Very efficient and friendly staff. Apartment clean with comfortable beds and good bathroom, kitchen facilities. Longe chairs comfortable and in good condition.

The apartments lack a bit of charm but functional for a short stay and value for money. Food packages and rubbish in communal hallways outside left by other guests . Not the fault of staff but perhaps people should be encouraged to bag up rubbish and take it downstairs themselves!

Superb location, right next to the station. Amazing and very friendly staff who always go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. A big shout out to Jaimie for his kind gesture when we needed to unexpectedly check out two days earlier. The maintenance team is readily available and quick to assist when you encounter any issues. Spacious apartment complete with a dishwasher, washing machine, and a well stocked kitchen Just a short walking distance to the mall. I will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

While there are a number of restaurants outside the facility, I did wish that there was one within the aparthotel with a variety of food options, especially for breakfast.

Excellent customer service. I was upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment which was more comfortable and didn’t need to convert the sofa. When I complained that the apartment floor was not clean, they vacuumed the floor and provided me a food basket the next day, a very nice recovery effort. The location is excellent. It is literally under 2 minutes walk from Piccadilly train station. Full of eateries around the area. The 2 free city buses terminals are right outside the property. The front desk also helps to arrange taxi to airport as the train service only starts at 7am on Sunday.

Cleanliness. There were hair on the floor both in the bathroom , bedrooms and living room. Food particles in the dining area. Suggest to provide a dish drainer to air dry the crockery after hand wash. Some of the bedside lamps not working. Suggest front desk to stock with city maps and tourist brochures. They only had the free bus and tram routes.

1. the location is perfect, just 1min walk from Piccidility station. 2. room is spacious, I booked 2bedrooms suite, it has 2 bathrooms which is surprised me. all cooking and washing machines etc available, which is very convenient for family stay. 3 I shall thank a middle age nice lady a lot. She helped me fix the washing machine by opening the door. coz I overuse the drying function which triggered self protection of locking. I was in a hurry to leave and the only pant was locked in the machine. luckily I got that lady’s help and took out my pants.

1. the locker is not free. if you need to leave your luggage in the hotel and fetch it later. you need to pay for the locker, which is not a common practice in China. 2. no tel in the room. I can only access to reception desk on What’s app or go downstairs, which is not very convenient for Chinese.

Very nice apart hotel in a good location for access to the city and transport links. The apartment was clean the bed was comfortable, the air con worked well (important because there is no other ventilation & with floor to ceiling windows it can get very warm in the apartment) and the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. This was important to me because I had to ask to change from my original allocated apartment due very restricted access on to and off the double bed.. The kitchenette is adequately equipped.

The only thing I did not was was that in my originally allocated apartment 117 access off & on to the bed was very poor. By this I mean that the bed was against the wall on one side and pillar on the other (see picture I have included with the review) which meant that to get on to or off the bed meant using the foot of the bed. But I asked for a apartment change and was given another which was better.

Everything was wonderful. The hotel staff is very kind, they work very responsibly and ready to help in any situation. The location of the hotel was ideal for us - close to Piccadilly station, which is important when traveling by train. However, the rooms are very clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable, the air conditioning works great. The kitchen is equipped with absolutely everything you need in excellent condition. Near the hotel there are two stops of free buses that will take you to any point in the city. But even without a bus, all the main attractions can be reached in 10-15 minutes. There are many cafes and a supermarket nearby. The hotel itself has a cozy bar where you can sit in silence and a kind barman will prepare any drink.

The apartment is very comfortable with all the facilities needed. The location was perfect for us, close to grocery stores, cafes, restaurants and a 5-7 min walking distance to the northern quarter and market street. It’s also next door to the train station which was very convenient.

The place could be cleaned better. The apartment didn’t have a Hoover and dust accumulated soooo fast and it constantly triggered my allergies.

Great place to stay even if I wasn’t there too long to make the absolute most of it, but I would stay again. The apartment had everything I needed and more and the staff were all really friendly and helpful.

There was nothing to fault really. I was a bit confused that I had been sent a message to ask for our sleeping arrangements so I half expected out sofa beds to be made up as per my reply, however all the linen was easily located and it took me about 2 minutes to make my bed so no issue in the end. I also appreciate that this would have limited the space and use of the actual living space anyway!

Location great. Everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Even a proper hairdryer! Heated towel rail was great. Temperature of apartment was great, as we could control it.

TV was in wrong position….behind a pillar. Not enough comfy seating. Small round table not really needed. Bigger sofa instead would have been nice! Found a used cotton bud lying on floor and someone else’s key card. Didn’t feel as clean as I would have liked. But fresh bedding and towels. View of bins and car park was disappointing but I guess someone has to be at the back of building. USB points would be a good addition.

Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a 2-bedroom apartment for free. Totally unexpected! Thank you Artem for upgrading us so kindly! Really warm check-in. The apartment and the hallways were clean, with clean linen and towels and looked spotless. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. After our first night, there was a glitch with the fire alarm. The reception staff came to check the room and could not get hold of the maintenance staff as it was 8 pm. It was incredibly uncomfortable staying in the same room with a glitchy alarm. Within 15 minutes we were given keycards to a new room and told we can shift when we are ready - we were about to go out for dinner when the alarm incident happened. Upon returning from dinner we shifted to the new room at the other end of the corridor. To my surprise, there was a gift basket of snacks and goodies in the living room with a thank you card and a complimentary drinks/snack voucher. In the card, the staff apologised for the inconvenience. I am blown away by the generosity and care at Staycity. Thank you Leah and Sinead (apologies if I've misspelt your names!)for taking such good care of us. You made my parents feel so comfortable and for that, I am so grateful. The location is perfect. We will definitely be staying here again!
