Room was good.

Location is an industrial road which is deserted at the weekend. No receptionist. Received a pfishing email after booking from a dodgy email address. I notified both the hotel and Booking.com and did not click on the link asking me to verify my credit card details! Booking.com confirmed this was the second email address associated with the hotel. I notified the hotel but they did not verify the email address or care that a fraudulent address was associated with them.

I liked everything about it,it was neat and tidy.The manager and staff on shift were very accommodating,warm and helpful.Their food taste nice as well from the bar and restaurant,and I like the fact that the radiators in the rooms were working as that helped me,because I get cold easily.

Lovely staff, we were able to check in an hour early. The room was good, nice bathroom too. There was a bus stop right near the property that took you straight to city centre in 10 minutes so the location wasn’t an issue either. Would definitely stay again ☺️

I was very surprised to see a double bed, seeing as I had booked a single. But it was much appreciated. The tea and coffee facilties were great and there was always ample parking to park my car every evening. It wasn't too far from Manchester City centre, which was great and the staff member at reception was lovely and welcoming. The room and the bathroom were cleaned to a high standard and the bed was very comfortable.

I would of liked decaffeinated options, as well as caffinated, for the tea and coffee facilties. The bathroom was a little small, however it was manageable. It was sometimes noisey with the room next door.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and big rooms. Comfy bed, large shower and very clean. Good bus connection to Piccadilly. Good value.

Very noisy at night with people running around and playing music, no reception to do anything about it (day reception only). Crazy 4pm check-in forced us to pay for early check-in, especially where it is there is nowhere to wait. Nothing around at all. Not even a corner shop. Nada.

Clean, safe and very comfortable accommodation. Bit out of the centre of Manchester by 4/5 klms but we had no dramas as good value for money. If coming from the traino or airport, get to Piccadilly area and catch the 219 bus - 2£ trip and about 10 minute journey - drops you right near the accomm.

Reception staff not available regularly, but very nice and extremely helpful when around. Fridge in room would be great.

Decent location, walking distance to Manchester city centre, good takeaways and pubs close enough, room was compact but clean and comfortable and had everything I needed for my 2nights there, only seen staff at check in and he was a gentleman, abundant of hot water and comfortable bed. Couldn't fault it and compared to other accommodation in the area it was excellent value for money.

Bit hard to find on Google maps, even taxi driver taking me back from a night out took the wrong turn as per the maps, however once you have seen it for the first time it's simple as it's on the main drag and maybe accommodation owners can get it updated on the maps.

They staff were so friendly, warm, and kind. They couldn't be more helpful, practically falling over themselves to be of service; the place was full of young people and various guests, i could see that the place was not very old at all, everyone had a very happy vibe. The entire Accomodation had a very very happy atmosphere, not a "business" vibe. This in itself is worth gold! Good honest intelligent and kind people are so rare these days. We need more people like Victor in the hospitality world, ironically enough.

The noise levels - but honestly, just bring earplugs and you'll be fine - i was busy travelling and attending events, so i had no problem falling asleep, enjoying the shower. I'm also a musician so it actually comforted me to know that had i began to rehearse, there would be no fear of being heard.

It was conducive and clean. Good value for money paid

Rooms could be bigger

The room was small, but quite snug. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very courteous and very helpful. There was parking round the back, always a big plus. I spent 5 nights there, at the end of which I wished I could have stayed longer. There's a pizza place and a subway just up the road and a Chinese restaurant close by. There also lots of supermarkets further up the road.

The hotel could benefit from having a microwave on the premises.
