Very clean, spacious Reception area, charming and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed, and appreciated biscuits and refreshments in the room. Spotlessly clean and tidy. Shower clean and lovely and hot. Very quiet environment

It wasn't clear where the Reception was, and I wondered around the grounds for a while, looking for the entrance, as I came on public transport. Larger signs showing Reception would be appreciated..

Decent price, available at last minute, air con in room

shower in accessible room didn't drain well - entire bathroom remained wet for duration of stay mattress very poor quality air con unit blocked by wardrobe and didn't allow air to circulate shower gel/shampoo not available No space for toothbrushes on edge of sink

Staff excellent and warm welcoming .. providing all stuff each day as I have 3 day stay there .. was excellent. In future I prefer to stay there .. cool room as I wanted .. neat and clean

Easy to find ,plenty of parking , excellent value , rooms were nice and clean , beds comfy , perfect for our family

Good value for money, clean & tidy, comfortable bed, easy to find, good location for Mk area, AC fully functional and heating function also worked brilliantly , good selection of Tea & Coffee in the room, breakfast is available but I liked the fact that I could choose to book a room with/without Breakfast & this was reflected in the price. The staff were very helpful & polite.

Door wasn’t easy to shut but did have a good strong lock, minor detail of small sink but that is reflected with the price, no 2nd pillow in room but I also didn’t ask for one

Staff was amazing! Super helpful and make me feel super comfortable! Room was tiny but for 1 night it was good for the price (about £50 with breakfast is really good for me). During breakfast restaurant staff went extra mile when they heard we are in rush that morning to be sure we had nice meal before we go. Give that staff raise they are brilliant!

Bit surprised with glass door to the toilet - would appreciate more privacy as room was for me and my partner. Wi-fi was hard to get and as we were on house hunt with million emails to exchange it wasn't easy.

Very clean and sanitizers everywhere. I didn’t know what to expect and was amazed at the size of the place. I would recommend a stay there even with minor negatives below

The shower was scalding hot and unusable. As I have one the same I knew how to adjust it but it wouldn’t work. Didn’t bother me but a welcome guide would have been helpful. How to contact reception, what facilities are available etc. Couldn’t get air con to stay on for more than 30 seconds. I’m sure all these little things would have been sorted out but for I night I didn’t bother

Excellent reception on arrival, clean and very comfortable room, Very quiet location.

No option for beskfast but there were plenty of places near by.

Great place to stay, spotlessly clean, comfortable and great value for money. Oodles of free parking. The guy on reception was really friendly too.

Easy to find and parking was good. Booking in was fairly simple though a little more complicated than was necessary ndue to an over zealous receptionist. Room was well equipped, TV signal was rubbish though. Shower was brilliant but wished I had a bigger shower cubicle to enjoy it in.

Didn't like the small shower cubicle, room was noisy could here customers outside having a cigarette even at 05:30 in the morning.
