Sarah is a lovely host who makes you feel at home immediately. The room is very comfortable and spacious with nice coffee and tea making facilities, fresh water and great biscuits. The toiletries are so nice, as was the view from our window onto the flower garden. The shower is in the bath and gives you hot water immediately. As one morning the temperature dropped to 3 degrees Sarah even put the heating on. Buildings dating from the 17th century tend to get a bit chilly. Not that we were cold in any way. The breakfast is absolutely smashing and abundant. There are some lovely walks in the vicinity starting from the farm. This is an ideal place to visit Oxford, Bath, Cotswolds, the Kennet Avon Canal, Stonehenge and come to rest quietly at night.

The owner was absolutely lovely, welcoming and helpful. The farmhouse was pretty impressive and our room was the suite in the old part, very comfortable, clean , quiet. The breakfasts were very good, cooked to order and one could have any combination of foods. Sarah the owner made it a pleasure to be there. We really enjoyed our stay as it was well situated to visit Stonehenge & Avebury Circle, and made my big birthday trip memorable. We would be more than happy to book again and would have liked to have had time to explore the area more.

An observation more than a dislike: After booking, in the info received from the property, was having to vacate the premises between 10am and 4pm. This put my partner off, not knowing beforehand that this was what traditional farmhouse B& B’s do& he might have cancelled. In the event it wasn’t a problem, the weather was good and we could be outside all day. Perhaps a little flexibility here might be better with the proviso that the farm is a work place and that requires visitors to respect that.

Sarah is THE most amazing host, her rooms are delightfully quaint with antique furniture and her beds are super comfortable with gorgeous white linen. Has a mirror near to the socket, perfect for hairstyling. Her breakfast even enticed me who rarely eats in the morning. She is an absolutely delightful lady and couldn't do more for guests if she tried! There's also a decent pub 2 minutes walk away for evening meals, we were fortunate both evenings and had a great experience. Finally, Manor Farm is in a perfect location for Thruxton Circuit and driving there in our classic sports cars was 20 minutes of driving heaven.

Squeaky door handles,, conscious of disturbing other guests if visiting our private, but not en-suite bathroom (absolutely no problem for us at all) in the night. We'll bring some 3 in 1 next time, as we will be back 😁

A traditional B&B in a historic house on a working farm. Our room was spotlessly clean and the enormous bed was really comfortable. Sarah, the host couldn't have been any more helpful and friendly; nothing was too much trouble. It was great to talk with Sarah and hear more about family farming in the Wiltshire countryside, the local community in and around Collingbourne Kingston and her excellent advice on some great local walking. Sarah's breakfasts truly are exceptional with everything you could want and a huge "full english" cooked perfectly to order. We didn't need to eat again until the evening!! We will definitely be returning.

Nothing - it was a great stay.

You will get a warm, friendly welcome at Manor Farm. Sarah, our host, prepared the most delicious breakfast with great quality produce. We both agreed her breakfasts were consistently the best we had eaten in many years. The farm house is lovely, the bed comfortable, and although you are not far from the main road you get a very quiet and peaceful nights sleep. Sarah provided an excellent information pack and was always interrested in where you had been for the day , offering other interesting options. there is plenty of parking space. The location is very good . Would thoroughly recommend.

Having to leave for home after only a few days.

This was our third English B&B Farm stay on our 2-1/2 week auto trip, and the only one that was truly authentic and gave us an insight into English farm life. The other two we stayed at in Kent and near Cambridge were really reconstituted as wedding venues that offered rooms. Sarah and Ben were wonderful friendly hosts. Ben was kind enough to grant our request for a farm tour before breakfast, and it was fascinating to see modern methods of dairy farming. The location is a perfect place if you want to see Stonehenge in the morning (which I would suggest since it gets quite crowded later in the day). Manor Farm is located in a nice picturesque village with a very pretty church. It is well worth a stay. We were only able to spend one night at Manor Farm due to our schedule. I think that it would've been a wonderful place to establish as a base for touring in the area. We all would've loved to spend more time there.

Lovely setting, on arrival I was greeted with a smile and she knew who I was. After checking in I was provided with chilled water and offered fresh milk for the room for the tea and coffee. Very clean hospital corners on the bed sheets, all you need for a good stay. Info in the room re things to do etc, lots of tea and coffee and a mug. Breakfast was just perfect good selection of cereal, juice etc. Cooked breakfast was hot well cooked and good quality products, the fresh milk was just perfect. The host was lovely, nothing was to much trouble it was like staying with a relative, felt sad to leave. Looking for somewhere it needs to be here.

Nothing, everything was just lovely,

The old farm house was full of character with a lovely garden and was the perfect spot to stay in the village of Collingbourne Kingston Our host Sarah went out of our way to assist us where ever she could, even booking us a table at a great pub, the Swan in the quaint village of Winton. Our room was very comfortable and breakfast was delicious. I hope we come back to Wiltshire in the not to distance future and I would certainly stay at the Manor Farm again and for more than one night

I am from Singapore and have been visiting England for the last 40 years, as a student right at the beginning, and then for holidays over the years, after graduating. Have stayed in many B&Bs and hotels, and I have to say Manor Farm tops the lot. The owner, Sarah, is what makes the difference. She is a very good host and makes you feel at home and like you are family, rather than a customer. She goes out of the way to make sure your stay is a great, comfortable and happy one. Joy!

Such a warm welcome. Thank you. Sarah- so kind and welcoming - gave me a huge bottle of iced water which was exactly what I needed after a long journey. Clean….. squeaky clean and beyond! Really comfortable bed. Great location by the main road but with double glazing- no noise and I slept like a log
