The staff on the front desk were amazing, I met 3 on my 2 night stay, all very helpful and looked pleased to be there. The room was a lot better than I expected, especially the bathroom. Bed was nice and comfy, and large. Built in usb ports! Sounds like a small thing bet proved very useful. Excellent location, stones throw from train station and all shops and bars.

The only gripe I had was the noise. The rooms are very thin pre fab, in a large ex warehouse. You hear everything, from next door having a shower to people walking through the corridors

Exceeded what I expected. I had previously stayed in a London branch, but Manchester were better than that. Location was brilliant. Everyone I spoke to was lovely. The room was better quality than I anticipated. Not perfect, but decent. I read that the wifi might be rubbish, but it was better than the Premier Inn I stayed in a few months back.

Bathroom facilities were probably a tad under what I'd like. Wasn't terrible though. I do worry about security in the building. Nothing happened and have nothing to suggest it would, but felt maybe limiting access might be something to look at.

Great location in the heart of Manchester. Room, towels and bedding were spotless. Was much quieter than I expected from a city centre room. Vending machine was only £2 for a coffee. Iron and hair dryer was available from reception at no extra charge. Staff friendly and helpful

I had a double room even though I was on my own. Room is very small with barely any space between the bed and walls. Hanging space available for a couple items but nowhere to store suitcase etc. For the price I would stay again but I wouldn't recommend 2 people staying in that room. The other dearer double rooms may be bigger though

About 2 minutes walk from the town centre, was really clean, exceptional for the price compared to all the other hotels around the area! The staff were really nice they are a huge compliment to the hotel. There was a coffee machine that did coffees, teas, hot chocolate and free hot water. There was a vending machine with snacks in it. There was a lift and stairs, the hallways were immaculately clean. We had free wifi, a tv with lots of channels, a huge window. The room was small but very modern and had an exposed brick wall which was super beautiful. We would definitely stay here again it was superb, i really recommend it!

The members of staff are some of the friendliest workers at a hotel that I have ever encountered. Genuinely so helpful and great with answering any questions I had during my stay. On top of that they were also so easy to talk to, really felt like I was welcome in the hotel. I forget the names of the gentleman i spoke with in the evening and the lady i spoke with in the morning but i couldn't have asked for better staff

The room and bed were very small, more so than i expected somewhat. HOWEVER, i paid for the absolute cheapest available package and i would say i still got more than what I paid for given the cleanliness and facilities available. Just be aware of how big your room is and dont go for the smallest room if you know you're not packing light.

Nice simple room. I just wanted a straightforward room for a good sleep before travelling to airport. I slept well. The window couldn't be opened (street level), but the user friendly air con. made it OK. I like orange, so I enjoyed the decor - (exposed brick with some orange highlights throughout hotel) -clean, simple. Very easy to walk to Piccadilly Station, then an easy train ride to airport.

No drink making facility, but you can use machine - £2.00 a drink. Bring own cup, or get one from reception. I guess it all keeps the price down.

I felt so welcome from the second I arrived (27th March) I didn't catch the name of the staff member on duty that night but he was so great. He brought an extra blanket to my room to make sure I didn't get cold during the night. The room was a perfect size and the location was ideal. He also mentioned that Ezra and Gill (coffee shop/brunch place opposite) would offer a 10% discount on coffee if I mentioned I was staying at EasyHotel. I stayed on a Wednesday night so I'm not sure about what the noise levels would be like over a busy weekend. I would definitely stay at EasyHotel again. Thank you!

Perhaps a different bathroom door would be better to create some privacy.

Staff member at reception was super friendly and got us an extra pillow each (you only get given one each with none spare in the room). Room was functional but tucked away on the 4th (top) floor which we appreciated. Owing to a mess up at a different hotel, we booked this last minute and arrived an hour after booking, with no problems.

I felt slightly unsafe as there wasn’t always someone on the desk and you could go straight into the lift and onto the floors. Lift should be access controlled but even then it’s so busy so would be difficult

Asan and Isabelle were so friendly and helpful, really accommodating. There level of customer service, politeness and helpfulness was second to none. If they could be told by the hotel management congratulations and thank you that would be amazing. We had a spacious room on the 4th floor and after a flight back from Iceland we just wanted to relax. The hotel is in walking distance of some nice restaurant which was perfect for us.

The cleaning lady was a little rude and abrupt when she knocked the door and questioned our check out time. We were still within our check out time and was literally closing our cases, when I gave her the check out time she gave me a dirty look and walked into the room opposite. So different to the staff downstairs, I could understand if we were late checking out but we wasn’t.

This hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes walk from Piccadilly station and the city centre and on the edge of the Northern Quarter. Everything was as advertised and there is a bonus of getting a 10% discount at the coffee shop/cafe across the road. I would be happy to stay here again - the key is to be prepared for the shortcomings.

The room (a double) is really small and would feel crowded with two people in it. The bed is between the shower room and end wall and can only be accessed by climbing in from the end. There is no shelf or desk space at a useful height and the hotel does not appear to have anywhere to get hot or cold drinks.
