but it’s an old building so was expected.

A strange hotel.. faded splendour! A heady mix of chandeliers, mirrors, columns, weird architecture and vending machines. My room was clean, a good temperature with a reasonably comfy bed. Also cheap and with a city centre location. Breakfast was £10 but was very nice and an 'all you can eat'. Staff were pleasant. My room was off to the side so no noise from outside. No frills...no complimentary bath stuff and just 2 sachets of coffee, but that was OK for the price

It was obvious that my bathroom had been fairly recently renovated...so why fit a toilet seat the wrong size, put in a shower curtain rather than a screen and generally fit to a poor standard rather than a good specification? Tv didn't work and no WiFi in rooms unless you pay. Could be a great hotel but ends up being ok. Didn't notice i needed photo ID so they had to make do with my old lady bus pass . Walked passed it as didnt realise it was the hotel...not very clear signage. Security guard on door.. but it's city centre so probably need it.

Pleasant welcome. Very welcoming, understanding.

We booked a room with no windows (I was aware of this). The room must’ve been recently cleaned - we checked in at 4:15. - but the air freshener was overwhelming as the vents were not working. We asked for an upgrade but this couldn’t be accommodated due to the hotel being fully booked. The people on shift were VERY understanding and went above and beyond with us before I had to cancel due to health conditions (COPD). They offered a full refund as the room was clearly unused after inspection without making the situation worse or difficult. Cannot thank the staff & manager enough for being so good with the situation.

Hotel inside was lovely and clean, room was big and fresh n clean, bathroom was spotless and whole area up n down to the room. Can't fault them parts really

The alley goin up to the hotel was full of junkies and scroungers sniffin gear!! Need to sort that so they can't camp by the hotel. Shower wasn't the best and bed wasn't that comfy. Should put 2 chairs in room instead of 1 aswell as big enough, and a plug socket by the tea facilities etc as had boil kettle on the floor lol. Good stay overall tho if u look past the few slight negatives

ATTENTION ! MUST READ Hello everyone. My name is Baturhan. I am 30 and a medical doctor in Turkey. I visited Manchester due to occupational reasons. That’s why I needed a decent, clean and quiet accomodation. So I am here to give my most geniune advice for those who seek the same. I literally had the best experience and stay at Sachas Hotel Manchester. That was beyond my expectations. There was a lady whose name was Keerthana at reception. She was so nice, welcoming and helpful. I hope she sees this message and it makes her happy. The location of the hotel is quite unique. You can literally go everywhere by walking. I am definitely gonna miss my room since it was very spaceful and clean. I really appreciate the hotel team because they took my only wish into consideration and made it happen. I traveled many cities in the UK including Bournemouth, London, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Blackpool. In addition to being a medical doctor, I also do recordings and video editing as a hobby. I have an instagram page called @dr.baturhanozatay I basically share what I experience in the UK. I would be more than happy to see you all on my page. Take care everyone :)

Honestly nothing. Everything was perfect!

Stay was a lot better than I thought, given the good price I was paying for a prime located hotel. English breakfast was hot, tasty and again well priced. Staff super friendly and helpful. Room was located in a quiet area and didn’t have any city noise that you normally expect being ina central location.

All I would say is hotel is little dated overall and rooms basic; no pool or bar open and I thought they had a bar that was open later. However pay for what you get!

From the moment we walked in we were impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the reception area. We were greeted by mark behind the desk who went out of his way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The room we stayed in was spotless and the temperature in the room was perfect. All the facilities in the room worked and enjoyed a very pleasant sleep. In the morning we had breakfast at the hotel which had a wide range to pick from. There was hot breakfast items for a morning breakfast and other pastries, cereals and food available. I can not fault the food which was very tasty. My partner and I will be staying again and a thank you to mark for going out of his way.

Nothing everything exceeded expectations

Great location, we paid for breakfast when checking in and got upgraded to a better room which was wonderful, as the original room we booked had no window. Breakfast was ok, hotel was really nice, staff were friendly when you approach them

It took a while to check in, it was pride weekend so expected. Did not realise everyone on your booking had to provided photo ID, did not have my partners so we had to contact someone to send a picture through. Frustrating but not the end of the world. The tv in the room did not work but we did not report it, as we didn't need it. Not much lighting in the room, so was a little dark.

Very good location, just inside the piccadilly road. In-front of the hotel all bus and train are available. lot of brand shops also nearby. But the inside street is bit unsafe after 10 pm as a solo travelers.

Middle room was too horrible, You won't get any phone network which is quite scary. They have no WiFi ! you have to buy their WiFi, which i didn't. after requesting them the manager agree to give me a window room, so that i got some network & my phone was working, and got some day light! thanks for the manager guy, finally to understand the issue!
