The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. They shared many excellent recommendations and were generally personable and enjoyable to talk to. As I was traveling alone, and was not expecting to spend the weekend in Manchester, it was really helpful to be able to turn to the staff for recommendations for food, things to do, or just information about the city. They were also just pleasant whenever I struck up a chat. Really great people, everyone. The breakfast was also quite good, and the location was excellent for going out and exploring the city.

The only complaint I can make, and this had basically no effect on my time at all, was that the area between the end of the bed and the TV in front was a little cramped. Like I said, this did not matter at all.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The decor is very modern and clean creating a tranquil atmosphere in the hotel. The bar and restaurant were comfortable with good food options available.

The space around the bed was difficult to navigate. There was no space to walk around the bed at all, making it difficult to share a room, only option is climbing over a second person in the bed to get out of the bed, not great at night or if you have and joint issues. The temperature in the room was very warm and no option to turn the thermostat temperature down under 18 degrees so we had to keep the window open t night allowing the street noise with the warehouse opposite playing disco music until late at night. Also the cups in the room were not cleaned or replaced during the stay and coffee pods not topped up- minor issue but I prefer to have a coffee first thing in the room and could not on the second day.

The decor is stunning in the rooms, reception and breakfast area. Little extras in the room made it seem very luxury. We particularly liked the coffee machine in the room and the toiletries. The staff were extremely friendly and polite, especially Morris. It was super close to all amenities and parking was just outside the hotel. We would definitely stay again, we really enjoyed it. I had arranged a birthday surprise in the room however this had not been put together when we arrived. The staff quickly resolved this and added a bottle of Tattinger and snacks in the room to make up for the mistake. This was lovely!

Breakfast was average however we did like the continental breakfast cart as there was a lot of quality choice and the coffee.

The location is excellent , really close to Piccadilly station, I drove and there is a large car park behind hotel on Dale Street (not part of hotel) £18 for 24 hours. The hotel is quite new , the hotel is modern and tasteful in decor and comfort

There was a mishap when checking in and when I arrived at my room there was a cleaner there who said this can’t be your room and sent me back to reception , this was quickly resolved by the reception staff who where professional and sorted me out a new room. The lifts are also a bit annoying the button only calls one lift rather than both summoning either of them

Great staff, proactive, nothing too much trouble, clearly all worked well together. Smooth check-in and check-out with everything as expected. Great hotel, well located (especially convenient for Manchester Piccadilly station) and which makes striking and effective use of its canal-side views from its restaurant / occasional seating areas. Nice room with very comfortable bed and good shower and toiletries. Quiet but effective air-conditioning, well sound-proofed walls and windows and generally quiet location all made for a superb night's sleep. Very good breakfast, promptly and attentively served. Highly recommended, I would definitely stay again.

Nothing whatsoever.

All the staff were amazing whilst we were there. However, Maurice on breakfast was especially lovely. The location is perfect, and the room was very comfortable. I will definitely be returning

There was a slight delay at breakfast with the cooked options. The staff were ever so nice about it, we decided to cancel our order due to the delay ( I'm sure it would have been delicious). However, with the breakfast buffet as well stocked as it was with pastries, cereals, fruit, bread and hot drinks + juices we didn't leave hungry!

Hotel location is great, close to piccadilly station. The hotel reception/restaurant area is beautiful. The reception team are so kind and welcoming and can’t do enough for you! We came here for a mini honeymoon after our wedding and we couldn’t have chose a more perfect place! They left us drinks/fruit/desserts and a congratulations note in the room when we returned from dinner which was such a special touch. This will now be our hotel to stay in when we visit Manchester again!

Nothing, really great recommendable place.

Me and my partner stayed for a weekend and had an amazing time! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and made sure we had a really special stay. The room was perfect with great facilities, a comfortable bed, and a very good view of the city, and the hotel is in an excellent location for accessibility to Manchester City centre. I would like to especially praise Olha and Shoba, who were lovely. We also had breakfast from the restaurant, and it was very nice. Would 100% stay again!

We were greeted by Shabba at reception, we arrived early, Shabba checked us in swiftly whilst chatting and enquiring about our stay, the rooms were fabulous with the added bonus of a balcony too, downside to that was the club across the road was quite noisy when we returned later, however it didn't affect us sleeping 😁 Breakfast was quick, hot and freshly cooked, all the staff were attentive without being intrusive the atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed.

This was a class establishment. The receptions were friendly, authentic and respectful. All of the finishes , glass tumblers- 5 star , bedding - soft , Wc paper - 5 star ( too much detail) , coffee maker , dining area , breakfast area , I could go on and on. It was “Quality” and “stylish”. I stay in a lot of hotels. I felt relaxed.

The Bar was also quality. Let down by “low class” “Poor London” rubber elongated ( poor beer”) beer mats. The Hotel is in Manchester. This is a Red Card.
